My experience with Dr. Song and the entire staff was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I 1st entered his office, I was greeted by 2 friendly women at the front desk. I was taken to Dr. Song's private office (on time!) to discuss what I was looking to have done. He went over all options, thoroughly. We then went to the exam room, where he gave me his opinions of what would probably make me get the results I most desired. He answered all the questions I had at the moment. I then went and spoke with Andi, who takes care of the scheduling. She was wonderful! I emailed several questions to her, as well as Dr. Song before my procedure. They were both very quick with their response times, never seemed irritated with my many questions I had, and Dr. Song even took the time to call me on a few occasions. Due to COVID-19, we had to postpone my original surgery date. However, once they were allowed to re-open the surgery center, I booked my date. They followed strict protocol for COVID & I felt very safe. The nurse who was with me throughout the surgery was amazing. She even braided my hair for me when I asked for her help! Dr. Kyle Song is aaaaamazing!!!!! After back to back pregnancies and 100 plus lbs lost, this mommy needed help with her breast! After having consultations with 5 different well know surgeons in OC, my consultation with Dr. Song was a breath of fresh air! He listened and took his time explaining everything to me. I should have left a review a long time ago!! I am so happy with my lifted breasts! I am in my 40's with two kids, and of course have dealt with the usual breast problems typical of older women. It has been 6 months since my procedure and they have exceeded making my experience an everlasting one. I went in for breast augmentation but when I read in his career profile that he had performed cleft surgeries on children it secretly gave me hope that maybe he could be the doctor that could fix a scar that was very emotional for me. Dr. Song is the best!! I went in for a breast augmentation unsure about what size or what shape to get, and with his expertise we chose the perfect size! Using measuring tools to choose the size and shape based on my exact proportions, we picked the tear-drop shape. I cannot emphasize enough how important this is, because come on... not all of us want huge melons on our chests (not judging those who do!), but picking a size that fits your exact proportions is key! Dr. Song was unbiased and gave great advice when it came to my choosing what size and shape I wanted. Before the surgery the whole office made me feel like a queen. They all knew me by my name and were always so friendly. The day before the surgery both Dr. Song and the anesthesiologist made personal phone calls to me to ensure I was doing well and to quell my nerves. I felt like they truly cared about me, and were going to make this whole experience less painful (because its surgery.. who are we kidding). After the surgery the nurses were wonderfully attentive and helpful, giving me more medicine if I needed it and helping me leave the surgery center. Dr. Song called me that night to make sure I was doing okay, and was always there to assist if I needed another refill on my medications, etc. Not only was there the typical day-after post-op appointment, but a part of the surgery you have scheduled a 2-week after visit, a 2 month after, a 6 month after, and a 1-year after. I saw a few plastic surgeons regarding breast augmentation before I met with Dr. Song. I had pretty much already decided on someone else, but I had a consultation scheduled with him so I figured I would go. I'm SO happy I did! One of the main qualities I was looking for was confidence, and when Dr. Song started the consultation, I could tell how confident he was in the work he does. I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner located in the same building as Dr. Kyle Song. I also practice non-surgical aesthetics (and love every minute of it). Without hesitation, I highly recommend him for patients that are better suited for surgical intervention. Dr. Kyle Song has an amazing bedside manner, is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and innovative. I've had 7 children, and suffered from extremely large breast, despite a small frame. I recently had a breast reduction, and abdominoplasty (3 weeks out). I couldn't be happier with my results. I was a gymnast since the age of 3-18 (competitively), so my hips are narrow and my shoulders are wide. This build left my waist/hip ratio in an undesired range (quite common for competitive gymnast, but very unflattering as a 47 year old). I am now more shapely than I was then. I also want to give recognition to his anesthesiologist, Dr. Weatherwax. I've worked in the nursing field for 24 years and have had more than my fair share of experience with anesthesiologist. Let me tell you from both a professional and personal perspective, that your anesthesiologist can make or break your experience. The one and only other surgery I have had, left me with a medical condition. Not only was Dr. Weatherwax receptive, and brilliant, with a wink of an eye and slight smirk, he had me knocked out before I even hit the OR. If you are even hesitating for a moment....don't. You will be in great hands. Last, but not least, my Registered Nurse was AMAZING. So I'm now 10 weeks post surgery and everything has gone perfectly. Dr Song did exactly what he said he would do and fixed my medical condition I have been suffering from for over 20 years. Dr. Song is god send!! I had a tummy tuck revision, so second time around was a cautious process for me. I experienced now two different doctors and it's a world of a difference!!
