The hamachi collar was small and fresh (husband said it was a bit bland). It's relatively healthy if you like cooked fish. There is no sauce and it's just probably dipped quickly in hot oil to cook. Flash fried. Took about 10 minutes to cook. 40 minutes into the end of our lunch, the waitress brought our check and it was around 63 dollars for lunch after tip and taxes. Best value ever.
