I'm not a huge boba drinker but this was very refreshing honestly, I stopped in town locally for an event and this was delicious and the service was lovely. If you're not huge on tea this might be a good go to- or a lemonade. I didn't stay long enough to enjoy the ambiance of the place but it was super clean and neat inside. This drink was white grapes blended into a juice with some pineapple and grapefruit maybe? It was super good with the extra grape boba I added on.
I've ordered Kung Fu Tea through Uber Eats quite a few times and it never disappoints! They make sure everything is packed safely for travel and it arrives to me perfectly. There are a ton of flavors so there's something for everyone! You can get something on the sweeter side or something more tea like and not too sweet. They also have lots of ways to customize your drink with things like boba and fruit jellies. Definitely have to go check them out in store soon!
This particular Kung Fu Tea is extremely convenient to the University of Central Florida (UCF), so I am confident that they get a lot of traffic from the college, both from the faculty and the students. They have a decent selection of drinks and I do like their teas. The atmosphere is laid back and service is decent. This particular location is in a small shopping plaza just off of the intersection of University Boulevard and Alafaya Trail and, as I have said, just across the street from the University of Central Florida. All in all, I would definitely recommend this particular location of Kung Fu Tea and I will give it four stars for my overall experience.
Walking in the boba shop wasn't very inviting, it was just very dark in the middle of the day with little to no lighting. However, they did have multiple board / card games inside the store for college students to play. Also, the customer service was okay. I ordered Winter Mellon Green Tea with boba which tasted too syrupy and also the boba wasn't up to standard, it was just too chewy and hard.
Great staff, lots of variety, and has changing specials. Currently, if you get one of their new fruit milk teas (mango, strawberry, or mango) before 5pm, it's $4. I also love that you can really customize the drink you order: the toppings, sugar levels, etc. Lastly, the workers are kind and helpful. Definitely recommend checking them out if you are un the UCF area!
For a chain this has average, but dependable drinks. It is comparable to other Kung Fu Teas I have tried. The tarp was fine and the bobas were good.
One of my least favorite boba shops in orlando. Drinks seems never taste right. Won't recommended!!!
I've been seeing photo after photo of these refreshing looking "tea" drinks and finally decided to stop in and give one a try. Kung Fu Tea sits in the center of the strip mall on the south side of University on the road behind the Del Taco, Firehouse, Kyoto. (that sentence has way too many prepositional phrases). I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and I told the friendly man and woman behind the plexiglass. I told them I wanted to try one of the Thai Milk Teas with the bubbles/boba. They recommended the default flavor for the Thai tea and who was I to argue. It took a few minutes to prepare and I ended up receiving this sealed cup. I must have looked puzzled as they explained to me that I had to poke the straw through the plastic top. Like a giant, adult Capri Sun, I obliged with the main difference being a delicious milky sweet drink being underneath. The pearls kinda tasted like fig to me, which was great. I was expecting them to burst (kinda like the ones at the yogurt places) but they were more chewy like a soft gummy. I enjoyed it then realized I forgot to order the non-dairy version. Dang it! Oh well, it was delicious and sweet and was a nice treat for the drive home. I'll be back to try a non-dairy version as well as some of their food items. I didn't know they had food, which is odd for me because I usually know where there's food.
Love this cute boba shop! All the times I've been here, I've been greeted and have had my drink made in a timely manner. There's always foot traffic but that just proves this place is delicious. I order just a plain milk tea with boba. I also love the decoration in here, very trendy! The price has gone up the past couple of years, but you get what you pay for. I'm very picky about my boba, and this place always has the perfect tapioca consistency!

