Can of soda for 5 dollars

I had mentioned this in my review of Harrahs that my friend and I really liked this place. The rolls were fresh and everything was tasty. The dumplings were amazing and came with this broth that you could eat like a soup. The edamame wasnt overly salty. We ordered a rainbow and a spicy salmon roll to split. Both rolls were really amazing and fresh, however the spicy roll was really spicy. I love sushi and I do love spice, but it was alittle much for my girlfriend to handle. They do charge a steep 5 dollars for a can of soda. This would be my only complaint. From vending in the hotel, a can was $2.75. This place is also only open on the weekend which is also a bit of a bummer. Otherwise I would have came here more than once.

One night during my last trip to Harrah's in AC I was starving for a tasty dinner. There is really not that much open late in this casino to eat, and I was also looking for something on the healthier side. Saw that Oshu Sushi was open late. This spot is in the space that the chocolate bar and store used to occupy. The decor is very nice with Asian accents, and we had a choice of seats as it wasn't to crowded. Had a helpful server who made a few suggestions. Went with some rolls and sashimi. Everything was tasty and prepared just right. Hit the spot for what I was craving. Small menu but terrific service and a tasty spot if craving some sushi. Very fresh and well made.

Left: spider roll ($16). Right: Eel avocado ($12).

Came here for lunch today. Waitress was very nice but service was slow. Decor is nice. Food and drinks are overpriced. Started off with tuna tar tar for appetizer ($15). Nice presentation. horrible taste. Entree was Shrimp Udon Soup ($20), Roll Eel Avocado ($12), and Roll Spider ($16). Soup was really good. Enough for 2 people. It had noodle, shrimp, and crab meat. Roll spider comes with 6 pieces and eel avocado comes with 8 pieces. Both were delicious. Definitely thought the food wasn't going to be good after having the tuna tar tar but the entrees saved this place.

The food menu was limited and only open Friday and Saturday due to COVID-19. Everything tasted good and Mel was a great waitress.

We came right at 5 when they opened so we got seated right away and service was fairly fast since there were only a few other people there. Servers were friendly (5/5 stars) We got the Thai Curry Beef Noodles (4/5stars) the beef wasnt the best quality but the noodles were perfectly cooked. Normally $18 but 50% off during HH We also got the dragon roll $20 nothing special.. and the spicy tuna crunch roll $9 during HH. Overall the sushi was beautifully displayed but quality & taste was 3.5/5 Stars.

Went here over the weekend for my fiancee's birthday celebration. Food not that great I dont taste much flavor on the soup they are serving, place was nice and servers were great. But we saw a mouse!!!! Yup a mouse running around itwas only not us who saw it but the other in our back too! I was freaking out and the manager saw hw scared I was and about to leave the place. So wen we asked for our check he went to us and apologize and said we will not pay anything. That was great but nope I'm not going back.

Good sushi with fair prices especially that it's located in the casino. Plenty of seating when I went, the waitress was always there to check on me, the sushi masters made my rolls in a timely matter, and must say it was top notch quality seafood in the rolls. Place is a must try when you are feining for sushi and are at harrahs casino in Atlantic city

Harrahs new Asian sushi bar... beautiful fashion accents, young ambiance and a decor inspired by Buddhism. Strong red and gold colors. The menu is meant to be small, tasty tapas of Japanese design. They have various sushi rolls, sashimi and nagiri.. I ate a wonderful seaweed salad which was fresh, moist, slightly sweet. Another dish of lightly sauteed sweet peppers was a refreshing experience. The rainbow roll was good and consisted of salmon, white tuna and advocado. Stars of the meal were the White tuna nigiri, hamachi sashimi and red tuna sashimi. The large red tuna sashimi was fresh but could have been chilled more. The Hamachi was off the hook! One of my favorite sashimi, Hamachi, filled my mouth with the flavor of butter, cream and fat. I was in my HAPPY place! I was pleasantly surprised to try a new twist of White Tuna here. The nigiri white tuna was lightly seared and a semi sweet glazed drizzled on top... Once again.. I was in my HAPPY place! Wonderful customer service. Our server Linh was attentive, chatty, smiled often and very pleasant. My critique is to increase the menu size and offer soup! What kind of sushi bar doesn't have soup? I wasn't able to order Miso. Miso and Nabe would be welcome options. Kinda pricey but what do you expect in the casino. If you want to find your happy place as I did I recommend Oshi.

