Shrimp fajitas
Genesis A.

So I'm glad we ended up getting dinner from here. The service was great. The lady was super nicer and welcoming. We ended up having to take our food to go because my niece hadn't slept. Even after the 15-18 min drive our food was super good. Everything was fresh and my shrimp was cooked perfectly. They were juicy and plump. The taquitos tasted like Mexican spring rolls Above all the chips and salsa tasted real good.

I had a taco salad i was craving, and they delivered. Delicious And Service was good.

Steak fajitas plate and camarones al chipotle plate

Highly recommend this spot for hungry folks in the area. Excellent food, service, and vibes. Each table gets served with chips and salsas. We ordered (1) the steak fajitas with corn tortillas and refried beans, and (2) the camarones al chipotle with corn tortillas and black beans. Both plates had generous servings and were delicious! I want to give a special shoutout to the sauce for the camarones al chipotle which had mushrooms and a really nice savoriness. The food came out quickly, and the service was professional and friendly. Apparently they ran out of the coconut flan (must be popular!), so we got churros and ice-cream to-go instead. Loved it!

Salsa and chips provided was nice! Service was attentive and food came out quick. Extensive selections from the menu. Yummy tacos! Hits the spot!

Chile verde plate and an el pastor chimichanga, soooo good!

What a great find here in Guernville! Amazing, authentic Mexican food with great service. They have a smallish indoor spot and plenty of outdoor space in a tented area off the parking lot that is dog friendly. We had a El Pastor Chimichanga which was sooo good, and a Chile Verde plate with Peruvian whole beans. Prices were super reasonable. The free salsa and chips (verde and Tojo) were excellent. Had the house margarita and a Pacifico beer. I highly recommend this place, check it out!

Chipotle chicken burrito

I always eat at the guerneville taco truck when in town, but it was closed, so I decided to try this place out and I had heard good reviews about it. I ordered the chipotle chicken burrito. Customer service was good and it was ready in about 15 min, not too much of a wait. I would not recommend this particular dish and likely will not eat here again. My burrito was really cold, and not much flavor. It could've been cold from the cheese that was added in it, I wish it was at least reheated or put on the grill for a min or two if that was the case. It also tasted a bit dry, even with the salsas, not much flavor.

My family and I had planned to eat at the Bodega Bay location but it was closed for maintenance so we came here. I ordered fried prawns and the others each got burritos. Everyone else liked their food, and the two who had been to the Bodega Bay location a number of times said this location tasted very similar. I think I had come at my dish with something different in my head, as this was just large shrimp, butterflied too thin, breaded and fried. Overall the shrimp was too dry (too thin? cooked a little too long?) and breading to shrimp ratio a little too high for my preference. I wouldn't mind coming here again but I'd try something else. Restaurant is small and clean. Indoor and outdoor seating. Staff I met was polite and friendly.

hella beans like 50 grains of rice total I'm over it

Love the food. The only the pinto beans are not fully cooked. Kinda card. They crumble not mush when you squish them.

Know before you go, you have to order at the bar. I didn't know, so I had to ask, but when I asked the bartender I got the sense he had to make that clear frequently which I get can be annoying, but he wasn't the friendliest when answering my question or taking my order. Meanwhile another bartender on the other end of the bar was audibly nicer. Maybe it was my bartender's demeanor or maybe the price tag, but I ordered and closed out my tab. Made my way over to my table with a cocktail and water (also self serve, don't ask) to await my food. The Paloma was strong but not particularly tasty. Luckily the food came out shortly after. The stars of the show were the curried cauliflower tacos that were much tastier and filling than expected and made me wish they were always on the menu. Runner up was the queso fundido even though it was a bit hard on the edges and required some scraping. Can't remember if the chips came with the queso or the ceviche but as someone that would order chips and salsa as one of my last bites on earth... these chips were very disappointing. Not because they tasted, bad but because they were the hardest chips I've ever had in my life. While this was bad, the ceviche was worse. Again not because of flavor but because of texture. The shrimp was overdone and I had literally just had better seafood minutes before as I was basically restaurant hoping fueling up on appetizers to sample a bit of everything. I'd come back for the ambiance, maybe a drink. Would order other bites but not come here hungry as it seems hit or miss.

Service is good too, attentive, bartender made an excellent drink. However, call me old school but I just shake my head at a drink that comes to $26. It was my friend's birthday so she ordered a cocktail called Undeleted which came with gin, gorgonzola cheese (very subtle), chartreuse and various juices. Yes it was beautiful, yes it was delicious and I wasn't going to deny her a birthday drink. However I wasn't prepared for the automatic 15% gratuity and 5% service fee with every order. If you come by, please check out the restroom. It is indeed worthy of a rest. The music plays in the background, a lit fragrant candle wafts in the air and the decor is more stylish than my living room. The toilet alone is a work of art with its black and white ceramic glamor. Needless to say, I may venture back to see what their happy hour business is all about and goes without saying that if I win the lottery, drinks are on the house.

The service is great, and the guys on board this food truck will get you hooked up for some very reasonable prices. Be aware: cash only! While the tacos are great and loaded with protein and classic toppings, the Mexican hot dog is one of their specialties and very tasty! It's also a fantastic value. The ambiance isn't much as it's a food truck in a grocery store parking lot, though they do have a few picnic tables available. This is a great spot to grab and go and eat at home. I saw another review about the food not holding up if you take it away, but I completely disagree with that! Great stop if you're visiting or passing through the area!

I ordered the classic - Beans, Rice, and Cheese or BRC for short along with a Mexican Coke. I also tried the green hot sauce which was just the right amount of spice. Service was friendly and fast and we popped up around lunch time and as we were waiting for our food, we noticed it became busier. So perfect timing for us! Nothing too romantic surrounding the truck, I mean, you are in a parking lot but there was a nice picnic bench with some shade from a large tree. I would def. stop by again without hesitation.

We started with the beet salad and burrata salad. I don't eat cheese so we got the cheese on the side for the beet salad - and it was delicious with the pea sprouts and light dressing. My son and husband also really enjoyed the burrata salad. For my entree I had the burger and fries. The fries were a bit soft for my liking, but the burger was good. My son really liked the halibut on a bed of corn hash? We forgot what the menu described the corn as, but my son loved the corn kernels with the corn "hash" under it. We knew many of the same families growing up here. She has owned the restaurant for 20 years. Their menu is quite extensive but since the burrito was so highly recommended, we had to give it a try. We ordered two super burritos, one with grilled chicken along with a wet chicken chile verde burrito. A basket of thick tortilla chips and two salsas were included with our order. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The chicken chile verde had wonderful flavor and my husband especially loved the green sauce on top, not overly tangy like some. He would definitely order it again. My grilled chicken burrito was outstanding. The chicken was moist and I loved the whole beans and rice inside (I requested whole beans and no sour cream). It was definitely one of the better super burritos I've had. We love supporting local businesses so we are looking forward to trying other items on their menu but it will be hard to stray away from their super burritos.
