Came in for my moms 75th birthday dinner. We made a reservation which was nice since we had a party of 15. They were all so nice, welcoming, and attentive. Some of our party was late but they still let us sit down and they were getting us drinks and chips and salsa while we waited. The food was all good and had flavor. It was all good portions for the price too. We really liked that they got all the food out fairly quickly for the size of our party. I would say that the only thing was that the margaritas did not taste like it had any tequila and was watered down. Overall not a bad place to choose for my mom's birthday dinner.

Originally, I went there to try out their abondiga 's Mexican soup. But they hadn't formed me when I sat down that they had ran out. Apparently it's very good and very popular so I chose to get the beef taquito appetizer plate, which was very good. It comes with guacamole. Handmade and sour cream arrived at My table in a timely manner. The facility is very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have chips and salsa while you eat. Definitely want to go back and try their Mexican meatball soup but apparently you really need to get there early.

My wife and I are becoming very fond of Casa Rubio Mexican Grill--it's quickly turning into one of our go-to places. The service is consistently amazing, and the staff is genuinely friendly. Every waitress we've met knows the menu inside and out, which makes ordering feel effortless. The restaurant itself is spotless and welcoming. It's bright, but not harsh, and the seating is comfortable with plenty of space so you never feel crowded. It's the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. For dinner, my wife had the chicken mole enchiladas and is now officially a huge fan. The depth of flavor in the mole really stood out. Since it was cool and rainy outside, I went with the Albondigas Soup. From the very first taste, it was clear how much care goes into the freshness and quality of their food. Casa Rubio Mexican Grill delivers great service, delicious dishes, and a warm atmosphere. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

Excited about the chile relleno soup. It was good, most places dont offer soup. It tasted really good and the cheese was thick. It would get stuck on the spoon. Honestly it was very filling. My husband had the chicken milanesa with rice and beans. We also had a couple of margaritas. They were so BIG. Definitely plan to come back!

Casa Rubios delivers top-notch Mexican food. The food is delicious, and staff members are very kind and professional. The chile verde burrito and Cadillac margaritas are off the charts!

We love Casa Rubios restaurant! As someone who is Mexican and knows good Mexican food, I was a bit hesitant to try this place at first. But I was craving pozole, and the restaurant we usually go to was packed, so we decided to give Rubios a shot. Well... the pozole at Rubios turned out to be even better than our usual spot! We also ordered the fajitas mixtas and the fried ice cream--both were delicious and came in big portions. It's important to mention that Casa Rubios is owned by Mexicans, so the food is truly authentic. This has now become our go-to Mexican restaurant. My only regret is not coming here sooner!

We are glad we came across this hidden gem; it has become one a family favorite! We have been here a few times already, mainly on Sundays, it gets busy but not overcrowded, which we liked. The place is nice, we like that they play great old school music at a reasonable volume, the service is amazing, everyone so friendly and the food, delicious!! We have been amazed by; the menudo, chile relleno soup, huevos rancheros, the enchiladas, the sopes (de al pastor) breakfast burrito is big and fulfilling! As my husband said, I hope people realize they are having good authentic Mexican food!

I had been eyeing this place for a while and finally decided to stop in for dinner one evening. We were welcomed when we arrived, and the waitress that assisted us was very pleasant. Getting to the point... The chips were perfectly tasty, the salsa needed a little more flavor for my taste, but both were pretty good overall. The beans and rice were delicious, but, my Carne al Pastor was grossly overcooked and dry. The temperature could have stood to be hotter as well. The shredded chicken taco, well, was just basic, and the Carne Asada was ok. If I had to choose which I would try again, I would say it would be the Carne al Pastor because even considering what I mentioned above, it had the most potential. I will like to add that we did arrive slightly less than 2 hours before closing, so maybe that had something to do with the preparation. However, t's my expectation that most restaurants strive to be consistent from open to close. But I'd rather "blame" the quality of my food on the time we arrived, rather than the preparation....I guess. I think I may actually revisit this restaurant because I was REALLY looking forward to the food matching the reviews. Once I do, I will update this accordingly. **Sending a shout out to my waitress (I won't leave her name in case she wouldn't want me to) because even though the Carne al Pastor was not the best that evening, I do "believe in" her recommendation for it.

I love this place so much. Came for the Taco Tuesday special and chips with salsa. Per usual, the chips and salsa are amazing. The salsa is so good! The Tuesday Special is 4 mini soft tacos or 3 large hard shell tacos with a side of rice and beans for $12.95. The mini tacos alone are $3.25 each, so this is a great value. The service is always friendly and hospitable. I feel welcomed walking thru the door and choosing my favorite booth. The place is modern and the music is nice. Very neutral atmosphere and not very busy for lunch time. The carne asada tacos are delicious. My first bite was flavor and char that immediately had me bobbing my head up and down in approval. Squeeze of lime and a splash of the salsa made the 2nd bite even better. The beans and rice are top notch - homemade Mexican rice with real flavor and cooked to fluffy perfection; and the beans are peruano, which taste great de la olla or refried. All in all, this place hits the spot for good Mexican food. The staff is friendly and welcoming, keeping your chips, salsa, and drinks full with a smile. The Tuesday Special is definitely worth it.

I ordered a few platters including the taco and the loaded nachos. The price is fairly generous, probably closer to what you might get at a takeout than a traditional sit down restaurant. There's actually a lot of seating available whether inside or outside. The staff was all pretty nice and welcoming as well. If I asked for anything like extra plates or utensils, they usually greeted me with a smile. As for the cuisine, it was okay. I think it is suited for a particular taste. Most of the meat we ordered was well done. Well done but not overly dry. More like a crunchy texture. That was true of the asada, carnita, and chicken. If you are used to your meat a little bit more rare or juicy, then this style may not be for you. I thought it was fine but it just depends on your taste buds. I really wanted to give the place 4-stars or even 5. The staff was good, food was fine, and prices all affordable but the place had one problem. Initially, I wanted to eat outside and enjoy some summer breeze with my family. However, there were too many flies attracted to our meal. I was not sure whether it was due to this restaurant or its neighbors. Unfortunately, the flies followed us inside during our meal as well. It may be a non-issue in the colder months but it was a noticeable nuisance during our meal.
