I ate almost half of the ham and cheese hoagie when I bit into something hard which was a piece of wood. I'm assuming the wood came from a cutting board but I still find this completely unacceptable. Getting in and out of the strip mall seems challenging, but may be this was my first time. Although value wise I probably got more than what I paid for, at that moment I was seriously questioning myself what I did wrong to deserve all these on a single day. I called the restaurant, almost crying, and told them I didn't get my order right. The restaurant manager apologized immediately, acknowledged the mistake, and made up with free vouchers. I made the call expecting questions about my order but I got none of that. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Malvern, for treating customers with respect , trust and honesty.
