Slow Co Pizza never disappoints! The pizza was crispy, fresh, and so delicious. I tried their Margherita pizza and it instantly became my favorite. The service is beyond amazing, staff is very sweet and welcoming. If I could give this a 10/10 I would!

Had been wanting to try Slow Co for a while and finally got my chance. Pizzas are personal size (6 slices) and is great for sharing or devouring yourself. Overall flavor was great and loved the unique topping choices. If you get a pizza with the red sauce, it was quite watery and if you get GF crust, it is necessary to get it cooked extra well/crispy or else it's floppy. Though I must say; GET THE SIDE OF RANCH! So YUM! Very clean seating areas inside and outside on the patio.

New favorite local pizza spot! Stopped in on a Sunday evening and there were a few people eating in the restaurant/in line when we got there. Easy to get to and easy parking. We ordered a couple pizzas and a rip and dip to share and sat inside. The dinning area was cute with different snail decor and plants. The rip and dip came out pretty quickly and was fantastic. The dough was soft and fluffy. Our pizzas came out pretty quickly after and both were amazing. Thin and flavorful crust, paired well with the left over dip we had. The staff was super friendly and helpful, checked in a bunch and made sure we were always good.

Cute little pizza place in Cotati! We ordered a bunch of salads, salads, and pizzas. I liked the pretty fun for a funghi pizza. I would've liked it to be a bit larger and a bit more seasoned. The beet salad was great. Great use of fennel. They even support SNAP benefits and help you out if you need help. 100% love to see that!

Mmmm. Pizza. My husband and I stopped in on a random Tuesday around 6pm and the place was empty. That initially made us a little nervous, but based on the reviews, it turns out we just came at a quiet time. All the tables had fresh flowers, which added a gorgeous touch to the already bright and quaint restaurant, and the sparkling Christmas tree gave off sweet holiday vibes. Service was friendly and inviting. Pricing, along with our level of hunger, had us stick to just one pizza. It definitely falls within the "personal" size category, but everyone's appetite is different. I left feeling satisfied sharing the pie, but if I'd been hungrier, we might've had to battle for the last slice. :) For me, the dough is key and theirs is excellent. You can taste the quality ingredients; it had a great chew, perfect char, just the right thickness (for me), and an overall really good flavor. There was just the right amount of sauce, and the toppings--simple pepperoni--were flavorful, not greasy, and tasted high-quality. I paid $2 for a very small side of arugula (maybe 6-8 leaves), but it was the perfect addition to my pizza. (side note: I do NOT understand $3 pricing for a side of ranch, no matter the clever naming. I make my own at home, I'm not a restaurateur, I get that people can go wild with how many they request, and I have no problem paying extra for a house-made condiment... but $3 still feels high.) Our total was $27.50 (before tip) for a personal pepperoni pizza, one draft beer, and a small side of arugula. I'm glad I tried it, and might return if I were in the area and craving pizza.

Really nice staff here. Easy parking. No wait on a Friday around 6:00 p.m.. Outdoor area where you can dine with your dog. A few simple games provided (connect four, that game where you swing a string with a keychain ring at the end and try to get it to land on a hook). We ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. Total was $61.44 including tax/tip. They said there was a 15-minute wait, but it was just a few minutes for the salad and maybe 5-10 for the pizza. Overall the pizzas had really nice crusts, soft with a good crisp. * Greens Salad ($14) - 3.5 stars. Interesting flavors, sharp, sweetness of Asian pear was nice. Just wished for a little bit of protein or nuts. Not super filling. * The Bird ($14) - 4 stars. Simple cheese pizza, my kids enjoyed. * Pretty Fly for a Fungi ($20) - 4 stars.

This place is THE BEST. The employees are friendly and helpful. The beverages are top quality with fantastic natural wines. They usually have an Orange wine by the bottle. The real star is the pizza. The current "Living on the veg" has potato and is delicious. Don't forget to order the slo sauce!