Not a huge fan of sushi but I will throw back a California roll. The Master Chef made the experience for me. He gave my friend and I complimentary sashimi (just the raw fish). I was reluctant but here was very convincing. We tried two types of tuna, eel and even beef. Yes he had us try raw beef (seared by a blow torch for a second). My friend loved it I wasn't a fan. The master chef really loves what he does and it shows in the presentation of his dishes. How could I almost forget, they had Theeee BEST shrimp fried rice!

I went to Oshi over the weekend while waiting for my friends to arrive to the Harrahs Resort. Overall the experience was average. There is a sign that clearly states to wait to be seated and I stood there for a good seven minutes before the chef signaled me to take a seat and handed me a menu. The one waiter who was there complained she was ringing up a check and couldn't do everything at once. (I thought her outburst was a little unprofessional) However once she presented herself to take my order, her personality completely changed. I had two rolls which were pretty good however expect to pay premium price their food. Overall, 3 stars: the food was pretty good, nice atmosphere. So/so customer service and prices are a little eh.

We said we were very adventurous and, not really knowing what to expect, did not specify a budget. In hindsight, that was a mistake. As the meal went on, especially when the lobster course arrived, we realized we were likely in for a very expensive evening. I wish the staff had given us at least an estimated price range or an idea of the final cost before starting the menu, even though we had not provided a budget. It also would have been helpful to know roughly how many courses to expect so we could make a more informed decision. That said, the food was absolutely phenomenal. The lobster special was one of the best dishes I have ever eaten and easily the best lobster I have ever had. Every course was beautifully presented, thoughtfully composed, and full of incredible layers of flavor. The service throughout the meal was impeccable, attentive, knowledgeable, and truly deserving of the restaurant's reputation. Overall, Nobu delivered an unforgettable dining experience with exceptional food and outstanding service. My only criticism is the lack of communication upfront about the expected cost and scope of the omakase. A little more transparency at the beginning would have made the experience perfect.

Large enough for a meal with side of miso soup -- which was chuck full of micro-diced tofu and greens. Another table someone ordered the gorgeous Sweetheart Roll -- served in composed heart shapes. Ambitious, she'd ordered that and another specialty roll so more than half or each went home with her. The bento box her husband ordered looked very large but an added side of veggies was called for as barely any but a garnish worth in the box. I hear they have some dessert items but didn't see anyone with room enough to order anything. For the non-sushi lovers in your party, there are many chicken or beefy hibachi offerings. Very limited seating so reserve, go early, or do take away. They moved things around to accommodate my recent solo visit for dinner at 7pm on a Monday. I was headed back to Philly after this last Ventnor dinner so I ordered a Rainbow Roll to go. I didn't want the experience to end. I enjoyed half of it for lunch next day. The rest for dinner with large homemade salad. It had been packed tight and stayed fresh in my fridge. I ordered miso soup to start, and you really can't go wrong with that. For my appetizer, I ordered the Sushi Pizza. The waitress recommended it, and I personally think they absolutely knocked it out of the park. It had a crispy base topped with fresh sashimi and a delicious aioli sauce. It wasn't flimsy, soggy, or falling apart, it was perfectly crunchy and absolutely delicious. Definitely a big portion I had to take half to go but I don't mind! For my main course, I ordered the Triple Delight Sashimi. I'm very picky when it comes to sashimi, and the quality here was fantastic. The slices were thick, fresh, and simply melted in your mouth. My boyfriend ordered the veggie tempura and couldn't stop talking about how much he enjoyed it. It looked crispy and smelled delicious. I'm pretty sure I spoke with the owner, who was an extremely nice lady. She came over to refill our water and see how we were enjoying our meal, which really added to the experience. I forgot the name of the cake I ordered, but it was sweet, simple, and light, a perfect way to end my meal. I love this place so much. I asked ChatGPT where I should go for sushi, and it recommended Rainbow for its prices, portions, and because it was one of the most highly raved-about spots. ChatGPT didn't lie! I'll definitely be spreading the word about Rainbow and how great the food and overall experience were. If you're craving quality sushi without breaking the bank, make the drive. It's on a cute little street, and you won't regret it. I'll definitely be coming back every time I visit Atlantic City!
