Outstanding hand pulled noodles and knife cut noodles. I had the Lanzhou style with hand pulled and it was very good. It needed more beef flavor. Also ordered the slices beef in numbing chili sauce. This was amazing !!! Definitely rivals Shang's Noodles. The owners are super friendly and are from Hebei. These guys are the real deal and not some Asian fusion place trying to put a spin on a traditional hand pulled noodles. Some things should be left alone. read more

This place is soooo good. We are from NorCal and had never seen noodle pulling so we were excited to go here. We got the beef Chinese burrito which was EXCELLENT. We also got the cheese won tons and the combination chowmein. Both were very flavorful and the meat was very tender. If we lived here this place would be a weekly visit for us. We finally tried this place after all the great reviews. The beef noodle soup was amassing with flavor packed bowl. The chow mein my wife had was also fantastic. I can't wait to try all the other items here. You also see the staff making their noodles in-house , and you can feel the difference in the noodle texture. I'm so glad Henderson kid getting authentic Chinese noodle place, and none of these "Americanized Chinese restaurants" with their generic "orange chicken and sweet-n-sour whatever". I hate these places that dilute Chinese food items and cause people to think that garbage is Chinese food. This place is amazing!!! read more

Right next to a kids indoor play place and my daughter loves noodles. She got the veggie chow mien and loved it. I got the beef brisket noodle soup and spicy wontons. Both delicious. She was so excited to watch the chef spin the noodles and cook them. Our waitress was Also friendly and on top of things. Very good food at a great price. We will be back for sure. read more

I am very picky about my Chinese food, I would usually go to Chinatown and eat there, but if you live in Henderson this place is pretty good. Ordered the fried rice, magnolias beef is so deliciously craveable, noodle are made fresh and so delicious as well. Atmosphere is clean, bleach can be smelled as she wipes down the table. Although she uses gloves when cleaning the tables, maybe she can wash her hands also? read more

Super rude girl there as waitress. Mo apologies for being out room temperature noodles soup or anything. I asked if she please don't microwave the soup to get it hot in the plastic bowl. We recently moved here and before we start the new job we wanted to explore all the Asian restaurants so we know our options. Last Friday, We yelp after visiting RC Willey. By the name of it I didn't expect too much cuz it sounds very Americanize Chinese food. We were debating among the 3 restaurants. Luckily I looked at the pictures (thanks to all the yelpers for the yummy pictures) It's actually the furthest between all 3 but we decided to try it anyways. I like the wall work and the restaurant has an open kitchen， The place looks very clean. We ordered the the beef roll, mouth watering chickens (I was craving for yellow chicken for the whole month being here) sauce not my favorite but the chicken fixed my crave! Lanzhou noodle and the beef noodle. I enjoyed the beef noodle very much! The drizzle of hot sauce made everything tasted wonderful. All and all, we really enjoy the food. The waiter is actually pretty cool. I wouldn't say we'll be regular cuz it is about 9 miles from us. Wish it's by home. But we sure will be back on some day off. I live for their food. I love this place because their noodles are made fresh right there in front of you and you can truly taste the freshness of these noodles. The one young lady that takes your order she is a one woman show. She take orders to go..wait on tables, as well as communicate to her team efficiently. I highly recommend this restaurant once you go you will be hooked. I came into the restaurant around 7PM on 10/26 and my food was ready within 20 mins. It's usually not busy, so you get seated fast and served to right away. They give you time to order your drinks and are very efficient on seeing if your drink needs refills or if you need anything. Great customer service and good food. I love the C3 szechuan beef brisket noodle, meat almost resembles birria if you know what that is. Spicy wontons could have more flavor so they were alright. Why drive across town to Spring Valley when you have this great jewel here in Henderson!!! There is something special about noodles that are made fresh in house! A step above your common pho or ramen houses. One of the most important things to remember here is.........they offer all of their dishes in 3 choices of noodle cuts! Hand pulled, wide & knife cut. And on the warm day we were there we wanted some a little different than a noodle soup dish. So we opted to have a sauced noodle dish & it was a great choice! There were several choices with the flavors you recognize. We both opted for the Mongolian Beef flavored/style Noodles made with the (Hand Cut Noodles). Man this dish did not disappoint! The perfect Mongolian style sauce with red / green peppers, onion & a delicious sauce that went perfect with the tender slices of beef. The key here is the Hand Cut Noodles!!!! Shorter, Thicker pieces much easier to handle in the sauced dishes but also much nicer to appreciate the beautiful texture and chew of a freshly made to order thick cut noodle! We also opted for 2 side orders both of which. We had the spicy won ton in chili oil these were fresh & typical with a slightly spicy aromatic chili oil. We also had a order of the Homemade style cucumber. The cucumbers were particularly good something about the marinade with that beautiful sesame oil flavor. They were cold & crisp and a great contrast to go with the noodles dishes! So if you're looking for something different than a ramen or pho noodle bowl? Noodles were fantastic. I got knife cut noodle with the brisket. It was interesting watching them make the noodles from the kitchen. There was a little Confusion as to which noodles were thicker but after some questioning I was able to find that the knife cut were the thicker but shorter noodles. My friend ordered the classic noodles which were still thick but less so and they were much longer. He also enjoyed his brisket soup. The Chinese burrito was delicious, a perfect blend of sweet and savory. Chicken fried rice was also good. Service was food especially for a busy day like xmas. I will be going back. read more

