The meat is well seasoned, and everything has that authentic flavor that reminds me of tacos you'd get in Mexico. In my opinion, what really makes a great taco is the tortilla, and this place has some of the best. Their tortillas are made by a local company here in Portland, and you can really taste the difference. The tacos come with grilled chiles and onions, limes, and salsas on the side, which makes them even better. They also have different specials every week, so there's usually something new to try. The truck is located in the parking lot behind Von Ebert Brewing, which is a great setup because you can grab a beer from the brewery, sit outside at one of the tables or benches, and enjoy it with your tacos. The staff is always friendly, and overall this is one of my favorite taco trucks in Portland. I highly recommend checking them out and definitely ask for the campechanos!
