I've been going to La Belle Nails for over 7 years! It has been the Best 7 years of service. Lan is highly professional and her staff is Amazing! I am very busy and the quality of my nails (Gel) last well beyond the two weeks that is suggested for fills without breaking, chipping or other issues I had with other nail shops well before the two week period. I have never had an issue with my nails, pedicures or body waxing...I am a REAL and Faithful Customer and I recommend La Belle Nails To Everyone. I just moved to the area in hopes of finding a permanent nail salon and came across this place with an emergency case to remove my acrylic nails. I only requested for a "Take Off" but the front desk lady seemed persistent to sell me a manicure. I really appreciated that they took me in as a walk in, and the manicurist who actually removed my nails was a sweet lady. Other than that, things went downhill. They use an old school method by picking off the acrylic with a false nail. This was a tough situation since the acrylic was on my entire real nail (no false tips). Unfortunately, she ripped off some of my nails to the skin. After leaving my seat to wash my hands, the front desk lady grabbed my purse from the seat and handed it to me as she seated another customer in my seat. I didn't appreciate her grabbing my belongings without my consent, nor did I know that we were finished, and I didn't even get to thank my manicurist. This establishment will not get any stars from me, unfortunately I have to at least choose one. I went to get my nails filled on Tuesday evening, and the guy that was doing my nails cut my nails so far down that he had to put tips on them. By the time I realized what he was doing, I was so pissed off! I got my nails finished with black gel. The next morning when I woke up eight of my nails had waves add bubbles in them, they had not cured. So I go back in there Wednesday night, a different lady takes the gel off my nails and puts the same gel on my nails. The next morning two of my nails had bubbling and waves in them. So I go back on Thursday and get the two nails redone and my right thumb nail still has waves and bubbles in gel polish. I will never go back there for any reason. I don't know what the deal is with their gel products, or their ultraviolet lighting to dry the gel, but I will never go back here as long as I live. read more

If you want to get your nails done somewhere where you are respected and treated fairly, do not go here. All I have to say is some of the employees are very rude. The owner is nice, but One specific lady that works there is very rude. If only I knew her name. She is new. She did my nails in 20 Min's. No joke. They came out uneven, over filed and not well done. The people that I've gone to are mediocre at best. When I do find a good person they leave. Every time I try to pay with my card I get attitude. They tell me to get money from their atm machine and it's only when I refuse that accept my card - either you accept it or you don't, but every time it's different there. Eileen/Aileen, always files/cuts nails crooked, misses painting the sides and always adds a ton of layers of polish which leaves them looking gunky. They are sometimes closed at 7:30pm even though their schedule says they'll be open longer. I love to patronize local small businesses, bit it's time for me to find a new place. read more

Awful. I had gel nails put on, and I specified I wanted it to look natural with a soft american franch color, not the french manicure. I kept asking her to cut the nails shorter, but she did not listen and left them very long and square, not what should be worn to work in a professional environment. I felt like Freddy Kruger. They also did the worst french manicure ever (after I specifically told them I did not want the white tips!) The white was very thick and uneven. I will never go back to this place. read more

I enjoy visiting with the ladies that work there. They always do a great job and if they mess up they fix it. The salon is always clean. I always enjoy the deluxe pedi, they use hot stones and exfoliating scrubs. It feels real nice and relaxing. They are sanitary I always see them open up sterile pouches of nail tools. La Belle Nails is the best! My daughter and I are always greeted in a warm and friendly way. My pedicures last a long time and always look great. They are gentle and spend a lot of time to make sure you are happy. We always come in on a walk-in basis and have never had a problem with long wait times. I've seen them get pretty busy on Saturdays, but they always try to fit you in or suggest a time for you to come back. I highly recommend them! read more