In walked Barbie and immediately I'm SPRUNG FU And you should come and get a Lemon Black Tea from KUNG FU! WHAT What to get: Lemon Black Tea With Tapioca! Or: All the fruit teas are pretty good, especially if you go off menu and get black tea! Or: Go crazy and order your fruit teas with the very strong Oolong! Or in winter: Any of the hot milk teas! Which milk teas are best: Honey Oolong! Oolong! Maybe Taro or Almond! I also love the regular milk tea with Oreo! This location, like many of the ones in FL, shares its spot with Cheers Cut, which reminds me of when Ted Danson's show was canceled. This is a perfectly decent KFT location which had nice service, way out in the burbs of Orlando, close to the college campuses. It is not much like the other KFT locations in Florida and seems a little more homey and family run, despite (I believe) having the same owners as Gainesville, Tampa, Jax, and so on. There were a few issues, but the boba was pretty decent - and I might even say it was the tastiest of all the Florida Lemon Black Teas I tried... which isn't saying much, because most of them were not so great! The less young woman working here was very friendly, even if another employee and some of the other customers weren't, and for that - and some of the cute decor - I'll give 5 stars. After all, this is Florida, the land of mediocre Boba. So if you think your life is now over And your gf won't let you disrobe her And you ask what I think Just come get a drink Kung Fu's Lemon Black Tea with Boba!
Extensive menu with several different drink options. I tried the matcha red bean slush. I had the choice of getting the red beans at the bottom or blended in. I opted for the bottom and added boba. Staff was friendly and answered my questions to make sure it was nondairy. Plenty of seats inside to sit or stand.
Staff was friendly and attentive from arrival. Service was nice. Being a big boba tea fan, I had tried Kung Fu Tea from other states and they are usually pretty good. I was not disappointed at all. I ordered the large passion fruit green tea with aloe jelly. For those health conscious or just prefer something less sweet, I would recommend to tell the staff to adjust the sugar and ice level. I had my passion fruit tea adjusted to 30% sugar (less) and ice (less). It was awesome and I can taste the flavor of tea and not just some syrup. The place was pretty empty around 2-3 pm for a Saturday and would be conducive to study. But I haven't been to this place often to know if it perhaps get crowded during other times( given its pretty close to UCF). Would definitely come back and the price are pretty decent for both the quality and quantity compared to other boba tea places in Orlando.
Kung Fu Tea is in a great location in the UCF area with a lot of college students. I came here around 8pm on a Sunday. There were students studying inside in the tables. A girl employee took our order and she was rude. I feel like that ruined my mood to have a chill Sunday night and to hang around there. As soon as we got our order, we left right away cause of the vibe of the rude employee. On the other hand, the drinks were great! It was different from what we have here in South Florida and it was a great change. We ordered lychee punch, Kung Fu milk tea, taro slush, and more that I cannot recall the names. The tapioca was chewy and fresh just how it's suppose to be. Everything we got tasted good. I did check in, but didn't get the chance to use the 10% discount. So, I highly recommend checking in before placing your order.

King fu tea is a great franchise and I was so happy to be able to find one in Orlando. Like all king fu tea house this one didn't disappoint. The boba was as fresh as it can be and the tea was delicious. The place was super big and a perfect environment for studying. I found it weird that this place was empty on a Wednesday. I would imagine it being a bit busy. Also if you are planning to study or use the internet here do not throw away your receipt. The wifi password is on there. The staff is unwilling to give you that information. I ordered the milk cap and it I was made perfectly. I always ask them to make it less sweet and it always came out perfect. Same goes for the wintermelon tea. I always add pudding or grass jelly to my drink and it is always perfect. The only that prevented me giving this place a 5 star is the staff here. The girl was really unfriendly. Not even a smile or a "how's your day". Her face when I asked for the wifi password was horrible as well. read more

Kung Fu tea is a chain of boba franchises that have finally migrated down from the north east region of the US. The boba here is usually fresh, chewy and sweet. They also have some weird drink concoctions such as the WOW milk items (super milky with say red bean) and interesting tea combinations. Aside from having lots of variety, they also have lots of options to customize your drinks such as how much of certain toppings you want, ice level, sweetness level and whatever your hearts desire! There is one thing that is special for me from here is that they have boba with hot milk teas! When it was colder earlier this year, it really just warms everything up and you would think the boba melts away but nope, its just stays chewy. The store is clean but seating is a little limited if people are hanging out there for a long time. The customer service is good and they also have a punch card for every 10 drinks you get a free one so don't forget to ask for one! I love that there are more and more options for boba more than ever in Orlando! This makes my heart happy. read more
There are so many boba shop everywhere nowadays,it really comes down to preference,from tea flavor,more tea Essences or more choice of fruit flavor? to texture of the boba,some like it soft, Some like it chewy,I like mine a little sweet(most shops don't sweeten the bobas),this place has some of the best tea in town,I got the mango green tea,it was great,the sunshine pineapple tea was just ok(a little on the sweet side)I have try the peach oolong tea,and I still haven't tried the boba teas yet,I will try the original next time,it's a cool little boba chain,with its 1st Orlando location,and a cute little staff,and it has a neat clean decor,didn't get to try any food since I just ate,but i will definitely be back!! read more
A delicious and authentic bubble tea spot. Certain to satisfy your bubble tea cravings for the day. The one thing that stood out to me about this place versus other bubble tea cafes is the variety of choices in both styles and toppings you can do. I had the milk green tea cap with pudding via a recommendation from the very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and not something I've been able to catch often in the Orlando area so worth a try if you like bubble tea like drinks. The space itself is very quaint and clean. I'll next have to try some of their pastries and snacks offered, they had things like tiny macrons and hot dog baos. read more