Wow what a surprise to find this place after a long drive from LA. We needed to get gas near Costco and my child wanted Panera and found this place right next to Panera. We came and ate here and ordered their house fried rice, shrimp noodle soup and garlic chicken. Everything was good. The garlic chicken was probably the best I had in awhile. Young man, you were a really good waiter. If you don't know who you are, you should. Thank you for your service. The food was great! I had the pop stickers, the Chinese burger, and the szuchaun noodles. Everything tasted good. The Chinese burger I think could be a dollar less, but everything else is well worth the price. I recommend getting spicy noodles from here if your looking for that hangover cure. read more

Pretty darn good. Had a taste for something different than the usual tacos and burgers type of food. Came here for dinner and it was surprisingly not busy at all. Ordered some shrimp tempura, fried wontons, won ton soup , and Kung pao shrimp. Everything came out really fast. Didn't have to wait long. Food was hot and delicious. Only thing I didn't like was the drinks. They only have canned sodas. So hopefully you ain't the thirsty type. Or you'll be spending a lot on drinks alone. If you're really hungry. They have a BIG BOWL challenge that if you eat it all within 30 min by yourself than it will be free. Idk about you. But that bowl is HUGE. Could feed a family of 4-6 people. Lol. Came up on this place by complete accident. We had looked up another spot to eat in this mall and when we drove in we saw this place and decided to give it try. The menu intrigued us so we went for it and are we glad we did. When you enter, the dining room is small but we were able to be seated right away. The dining room was clean even though I noticed it was small, everyone who entered was able to get a seat. I looked over the menu and chose the beef brisket noodle and my wife chose the chicken chow mein. There is large glass window that surrounds the kitchen that has seating right up next to it so you can watch what goes on inside. I got up to watch as I knew the chef would be making ours as we were the only ones who had ordered at that time. I watched the chef stretch, pull and pound the dough to where it eventually turned into noodles! It was fun to watch and definitely worth the visit. I think it would be something children would get into watching. Our orders came out pretty quick and the beef brisket noodle soup was great! The flavors were not strong but tasty and the meat was very tender as well as full of flavor. The chicken chow mein was full of meat and vegetables that were cooked perfectly with that slight crunch so you know they are not overcooked. Will definitely be back. read more

Discovered a new Chinese noodle place by Galleria Mall. I ordered the shrimp fried rice and the brisket noodle soup. Both were very good. Authentic Chinese food! Beef was very tender and soup was tasty. Shrimp fried rice was perfectly done! Waiter was very attentive. It doesn't super evoke the awe and nostalgia of the original version I had, maybe lacking some orange punch and also using larger but lower quality salmon sashimi cuts. Fortunately, the presence of all the sauces, orange wedges, and microgreens bestows enough flavor to cover for that issue. I also found a more interesting option than a hot bowl of soup in their menu. The Black Garlic Mazemen ($14.99) is a sauced bowl of kale noodles (yep, they're green) with spicy ground pork, chashu, and some sort of mixed greens. It is served hot, so it isn't as much of a relief during the summer, but you can mostly handle it without a spoon. The noodles are coated with that luscious, perhaps under-described sauce that didn't really speak "yuzu" to me. The ground pork doesn't make the whole thing too spicy, and the thin chashu slices are nicely caramelized and tender. I was quite happy with the dish and would order it again as soon as tomorrow. Umai Ramen is really a hidden gem. I can't speak for their regular ramen menu, but I had some very nice dishes here tonight and suggest that anyone else in Henderson who's overlooked them make a stop for either lunch or dinner.

Please improve how you manage the pickup/line area and train employees to recognize when something is clearly wrong. If you see two men unnecessarily crowding a woman who is by herself while she is loudly confronting them, take 30 seconds to ask, "Are you okay?" I shouldn't have been sexually assaulted while picking up lunch and then left feeling as though nobody in the room cared enough to even ask what happened.

I told them, you know, those drinks are never actually free when you're gambling. One guys says, yeah, but I might win! OK, good luck with that, so I drop them off at a nearby casino and told then to call me when they run outta money! Me and the other girl on the crew decide just to do some take out Chinese food and eat at the hotel. The hotel has a good set up for using their plates and utensils. I found this China Wan Wan on the Yelp and GPS, they looked like they had good food to go. I call in our order, just 2 items, we don't eat a lot like the big guys do. I ordered the Singapore Noodles and the fried Chicken Wings. They said they come spicy with lots of onions and peppers. OK, sounds good to me. We get there and the order is ready, just outta the kitchen. I can feel the heat coming from the bag. Back at the hotel I plate the food on the hotel plates. No reason to be uncivilized and eat outta the boxes! The noodles were hot and had lots of onions in it. I asked for lots of onions. The wings were nice and hot as well, so crispy and nice! We both decided this was enough food along with some beers I had in my room. After dinner, my phone rings ... I guess they guys ran outta money!