I moved from Mary queens nails to this place. I used to come here when the other girls were here. The older lady always tried to get you buy more stuff after repeatedly declining. There was one young girl who I always requested her service ( because she was young and patient). One time I came in and asked for her and they said she was at school and then again they said she was pregnant and never coming back, because they knew she was getting paid more.. Anyhow I stopped going because every else sucked at their job. I stopped caring for my nails until I decided to give them another chance but this time I was going to be pushy. I come to see there were new people and very welcoming. At first I was skeptic but then I seem their menu and I was impressed. I thought it was pricey but I went for it anyway. As they sat me down and began to acknowledge how long it'd been since I hadn't done my nails , they worked with me til the end. I was impressed how they are prepared with a new set of sealed tools just for your hand and feet. How they wax your facial hair in the private room (unlike the other lady, she'd wax you in front everybody doesn't matter who was there) anyhow, I've been coming here ever since and also introduced me into gelish, I haven't switched back to regular nail polish because I work with my hands and wash my hands constantly. Thanks to them I've been saving a lot of money. They also know my son , sometimes I come in on my days off and I bring him along. They love him and he enjoys being there because they make him feel welcomed. I've had Brazilian too and I would recommend going with Ti. She's very gentle and she makes every rip of the strip easy to forget. Overall, this is the place you want to go to for your girly needs! Pricey but worth every dollar. I love all the girls! On 6/18/17 I came with my wife to do her nails as surprised gift. I saw this place as I drove by when I went to work. When I came here with my wife and Tina was the one who greet us and asking what do we want to do today. Tina was very pleasant and friendly. She asked if we want manicure and or pedicure. My wife pick manicure and the color she likes. Tina did a great job and designed awesome mixed color. I would recommend her to do your nails. I never write reviews but after hearing all the negative reviews I decided to stand up for them. I have been going to La Belle for 2 years now, I am very picky about my nails, the length, the shape, the color, the design. I always have gone with Lina and she did an excellent job! I go in EVERY 2 weeks for a full set, eye brows, and pedicure and like I said I know what I want and how I want it. I never have to tell her to fix anything or have any complaints. She always does exactly what I want and how I want it, I do lots of weird designs and colors she takes her time and does her best. I have sent many other people there and no one has had not one complaint. So far for me it has been a great experience, but again I can only speak about Kim because I do not go with anyone else. If you have had a bad experience with someone else or have never gone before I recommend giving Lina a try. read more

I came in on a Tuesday to get a full set and my toes painted and only 3 staff members were working, so I had to wait about 10 minutes which was totally okay with me. Finally I got sat down by Lina to get a full set. She started and this cleaner guy was being obnoxious and yelling at her because she didn't want to buy anything from him I felt bad for her but that was no reason for her to be annoyed with me while doing my nails she didn't even cut my cuticles and put the gel to far up so I'll need to get a fill a lot sooner and to put the icing on the cake when she finished my nails and it was time to paint my toes 2 other people walked in so she told me she couldn't paint my toes today come back any other day since she has other customers she needs to do. I had my own polish just needed them painted not a pedicure would of took 5 minutes but instead they lost a customer I would not recommend nor will I return there's to many other nail places that want business! read more

I have been a loyal customer since this salon opened. My entire family goes to this salon. Today I went for a fill and a pedicure. I had a really bad day at work so I went for the deluxe pedicure. WORST pedicure of my life. The lady used the hot stones with the scrub on my legs. The result my legs are raw and hurt. It looks like I got sandpaper and scraped my legs. I told the lady and she tried to pull my pant leg down and ignored me. The owner LINA came over and just said sorry you have sensitive skin. I just wanted to get out of there. When I went to pay LINA said oh I'll give a discount of 4 dollars... I paid her and told her my legs are close to bleeding and I won't be able to wear my dress to my sisters bridal shower keep your 4 dollars. I should not have had to pay anything...at this point I don't even know if I need to see a doctor. I will not return ever again and my family and friends won't either. Okay so I've been going to La Belle for my pedi for about 4-5 years. Even referred my mom, sister and friends here. Never again!!! First red flag should have been when I saw her putting a rubber band on the drain that was attached. So after my feet soaked for a little bit the tech started to file my heel. I just kept reading my magazine. Then I feel a prick on my big toe and I say ,"Ouch!" and she just smiles and says something I don't understand. Then she does it again and I tell her, "you're hurting me!" and she responds with "just a little bit" I tell her No! don't cut any further you're going too deep!" So, she stops and rubs my foot and smiles. Thinking she heard me, I continue with my magazine. But, then I feel a prick on the other foot. So, I said again, "HEY, You're hurting me, don't do that!" and she responds with, "Just a little bit more!" and snipped me! I look and see that she cut me and the towel that was under my feet is bloody! I tell her that she cut me and there's blood on the towel. I just paid and went home and poured rubbing alcohol all over my feet! Never again!! read more

I agree with Anna O. so very much! I went to La Belle for a couple of reasons. One being my daughter. She went there and Vivianne did her nails and she really, really liked what she had done, and so did I. My nails needed to be done, as I had not been able to go to my usual place in Santa Clara. There were no other customers in the shop when I arrived and most of the ladies came forward, but the owner (I believe her name was Lan) said she would do my nails. I've subconsciously learned over the years to not have the older women do my nails, but I slipped and sat where she directed me. I showed her where I wanted them cut, and I told her "no tips." She proceeded and the cut was not bad, and then she started putting tips on! I said, "why are you putting tips on?" She ignored me!!!! Once you are in their chair you are at their mercy. She was rough, filed the sides way down, cut my finger, and did nothing about it!!! My fingers were so sore, I couldn't believe it!!! That was a week ago and my nails are a horrid mess!!! The worse part about all this is, I can't go back to my usual (and she does a fabulous job, I've had several strangers ask me 'who does my nails, they are beautiful, and look so natural.") place until this mess grows out!!
