The service was great! The ambiance was cozy and romantic besides the pop radio music, that didn't really match the vibe. The food was good but I was expecting a lot more for the price. That was a slight char taste that was pretty much all I tasted, not a fan. Decent food but overpriced.

Escarole is what u put in the greens and beans not carrots and cut lettuce ends . The sausage was blend and I didn't enjoy my meal @ all . Hubby got chicken milanese and he couldn't cut through it. We left unhappy.

Overall I liked the taste of the food and the interior. But the food preparation took more than an hour, which is unacceptable. Large selection of alcoholic drinks. The menu is varied.

If they have Casino Clams... Go for a plate! Clams, sausage, bacon, onions, cheese & bread crumbs fire roasted in the shell. Yummy! I went with house-made lasagna. It was good but the sauce was lacking spicy Italian notes. Was more like a tomato sauce with a hint of flavor. Same sauce on the meatball, although it worked. Lots of cheese with some meat in there too. Fresh shaved parma and a garnish in top was a good meal. They do have a spicy sauce but that costs extra. Finally ready to leave and our waitress said she made some fresh Cannolis. Italian style where they are not too sweet, lots of creamy filling and chocolate chips to fall in live with. Safe bet, nice beer/wine selection

Loved this place! I was in town visiting my daughter at college for family weekend and wanted to try this Italian restaurant that we tried two years prior but couldn't remember the name. Anyway, we put this address in the gps and headed out. Eventually, we realize that this was not the right restaurant 3/4 the way there. It was late and we decided to just continue and try this place; as the reviews were really good. Let me say, best mistake ever! The food was absolutely delicious! Our waitress (can't remember her name) was very attentive and gave us great suggestion when we were trying to decide between dishes. The portions were plentiful and the atmosphere was nice as well. You must try the wedge salad. Absolute the best I've ever had! We also had: Pollo Pizza Certified Angus Steak Risotto of the day w/ salmon House cut fries w/ garlic and (something else. Can't remember) If you are ever in the Webster area, please visit. The next time I'm in town, we are definitely going back. It's a little pricey but worth it!

This is the best restaurant ever. ! I recommend it for family dinners or for date night or even for business or by yourself ! The food is always on point. I know what I like and I like this food. And all the people there are beautiful and nice and welcoming. Just all around the best place to eat in Webster.

This place is amazing. They make a lot of there pasta I house. The food is always delicious and servers make sure your always taken care of. We had a table of 5 last night and all the appetizers, salads and main courses were serve red in perfect order. Last night I had what they call a brick chicken. It was so tender and moist it just melted in your mouth.

Went for a last minute dinner at 9 pm and they were still open until 10pm, and happy to have us. The service from the busboy to the server and everyone before and after was really friendly and accommodating. The food was serviceable, I would almost call it home style - and the portions were very large. Nice selection of both house and seasonal cocktails and great wine offerings.

Right before my friend got there an older lady, a manager or maybe the owner told me I could only have my table for an hour. What? She showed me her reservation list. So?? It's not my fault that the restaurant was overbooked. I thought this was incredibly rude. My friend and I discussed going to another place and we were told that they would just make the other reservation wait until 6. My friend and I both worked in the food service industry for DECADES. I have never been told or told anyone they only had an hour to eat. We said we didn't want to feel rushed. I'm from out of town we were catching up. We were not planning on camping but an hour was simply not enough time. We are not rude so we ordered as fast as we could. We didn't ask for more time. We got garlic bread as an appetizer. They brought over some complimentary zucchini marinara or something. We both ordered chicken French and our food didn't arrive to our table until nearly 5pm. At some point the lady came to tell us that we didn't have to rush some other ladies were willing to get up. Thank you for letting us know, but it was incredibly tacky to tell us multiple times how long we could stay and what their plans were. And yet they still kept looking at our table making it very uncomfortable. We really only sat there for 15 minutes after our bill was paid. We were gone by 6. The original time we were told we could stay until. The garlic bread was okay. It was just their dinner rolls sliced in half and grilled/toasted. The Italian wedding soup was mostly vegetables (huge vegetable chunks). A few meatballs, some stringy chicken and a very few noodles. The broth was good. The chicken French was excellent for the most part. The spaghetti noodles were short. Almost as if they broken and impossible to twirl on fork to get a bite. It was messy, slurping noodles was so embarrassing. I ended up having to leave most of my noodles on the plate because I had to give up. It was a nearly $29.00 dish. I had specifically asked our server to put the garlic bread on my check since we were paying separately. She ended up splitting it between our checks. I wasn't happy with that. I wanted to pay for it myself. We tipped very generously each over 30% for apparently the huge inconvenience we caused. Giving this place a 4 is also generous. I'm not sure I would come back here again. For it being both of our first times coming here-the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The ambiance is nice, the lighting is good but the whole debacle with being told how long we could stay and then "not realizing we had a reservation she thought we were walk ins. " The food presentation (huge obvious towel swipe on my dish-hope that was a clean towel and there wasn't any cross contamination), the soup may as well been called Italian vegetable soup and the short noodles making it impossible to enjoy a pricey dish... the dessert menu is also lacking. Maybe giving it a 4 is misleading.

Monday is live music day at Bocaccini's and it's very popular. I was seated way way back in the farther away of the two dining room sections and was by myself at first. I was so surprised that the dining room was about 3/4 full by the time I was finishing my entree. The dining room is very large and much more modern, bright and interesting than you would guess from the humble strip mall Bocaccini's is in. I had chicken and shrimp Asiago on pasta and it was absolutely lovely. So balanced, flavorful and satisfying. I had a glass of Pinot Noir with dinner and a tender rich chocolate torte for desert. The only part of my meal that wasn't beyond expectations was the bread. I mentioned to the server that the rolls looked house made (which she confirmed) and I replied that I wouldn't bother making them in house because they weren't very interesting and were served cold. She was kind of cringing as I said it and she replied that the fresh rolls for today weren't ready when she greeted my table but would see if there were fresh ones out now. She did bring me a fresh roll and it was better since it was pillowy soft. Honestly though, I know of par-baked and ready to bake dough items from grocery stores that I would choose over these boring rolls. Despite my long bread story, this was an above average experience.
