Repeat customer.. cars here are cheap but really crappy. If you do buy make sure to get the warranty. I bought mine in January and had to have the AC fixed because it went out. My boyfriend bought this in September and has already had to put down $1,000 for breaks , rotors, etc. I believe the cars are sold as is but the breaks and rotors were so bad they were grinding.. shouldn't have been sold in that condition. 2 stars because it's partly my fault for coming back. read more

Whoever hired the sales manager for this place (the young man with the blonde ponytail which has the first office to the left as you come up the stairs) and the tall salesman (which has the most unprofessional demeanor I have yet to encounter in any dealership) should really reconsider on how they select they're personnel. "YOU CANNOT WALK AROUND AND LOOK AT THE INVENTORY ON YOUR OWN! PERIOD! YOU HAVE TO HAVE A SALESMAN WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES TO BE ABLE TO EVEN LOOK AT THE VEHICLES! - as per dealership policy. So if you are not comfortable with someone following you around constantly trying to sell you on a vehicle and/or not greet you with at least a mask on, when approaching you (COVID-19 still a real thing people and gets transmitted very easily which can either threaten someone's life or their business life if they have to get tested all the time even though they're fully vaccinated) than I DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever. I bought a car from them 2 days ago. Z was the seller. He was very helpful in assisting me with choosing cars, testing and all the paperwork done quilkly. However, the sale bill got me really disapppointed. I had to pay almost $500 extra for scam fee, in which transport fee $95, handling/prep fee $295, $95 extra on the top of sale price that they advertised on website. I bought a used car from their lot, why do I have to pay for transport fee and operation for their bussiness? All the cost they spent to get the car ready to sale was added up to the car sale price, why did I get charge again so-called prep fee? $95 extra was explained to be bank fee when I financed. I had bought 2 cars before at other dealers and both got financed, none of those charged bank fee like they said. When we talked about the car, he said it was $6200. After I walked away, the bill was $7,612. It was my fault on trusting these guys and did not read the contract carefully when signing the contract because I was in rush to pick up my kid from day care. Also, to make sure that I wouldn't be able to return the car, they had me sign on decline line to cancel the contract. None of paper was explained when signing contract. He told me if I had any question, I could call him back and it was late when I realized those fee. BE AWARE OF DEALING WITH THESE GUYS! read more

I've had my used car for a year and replaced the transmission in the first month. The paint was chipped, runs dented, body dented, air conditioning broke after a few months, horn died out. Hyundai can't replace the ac because the pipes were bent meaning the car was likely in an undisclosed car accident. Absolutely awful company to buy from read more

They run your credit before you can test drive a car. Also tried to sell me a Nissan Versa which had a bad transmission and bad breaks. Use this as a last resort but avoid it if possible there are plenty of good small dealerships in the area read more

Drove all the way down to this dealer last Saturday with a cashiers check in my hand ready to purchase a toyota yaris that was advertised as " clean inside and out"... Upon arrival it was very obvious that the little car was in real bad shape. The clear coat on the paint was pealing the front tires were not the same as the back and NOT what was pictured in the images and had almost no tread left on them and there was a burn mark on the ceiling. The only good thing that i could see about the car was the clean oil on the dipstick ( likely from a recent oil change). I immediately let the salesmen know that this sale was NOT going to happen and I immediately walked out! I just wish this dealer would have been forthcoming about all of the issues and I wouldnt have wasted my time at the bank and driving out there! Very deceptive advertising on their part! Yuck- creepy used car dealership on third and fourth floors of a building above a Mini dealership. Only one salesman Ramon, supposedly for virus reasons but who knows, other customers were waiting in lobby for him, Phil (not a salesman?) told us he could show us the car we had driven half an hour to see "after he made a few phone calls", I had to persuade him to show it to us before the calls so he took us up to the 4th floor outside level and showed us a car that was dirty and presented poorly, and said if we wanted to test drive it we would have to make an appointment, afterward I kept asking Ramon for their best price without taxes, etc. but he insisted on a zip code, and after keeping us waiting unnecessarily told me a price $700 above their asking price plus taxes, so he was obviously packing fees on top, when I asked for a breakdown he finally admitted he wasn't going to budge off his asking price (why didn't he tell me that way before???) - by that point I was so frustrated at being jerked around by his used car dealer tricks that we just walked out- what a totally wasted trip! read more

We purchased a small SUV earlier this week and had a phenomenal experience. Firstly, LA Fine Motors' website was terrific with plenty of vehicle information, pictures, CarFax report, etc. It made initial car diligence work very easy. We arrived on late Monday morning, and Angel greeted us in their lobby area. Angel was terrific to work with and was available to answer any questions. No pressure sales techniques.....he was very professional and courteous. Additionally, he worked with us to take the selected SUV to our local mechanic in Burbank for an independent review. Billy was also terrific in preparing the sales documentation in advance which made the paperwork portion easy. Very friendly and helpful staff. They had recently relocated from another location, so there was some renovations in the waiting area and in a vehicle showroom area. They specialize in used cars with a selection of SUVs.....if you are in the market, you should definitely visit this location. read more