Another Friday....another pizza to try! Came here a couple weeks ago to try out Slow Co. Pizza that everyone has been raving about. I think an important thing to remember when dining out at a restaurant, especially if has been featured in a news article is that service is going to be slower. Aware of that we were greeted with smiling faces when we entered, but also told that because they were so busy, they gave us plenty of time and definitely delivered it in the amount of time. With that expectation, my husband and I enjoyed our beverages and saw other parties play with the board games they offer at the restaurant. Ordered the Pretty Fly for a Fungi and Pep in Your Step pizza, Brussel sprouts and some of their special beverages from their cold case. The thing that stood out to me about the pizza is that it was crispy until the center. I know that pizza is always based on preference, but I love that it was not soggy at all and the flavors were amazing. Excited to come back again!

Finally tried this place and it was great! Pizza was delicious- bright fresh sauce and crust was perfectly chewy! Customer service was excellent- they really made sure we were well taken care of, a rare gem these days! They have a little fenced outdoor area which is a lifesaver when eating with young kids! We will be back soon, thank you!

Finnster on left, Hogwarts Express on right

In an area where people have been complaining that there are too many pizza places, we have here yet another one. However, this one is different. My wife and I heard about this new place in Sonoma Magazine. Consequently so did a lot of other people. When we arrived they were utterly slammed. They weren't expecting the article to be published for another week and they had to scramble. It's located adjacent to the town square, or more accurately, hexagon. Which also happens to be a mobile internet dead zone. This place deals in individual personal sized pizzas, I do have to admit a lot of it is just too fancy for my taste, but they did make a nice pepperoni for troglodytes like myself named the Finnster. My wife had The Hogwarts Express, a fancy thing with red sauce, sausage, fennel, shallots, and mozzarella. I tried a piece, the fennel really worked better than I thought it would. It's a great little place in a cute location and well worth a visit.

So glad to have a new pizza place in town! Staff was super friendly and the inside was very inviting. Service was fast. Besides pizza they had salad and beverages like beer and sodas. We ordered the Hogwarts Express and the special which had sausage, potatoes, leeks, white sauce, and Estero gold cheese. Both pizzas were delicious! Ingredients were fresh, and they do a slow fermented crust. Crust was tasty, had a good bite to it. Definitely will be coming back!

Stopped by during Tesla charging time, had by far the best personal pizza. Ordered their margarita and one spicy pizza. Sauce tasted so fresh and their other ingredients in pizza. One of the best and fresh food I've ever had during road trip. Thank you guys. Really loved your minimalistic settings and food.

I was taken away by the decor, the pool table, and a small arcade. This is definitely a place that you come and hangout with some friends. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their pizza, and they really took care of me when I told them it was my first time there. They told me that they serve New York style and Detroit style pizza. I'll have to try Detroit someday, but for now I focused on New York style. I ordered a spicy sausage pizza and a pepperoni which had hot honey. I only ever had hot honey in Los Angeles, so I was hoping it would be delicious. The spicy sausage pizza was delicious, flavors were balanced and I tasted everything they laid out. The pizza is thin so it's definitely New York style and the crust was so crispy and light. The thing I love about New York style pizza is just how edible the crust are. I feel like you can just have them as breadsticks and I would buy them. The hot honey pizza was an out of the world flavor. If I had to pick one pizza for anyone to try it's this New York Pepperoni with hot honey. This is an amazing balance of sweet and savory. The first bite really took my tastebuds on a ride and I was ready for another. The pepperoni pizza wasn't too greasy and the honey just really brought the flavor altogether. I had hot honey in LA, now I'm glad to say, I don't need to go to LA for that. If you have a desire for pizza, look no further than Acre Pizza!

They also had plenty of seating between indoors and their outdoor patio. Price: 2.5/5 I thought it was a little over priced, but I know this is pretty normal for eating out at a place like this. The pizza was about $8-9 a slice, the salad it was $19 ($14 +$5 for the chicken). The total for 3 slices and a salad was about $50. Overall, it was good and we had a nice time eating here on our family outing.

