Our experience at KWI Noodle was beyond disappointing. We received our dumplings within five minutes, but the rest of our meal never arrived. As table after table of guests who were seated after us received their food, we were left wondering where ours was. After waiting quite a while, we asked a server to check on our order. No one ever followed up with us, checked on us, or apologized for the delay. After another 20 minutes with still no food, we decided to cancel the rest of our order and asked for the check. Even then, we had to wait another 10 minutes just to receive the bill. Ironically, that's when our food finally came out. Instead of apologizing, our waiter simply asked, "Here's your food. Do you still want to cancel it?" When my husband responded that the customer service had been awful, the waiter's response was to give us a thumbs-up, which came across as dismissive and disrespectful. We then asked to speak with the manager, hoping someone would acknowledge what had happened and make things right. Instead, we were given excuses about being in the middle of changes and that there was "a lot happening." There was no genuine apology, no ownership of the situation, and no attempt at customer service recovery. We paid for the dumplings and left. Delays can happen, and most customers understand that. What isn't acceptable is being ignored, treated dismissively, and offered excuses instead of solutions. We left feeling frustrated, unappreciated, and certain that we won't be returning. read more

I mean if this place was in a South Jersey Strip Mall maybe I'd have given them 3 stars but $120 with tip it wasn't close to worth it. The General Tso wasn't any better than any G.T. I've ever had. The Crab Fried Rice was the highlight, on its own I'd give it 4 stars. The Beef Noodle Stew lacked flavor, like big time lacking flavor. The beef was tender but fatty. I'm not kidding when I tell ya that the Noodles reminded me of the Nissin Ramen Noodles you get in the plastic wrap at your local grocery store. The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere sucked because you can smell the cigarette smoke from the poker room. Live and learn. read more

Got invited to join some friends for a bday celebration. When we got to the restaurant it was empty, maybe because it was a Tuesday. The staff was very attentive and we got our food fairly quick. I Enjoyed most dishes didn't like the beef fried rice so much not sure what it was but I wasn't a fan. Loved the lobster, the crab fried rice, and the short ribs they were delicious. The chicken was just okay. Didn't like the location of where the restaurant was it was in a corner of the casino a little weird. I would eat here again. read more