Did not enjoy the overall experience. I went to another bubble tea cafe a couple weeks ago and ever since I've been obsessed with this specific drink order. I tried ordering it here after I saw that it was available on the menu (via yelp), it's called the jasmine milk cap. When I went to order the overall cafe was welcoming... however the attendant behind the counter was not very helpful and seemed pretty irritated with my questions. When I got my drink order I was supper disappointed by the tea to milk cap ratio I also thought the cling wrap top was strange since this drink is NOT supposed to be enjoyed with a straw. You are supposed to sip the drink from the cup so that you get the right amount of milk cap and tea together. I don't think it's right for me to promote another business by name in this post... BUT I do prefer other bubble tea locations over this one and I do not mind driving the extra 10 miles to get there. read more

Favorite boba tea place. I come here to get the Grapefruit Yogurt with Pudding drink and the Wintermelon Tea with popping boba. The staff is nice and has a good atmosphere to study at. read more

For anyone who needs their boba fix and is near the UCF area, this location is very convenient since it is literally right across the street from UCF. Kung Fu Tea has a variety of milk teas, teas, and slushees along with add ones such as boba, rainbow jelly, or even egg pudding for an extra charge! There are endless options to mix and match the flavor of your drink with what kind of toppings you would like. I also came recently and there was an option to check in to KFT and you can get a free topping with your drink! My go to is typically the green tea milk tea with the egg pudding, but this time I got the mango slushee with boba and it was definitely very refreshing during the hot Florida days. The ambiance is also very relaxing so if you want to stop by to get some studying in or just hang out with a group of friends while enjoying a refreshing drink this is a nice place to go to! read more

In my opinion this is one of the best boba shops in the UCF area. The milk teas are always fresh and have just the right amount of sweetness. What I like most is the consistency of quality. I always order the winter melon green tea and it comes out the same every time. Last time I had ordered the matcha red bean bubble waffle and it was one of the best bubble waffles I've had. It came out warm with the perfect amount of crunch. I love coming here. read more

Beyond happy Kung fu tea reopened here in Orlando. It's under new management and has a brand new look. We got the peach oolong, Kung fu milk tea, and taro milk green tea. They nail the drinks every time. Can't wait to come back! read more

Update: I love this place! Definitely the best Boba tea I've had in Orlando so far, I've been to 6 different Boba tea places. My favorite is definitely the Oreo Boba tea, which is basically milk tea with crushed Oreo cookies. It is soooo goood. The oolong tea is very good too! Great place! Do the check-in offer. This is my first time coming here and I was very impressed with the selection. I ordered a large green tea slush with red bean and with the check-in I was able to add free Boba. I have come to love red bean and green tea as a combination. It was a green tea slush with red bean at the bottom and Boba. The green tea slush on itself was not sweet but when drunk together with the red bean and Boba the combination was perfect; totally loved it. My only coimplaint is the slush was a bit too solid; too much ice . However, the red bean had great taste and the Boba was super tasty. The place is spacious and very nice looking. Great to hang out and have a nice drink. They have a great selection and also a few homemade snacks and pre-packaged snacks to snack on. Second time here in a week. I appreciate the freshness and cleanliness of the restaurant. Haven't tried the food because it is all deep fried. Incredible selection. Would be more helpful if the staff knew more about ingredients and flavors. I did appreciate how the staff steered you away from flavors that aren't popular. The slush is perfection!! The toppings are great and they offer such a variety. Super staff -- they made sure we liked the flavor we chose. The pina colada is delicious with aloe jelly and boba. This place is one of the best boba tea places! read more

