The country fried steak was absolutely delicious, as was the rest of the food. It has that small town, home cooked flavor. Everything made from scratch, nothing premade or frozen. We ordered exactly what he suggested, and I'm convinced my taste buds ascended to a higher plane. If Josh told me to try something I've sworn I'd never eat, I'd trust him without hesitation.