First visiting here and I ordered Mandarin Beef Stew Noodle it was pretty good the beef was soft and melted in your mouth and the noodles was pretty much the same. The broth was ok it seemed more watery than salty which is how I personally like my ramen. I was seated pretty quickly and my waitress constantly checked on me and my food came at a proper time. Been here two times now. If you like authentic Asian soup, go for the noodles, trust me! The Mandarin Beef Stew noodle soup brought us back to our trip to Taiwan. Super tender and flavorful beef, a light soupy broth. The egg noodles aren't as traditional, but still tasted good. $26.99 is pricey, but cheaper than an air plane ticket so... yeah... bowl is large, definitely enough for one and a half portions. The Seaweed Tofu Ramen noodle soup has a lovely light flavor and springy noodles. My kids loved them. It's not super punchy in terms of flavor, but it's not supposed to be. $18.99 feels more reasonable, but there isn't any meat, so that might account for the price difference. My son likes the Tonkotsu soup with fried jumbo shrimp (they are jumbo sized- see picture with a spoon for reference), I was too full to try the noodles. Our kids were the only ones hungry for second dinner tonight, so we just had them order, and the staff were very accommodating to provide extra bowls so we could share and taste each other's soup. Our first time, we also ordered some of the other dishes, which fell a bit flat. The Peking pork chops used the house sweet and sour sauce, which is that bright red stuff you get at Chinese takeout restaurants (the dish was only OK). The beef ribeye steak was pretty chewy, but the black pepper sauce it came in was very tastey. The sesame chicken was meh, nothing special. Our server the first night did not feel very welcoming, and it was super hard to get ahold of her to request drink refills or the check. Tonight, our server Cai was SUPER amazing and friendly. She brought us chopsticks, without us even having to ask! I highly recommend asking for her if you can. Our drink server was also very friendly and was very polite when he asked if we would like him to clear our table. We didn't feel rushed or ignored this time, which made a world of difference. Hot Tea is complementary, but it's barley, so not to my taste. If you go, definitely give the noodle soups a try! The restaurant is well spaced and the decor is nice. It features an open wall separating some gaming tables, but the tables are not manned, so it's nice a quiet space. So glad they're open late for the soaring event this week. We went to use our rewards here and we ate here on a Saturday night. The place was pretty busy, but even though it was a 30 minute wait, it ended up being 15 minutes. We ordered the Peking Pork chop and Singapore noodles with pork. We got tea and a bowl of rice included in our meal. You are going to pay quite a bit of money and without using the rewards we would have paid $70 dollars. Food was overall good and my wife liked the food that she ended up going their the next day after eating at Hell's kitchen to order more food. I had dinner here last year and I enjoyed it so this year I stopped back in for lunch with a bigger group of friends. We started with many appetizers, which were all good including the dumplings in spring rolls. This is the Asian restaurant at Caesar's. It's located on the first floor and it's not hard to spot. Check the hours as they are different in the off season and busy season. I've only ordered food to be picked up here so the review is limited to that. It was an easy process thru Caesar's Eat's and you get a text once your order is ready. The restaurant itself wasn't busy but there looked like there was a decent amount of seating. The staff was nice and the food included utensils and sauces. The food was good and tasty as well. Over the thanksgiving weekend, we ordered take out from this place. It took about 30 minutes to prepare 3 items, even though the restaurant wasn't half full. Once we got back to our hotel room, I was surprised to see the small portion. The dishes were sooo average, even my neighborhood Chinese restaurant makes eggplant, braised fish and other items with better flavor, and one-third of the cost. Kwi was closed for a few weeks for "renovations". They reopened today May 3rd. Saturday. We returned to familiar menus and great service. All wait staff and podium hostess was very pleasant and helpful. And despite packed house, orders did come out fresh and hot. Much more promptly than before. But what impress me more was that food was prepared w light sodium in taste and very good "wok hey" (=stir fried skills!) we ordered half of a Chinese "sand ginger" chicken which was not overcooked and very fresh. And shrimps and scallops w mixed veggies.. the color and taste of dish was scrumptious. Kudos to the chefs. I look forward to next visit. read more

Two of us waited about another 10 minutes for our entrees. Food is good. I had sesame chicken. Not something I NEED to come back for. They only had 5 people cooking. Waitstaff wanders around clueless. Hostess is of no help. 2 people were waiting for their takeout orders over 40 minutes when their orders were supposed to be ready. (They charge an extra 18% on takeout orders.) We got here at 9 pm and left 11:45 pm. Too unorganized and chaotic for me. Wouldn't come back. They really need to take reservations. I do not like hotel food. At all. It's overpriced, under-seasoned, and clearly made for people who think salt is a personality trait. But in Atlantic City, they take it a step further--they basically ban restaurant delivery so you're forced to eat their mediocre (yet wildly expensive) food. I called over 10 restaurants, thinking I could outsmart the system. Nope. Defeated, I ordered the beef chow mein--except, plot twist, it wasn't chow mein. It was flat noodles, no spice, minimal flavor--basically pad Thai's sad cousin who never gets invited to the party. It filled me up, but that's about all it did. The Vietnamese spring rolls were decent, but nothing life-changing. The staff was super nice, but after 18% gratuity and hotel surcharges, my $30 meal became $50, and for what? Exactly what we needed in the air-conditioned restaurant. We ordered beef noodle soup, Szechuan beef and green beans. All of it was a delight. Crispy and well seasoned meat with pine nuts. We both ordered soup. Every ingredient was screaming freshness. My dumplings were superb. The chef made a special hot and sour soup with clams and spicy goodness just for my husband. He showed his appreciation by sweating and wiping his brow the whole meal. We left satisfied.
