Share a couple of appetizers and then have an authentic meal. The signature cocktails will leave you with a smile on your face. The lobster special was one of the best dishes I have ever eaten and easily the best lobster I have ever had. Every course was beautifully presented, thoughtfully composed, and full of incredible layers of flavor. The service throughout the meal was impeccable, attentive, knowledgeable, and truly deserving of the restaurant's reputation. Overall, Nobu delivered an unforgettable dining experience with exceptional food and outstanding service. My only criticism is the lack of communication upfront about the expected cost and scope of the omakase. A little more transparency at the beginning would have made the experience perfect.
