We first contacted Artin about rewiring our house in April. He came to see what we needed and let us know that the original wiring in the house was still good. We wanted to update about 7 outlets and install 5 new outlets requiring new wiring. Also we needed a new ceiling fan installed. He gave us a quote which pleased us very much and confirmed it in an email. Almost 3 months later we contacted him about the job and invited him to review the work needed if he wanted to rework his estimate. He said he could start next week and so he did. He and Noel came to the house reviewed the project and started working. If my requests came as a surprise to him (as he had been to the house over 2 months ago and I had not given him a detailed list of projects) he did not say so, and accomplished each task step by step. When a problem arose late in the day, Artin investigated the trouble and found a solution, requiring more time spent on the project than he had expected. There was no request for extra money, and by the end of the day, he still gladly installed the ceiling fan. I can not speak highly enough of his professionalism and workmanship.
