Chicken fajitas with red onions & no peppers.
    Carla N.

Hubby & I had dinner here tonight for the first & last time! We got there a little after 5:00. We were greeted & seated right away. The girl who seated us was also our server. She took our drink order. As usual hubby ordered Dos Equis. I ordered Sangria & water. She brought us chips & salsa quickly. The chips were good, but we didn't care for the salsa. It was like no other salsa we've had. It had a spice in it that neither one of us could place. Whatever it is, we didn't like it. Our server came back & said she was out of the Dos Equis, but had the Amber one. So hubby got that. We were right by the bar so we could see & hear her. She acted like she didn't know how to make a sangria. Then she came back & said she was out of sangria. I asked if she had Titos & cranberry juice. She didn't seem to understand, but the other server did. Since we didn't like the salsa we ordered the queso dip. I wish we hadn't. It tasted like only cream cheese. It had something that was too spicy in it for me. It was $9.95 for the bowl & not good. Hubby ordered the pastor burrito big. He loves pastor burritos. He said it was okay. He said pastor is so good and so flavorful if it's done right or even half way done well. He said it was half assed at best. He said it didn't taste like it had been cooked for hours in the sauce. He said it tasted like in was done in a skillet. The burrito was huge. My chicken fajitas were on a super hot skillet. The rice & beans were cold. I ordered no peppers. The onions are red onions. I've never gotten red onions in my fajitas. I didn't care for them. The rice didn't look like rice we normally get. It wasn't good. Service was not very good. They didn't have our drinks & the only food we liked was the chips. We will not be back.

Celebrated my birthday lunch here. It was yummy! The drinks were good. Service was okay. The food was tasteful. I especially loved the decorations especially after our recent trip to Mexico! Ordered a tamale plate with double rice no beans and a cup or albondigas.. the tamale order came out with beans and loaded with cheese. It was not labeled on the menu it would have cheese. I had to let them know of my allergies and return it. My bf ordered the Bacon wrapped shrimp Plate and loved it. Drinks were flavorful. U ordered a Carta Blanca Michelada and he ordered a Cadillac Margarita.

Everything was so, so delicious! I would have never thought chips and salsa could taste so good. Then add the trio dip of beans, queso, and guacamole. Yum. House Margarita was great. Then the star of the show: steak and chicken fajitas. Super good!! Great service. Definitely coming back!

The server was friendly and took the time to explain the daily specials. I ordered the Carne Asada street tacos, which were very flavorful. There is a full bar in the restaurant, and they also have happy hour specials. I definitely would be back since my fiance loves Mexican food

Really delicious food at this restaurant. If you're looking for a great Mexican food spot, this is the place.

My mom and I tried this place for the first time. It was great. The atmosphere was very nice. It's like Mexico puked all decor in there but fun!! I had the sopes and my mom tried the queso birria tacos for good! Just way too much lettuce on my sopes. He server I don't remember her name it might be Mariela (i think, at least that's what the receipt says) was awesome very nice and patient.

Cilantro-cream chicken with rice and beans. Yummy!

Delicious food, cold beer, and excellent customer service. We also liked the authentic decor and welcoming vibe.

Went during happy hour and sat at the bar. The bar was small but quite comfortable. The service, chips & salsa, and happy hour margaritas were great. After asking what food they had for happy hour (guacamole, nachos or cheese quesadilla), we decided on the nachos. They came quickly and the toppings were delicious. However, the chips are not the same as we had with the salsa. Instead, they were a round Tostitos type of chip which was disappointing. Next we decided to try the queso fundido. This is not a creamy melted cheese blend, but rather cheese that has been melted. So as it cools, it basically had to be cut into pieces. We wanted to love this place so we might try it again but order something different.

Appreciate that this place is kid friendly! They have good kids meals that come with either taco, burrito, or quesadilla and a side of rice and beans and a churro for dessert. They also have happy hour specials from 3-6 pm. For my entree I got the three street tacos that came with a side of rice and beans and a bit of guacamole too. Everything tasted good and the cost was right too!

Today myself and my husband went for lunch and found this little hidden gem by accident. The service was amazing and the food was even better! I am not a huge fan of Mexican food fan, since I don't ear meat, but they had so many vegetarian options !! Thank YOU ! The Cadillac Margarita was great and the beer came with a ice cold mug, which is my husbands favorite ! The cream jalapeño sauce is a MUST! I am definitely going back soon ! Happy hour is 2-6 they said ;) Finished off with some fried ice cream - Perfection!

Been waiting to check this place out for Happy Hour and finally got around to it with friends. Happy Hour is daily with $3 off all appetizers (not just selected as the menu says) in addition to drink specials. We ordered a few apps to share and had: - Chips with Guacamole and Salsa: solid - Queso Fundido: I was excited for this as friends have said they liked it, but the cheese harden within minutes and it wasn't as nice - Street Style Esquites: I was expecting more corn rather than mixed in another cheese dip and likewise, the cheese harden quickly. - Shrimp cocktail: it was pretty heavy on the liquid rather than thicken, but good - 3 potato tacos: okay, wasn't expected it to be fried so it was a bit greasy but loved the slaw it came with - Southwest egg roll: not bad, was a crowd's favorite and I liked the sauce it came with We didn't realize most of the apps came with tortilla chips otherwise we may have ordered differently. I got the frozen margarita and it was a bit sweet, but nice for the summer evening. Our server wasn't super attentive, but was nice whenever they came around. There's a sampler entree platter I'd like to try, but of all the appetizers we tried, the best was probably the chips with guacamole and salsa.

It's quaint, never a wait, and it has become our family go-to. We always have wonderful service and great meals with freshly prepared ingredients. The shrimp dishes are incredible, remnant of Puerto Peñasco with shrimp that "pops" (if you know good shrimp, you know what I mean!) They have Negra Modelo on draught (hard to find that!), and their margaritas are delish. You can't go wrong with chimichangas or combo platters! My sangria was good as well. However, the amount you get for around $8.50 is a joke. Its a small glass with just a little bit in the glass. The chips & salsa were good. The spicy salsa is the opposite of the one you would think is spicy out of the two, so pay attention. Hubby got a combo with a tamale & ground beef burrito with rice & beans. He said everything was good. He also ordered a side of guacamole. I thought I got a picture of the guacamole & sour cream. It's crazy how much they charged for them. They were the small plast condiments containers, but they charged almost $5 for the guacamole. I don't remember the extra cost for the sour cream, but it too was way too high for the tiny size. I got a chicken chimichanga with grilled chicken instead of the shredded chicken which came with rice & beans. It was all good. Our server was friendly & did a good job. We loved the decor. It reminded us of being in Mexico. The table & chairs are really cool too. I wanted to love this place, but the cost of the sangria, sour cream & guacamole are just too high for me to justify coming back.

The meats are so good. We also use to love the sushi side. During Covid, we tried the sushi for the first time. We were hesitant as it's a Mexican joint, right? Not a Japanese specialty shop. So to my surprise, I couldn't believe the sushi especially the Las Vegas roll and their Nigiri cuts were pretty dang good. My disappointment seems to be this last year with the sushi just hasn't been the best or fresh tasting. The Las Vegas roll was always nice and warm but with an awesome cold center and fried to perfection and the sauce just right. Lately it's been the opposite. Super over fried were all you can taste is old burnt oil and it dried out and the sauce just bland and not helping at all. The other thing that bothers us is the lack of wasabi they give!
