Tldr; excellent atmosphere, disappointing food Came here to satisfy a ramen craving after shopping at HMart. Looked promising at first - plenty of parking, clean and comfortable seating, well-staffed. We walked in and were seated right away. We ordered gyoza and two ramen - the tonkotsu shio and spicy miso. Now the food. It came quickly and looked promising. That's all the good things I have to say about it. Quite frankly, it was bland. The gyoza were fried beautifully but tasted like they were the frozen bagged type that were sitting in my trunk at that very instance. I've never had to put so much togarashi in a bowl of ramen. The broth hardly qualified as tonkotsu, it was so watery and flavorless. Did I eat the whole thing? Sure. But did it fill my soul and my arteries with lip-licking, buttery, pork essence? Not even close. I won't be coming back here, even to try the omurice. read more

So we went on Date Night and were super excited to try Ramen. It was packed we could barely get in the door. Luckily we made reservations which were so easy to do and were seated right away. The inside decor was awesome and the private booths were so cool. There were a lot of menus to look at which was a little overwhelming. The Amazing lemonade is exactly what they say I loved it! My husband got a mango strawberry smoothie and loved it. We had the Bao bun as an appetizer which was tasty. We also had the purple sweet potato fries and omg they were amazing. Dipped in like a tempura batter and the sauce to dip it in was yummy. Tried the Omurice since we had seen so many videos of it and it was cool to video but now that I tried it I don't really need to have it again. It doesn't have much flavor except for the demiglace that's on top. We got the Chicken ramen which was good the egg was my favorite part. It was our first time so we have nothing to compare it to. All the food came out very quick. Had the mango crepe cake for dessert which was really good. They only lost 1 star because no one checked on us that much and we had to wait awhile to get another drink. But it was a really cool place and experience! read more

Restaurant is nice with private booths. They have a very interesting menu with a variety of ramen options. I went to try the omurice. Aside from the egg itself, everything else was ok. The rice in the omurice was a bit weird, I couldn't tell if it was white rice or fried rice or just a mix of both. The curry that came with the omurice didn't really stand out to me. Overall though, I did like the art of how the egg was prepared and then cut in front of us by the staff. My friends had ramens and they had great feedbacks. We will most likely go back again to try other items on the menu. read more

If you are planing on going to Kyuramen to try this place out after seeing pictures or videos of Omurice like I did then get ready for some disappointment. The fried rice which is prepared with onions, peas, corn and little pork chunks is basically per cooked then serve on a plate with the egg omelette (freshly prepare) goes on top of the not so tasty fried rice. The ramen itself wasn't bad at all so if you are coming here don't order the Omurice get the ramen instead. The staff members are very tentative which that's why I gave them three stars because over all the food just isn't great but okay except for the Omurice which is terrible. read more

The Chicken Ramen was bland as were the spring rolls we ordered as an appetizer. We also ordered the shrimp tempura which was very good!