KungFu Tea is a franchise very well known up north and on the west coast. I was pretty excited to have this boba tea place in Orlando. This place is very modern and great place to study or work because it's nice and quiet. The staff are extremely nice and polite. A lot of flavors to choose from and their boba and custard are a must!!!! definitely the best tasting "boba" in Orlando. The boba is very sweet and chewy. I definitely recommend just getting their original milk tea for starters! read more

Kung Fu Tea reminds me of NYC when I used to work and live up there. In fact, every time I go back to visit, I make sure to stop at a location. I am so happy they opened one that is a bit closer to me than NYC. It's a trendy spot like most other KFT. The drinks are priced similarly and there is a nice parking lot. read more

I'm a fan of the Kung Fu Tea franchise, having first been to the Tampa location. I went out of my way to go here one day when I was craving bubble tea and had a good experience. The flavor was spot on, the drink was lightly sweetened as requested, and the bubbles were the right texture (which is incredibly integral - if the bubbles are too chewy or too hard, it really ruins the drink for me). I came back with my family for a second visit and was impressed with both the service and all of the drinks we ordered. I would stop by if I was in the area. While it doesn't measure up to many of the bubble tea places in NY & Boston, it was incredibly good for Florida and I would 100% recommend over other area franchises that serve bubble tea. I enjoy the fruit flavors as well as the classic milk tea. My sister enjoyed the coffee milk tea as well. The place seems like a good place to sit and relax or study as well. read more

I enjoy the natural and traditional flavors this place has to offer. I ordered the red wow milk, not what I was expecting but still enjoyable. It can be kind of bland to some people. But I think that's what draws me to come back. I don't feel like drinks are too heavy or too sweet and artificial like other places. It is really pricy, though. A medium is about $5 and a large would be about $6. Not sure if the drinks are worth that price but it is what it is. So far I've tried the yogurt orange, Oreo milk tea and red wow milk. Might have to try more because I haven't found one drink that I'll keep coming back for, but I'll give the drinks points for being very natural and fresh. Boba texture is good but I've had better in town. read more

Wonderful atmosphere and great staff. A great location to hangout with friends near UCF. They have so many flavors which are a little intimidating if you've never tried boba before. I recommend to try it all! They got games on some tables and a tv in there to pass the time. The oolong tea is probably my favorite. The only issue is the consistency when I go. Kung fu tea is definitely worth the visit! read more

Decent bubble tea, but taste and quality was below average compared to the other KFT locations. Their bubble waffle was also a bit on the crunchy side where I expected it to be slightly softer with more sweetness. The service was also extremely slow (took about 15 minutes to get a bubble waffle, which they should warn customers if that is the regular wait time). The ambience was cool though, a decent hang out spot. read more

It was a mission of mine to drink a few of these on my most recent holiday and by these, I mean, bubble tea- or as the Americans (Asian Americans?) refer to it as, boba tea. Which is essentially just tea (milky or otherwise) with floating chewy bits in it. Whilst not nearly as new and exciting when these things first appeared on the scene many many moons ago, the trick is now finding the shop that perfects the combination of tea + flavour, sweetness, consistency, boba (or topping of choice) and ice. So for the three boba tea stores I managed to visit whilst in the states, I had a check list that I went through with each visit. At Kung Fu Tea, I ordered a milk green tea with pearls (or boba), 70% sweet and I got the large cup (it was my last day and I was feeling decidedly greedy)! Tea: 4/5 - the milk green tea flavour was incredibly subtle, I didn't realise until well after (as in, too far to walk back), that had I wanted the true and obvious green tea flavour punch, I should have ordered the matcha milk tea! Bubbles / boba: 5/5 - these little babies were the perfect consistency, I haven't had any so good since living in Sydney. Perfectly chewy and what's more, PLENTIFUL! Sweetness (70%): 5/5 - very very good. Plus they sealed the cup, so you can shake it up yourself to get an even distribution of sweetness added to milky tea Ice: 4/5 - almost too many, but I guess I could have requested less. Value: 5/5 - lots of boba for your buck, which was around $5 worth I just need to go back and try some different flavours. Until next time! read more