Carly, our excellent server, was prompt, friendly and as knowledgeable as she could be for a new employee to the establishment. My guess? Art probably established an excellent real Italian restaurant with authentic recipes and hopefully homemade pasta. He has since passed away, and I am sorry to say, whatever authenticity went with him. The vibe is a bar pizza joint, and I hope they serve a good pizza pie. The linguine and clams (I asked if it was a garlic sauce) was loaded with clams. That is where the dish ended. It had linguine noodles and a sauce made up of clam juice butter and lemon. I could not taste garlic, so she brought some raw garlic to toss in. The lasagna tasted like canned meat sauce poured over a bland dish of pasta. The chicken noodle soup had tasty chicken, but the overload of oregano was too much, we couldn't eat it and were not offered to have it removed from the bill. The Caesar salad was mayo heavy, could taste lemon and had sliced Parmesan on top. Tiramisu was not umptious either. For the cost of the meal, I will pass. We will try a pizza in the future, hopefully it is their saving grace. Oh, they should learn how to make pasta as well, instead of buying boxed pre made.

(FYI, I'm super woo :)) Then, my sister-in-law raved about it, declaring it the best pizza she's ever had. (Or something incredibly declarative like that.) We decided to give it a try. Upon walking in, Fugazi was playing in the shop. That was a good sign. When do you ever hear Fugazi playing at an establishment nowadays, the last time was probably in a record shop in the 90s. The pizzas are displayed, and you choose how much of each pizza you'd like and they will cut some off for you and it is priced by weight. Then, they heat it up for you to melt the cheese, and viola! Served with cloth napkins, pizza scissors, if desired when eating-in. (Truly the most brilliant way to cut pizza!) Immediately, I saw "OG Potato" and that was a must have. It was something like Potato, ricotta, chile oil, mozzarella, dill. (Just to cut to the chase on this one, it was incredible! I am obsessed with ricotta, and there was something about all the combination of flavors especially the dill that gave some freshness amongst the rich taste of everything else.) Others we got were the pepperoni, a 4 cheese, and a vegan one with no cheese, just tomato sauce, roasted garlic, olives (there may have been other stuff on it, but that's what I remember) Everything was incredible, even the vegan one. The tomato sauce was so high quality, and I was glad there wasn't any vegan cheese on it. Just veggie tastiness in its purest form. The sourdough crust was light and fluffy. It was all just so high quality, and you can feel the passion for their food. Oh yeah, I almost forgot a big star: the Kale Caesar. Don't sleep on that one. It's one of the best salads we've had in years. It was flavorful, with bits of sunflower seeds to give it crunch. Dressing was on-point with a mountain of fluffy parm on top. And so here's the thing with the current state of eating establishments. There is so much expensive mediocre food out there. Nowadays, you may pay $12 for a salad that's out of a bag with wilted ends and sorry baby carrots. And so, considering there's a place that's putting beautifully intentional food out there, I'd rather choose to go to the place that is high quality and cares about their food and sustainability. We topped off our experience with soft serve and a cookie. The soft serve was amazing. We got it 'eat-in' and it was high quality soft-serve in a whimsical cup and presidential spoons. (Love the sustainability angle, but also the whimsy) You can get it with olive oil and sea salt and other toppings, but I went pure. It was milky and homey, and just gooood. (My hubs wanted the cookie) Not to mention, service was genuine. There was a slow, no-rush vibe to this place that might piss some people off. But given its name, I feel like it's apt. It's Psychic Pie for god's sake, and the ethereal does not rush. In the ethereal, time doesn't exist!!! (lol) You can feel that every part of this establishment is in the vision of its owner, wanting the experience to be a part of their authenticity and values. And we need more of that in this world right now. (And I don't mean some skewed sense of 'authenticity' as in just saying whatever comes to mind and is 'in your face' that has infiltrated our society today) This is true authenticity I'm talking about - an expression of your own Light essence. (See, I told you I'm woo) Speaking of which, the music continued to be my jam at my time here... likely to be a Pixies radio mix, with awesome 90s punk / indie. Some songs I hadn't heard in decades but love. So, it was like entering into someone's establishment that's part of my soul tribe. So, if any of the above sound like your jam too... give it a try!
