We were already impressed by how cute downtown Burleson is, and our experience at Fresco made it even better! I'm hoping I'm remembering our server's name correctly, I believe it was Caroline. We were there around 3:45 PM on 7/17, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, attentive, and helpful. My husband and I are both pretty picky eaters, and her recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Seriously some of the best chicken we've had! It was so juicy, flavorful, and prepared incredibly well. We had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Caroline, for making our first visit such a memorable one!

Jaime and his staff are awesome, they always make sure your happy, well feed, and for us ... the margaritas are made perfect !!! What else could you ask for. * I know, another margarita !! Establishment is well maintained, disability friendly, PLUS some. They want to see customers come back and enjoy their hospitality. Great menu and priced where you can take the whole family and a few friends. Check out Fresco's at 112 S Main Burleson Texas and thank me later. Note: we were hungry & I forgot to photograph our meal till it was about gone. But I tried to makeup for it with a few laughable photos ... you'll see. Have a wonderful day...and smile.

We had seen the place on Yelp and planned to grab something quick to go, but it turned into a great stop. The location is fantastic and convenient near the airport. The hostess was welcoming right away and directed us to the bar so we could place a quick to-go order. At the bar, the bartender gave excellent service and convinced us to try a couple of tacos along with the yuca fries and plantains we originally planned to order--and I'm glad he did. The Tacos Al Carbón were outstanding: grilled fajita beef with sautéed poblano and onion on flour tortillas topped with pico de gallo and guacamole. The steak was tender and full of flavor. The beans and rice were just right, and the plantains with coconut sauce were a perfect addition. The bartender also recommended a Stone Delicious IPA, which made the short wait enjoyable. We grabbed a Tamarindo agua fresca and bolitas de yuca for the road--light, flavorful, and perfect for the drive. Great food, great service, and a great find near the airport. Definitely worth stopping in.

We tried a Tamarindo fresh water - it was really but costly $7. Then, the Chicken Pozole Verde was delicious - amazing flavors, I almost cry... Oliver's tostada was very good too, the mix of flavor with Guajillo salsa was perfect. As dessert, I had a fried sweet plantains with special sweet cream I will definitely return

Okay so let's dive into tonight's experience. Parking is difficult, yes I understand it's in Bishop…read moreArts however, I've been to numerous restaurants in that area and it hasn't been nearly this hard. I ended up grabbing street parking a few blocks over with a 2-Hr limit. Next, we had reservations at 8 PM and there really weren't many guests, which is pretty off for dinner time. The ambiance and overall aesthetic of the space is nice. The music isn't loud so you can easily carry a conversation. My personal highlight from the night was the complimentary alcohol-free shot the very kind bartender provided for me. I'm sober so I appreciated feeling like everyone else! Lastly, the food was terrible and over priced. I was hoping to like the lobster bisque but was greatly disappointment. It taste like velvetta cheese and was extremely bland and lumpy. Almost like they receive it frozen and heat it up before serving. Out of all the 4 dishes, only the lamb chops were really good. One of my friends got the chicken Alfredo and said it taste like warmed up Olive Garden. My other friend got the Carne de Fuego which is suppose to be Waygu beef and wasn't. With a price of $59 with ONLY 4 pieces of asparagus as a side, we were expecting more. I ended up sending the lobster bisque back and settling for the caesar salad (no protein) which was $15.

Upon arriving the day of, we were sat immediately. But the remainder of service was pretty slow especially considering they were operating on a pre-fix menu only. Out sever checked in 4x to ask us how our experience was as we were waiting for our appetizer, the queso frito, which is just fried cheese and and guava paste. Unfortunately the steaks didn't come out hot, and I'd say they were barely room temperature. Both our table and the tables next to us had our steaks come out overcooked which was disappointing as well. The ambiance was nice, they had rose pedals on all the tables and a live band playing that was taking request for songs. All in all it was a good experience, but definitely not worth almost $350. Not sure if their regular menu is as pricey, but I would be hesitant to dine here again if it is.

**5 Stars Lunch at Toro Toro Delivers, Again**…read more Lunch at Toro Toro was amazing. $18 for the buffet is honestly a steal, but the real story is the service; which is exactly what we've come to expect here. Five stars all around. From the moment we pulled up, Jackelyn and the fellas at valet were sweet and attentive. Our server Catalina was fantastic, and Kimberley and Eva made sure we were looked after the entire time. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef Julio, who gave us a preview of the upcoming August menu, we're genuinely excited for it! We're already planning to bring the whole family back for their Bottomless Brunch in the next few weeks. If you haven't been, go!

Now you'd think with a restaurant to have a small menu that they would master their craft and serve your an amazing meal NOPE! Thankfully we didn't go with the absurd $70 price point and instead we decided to order à la carte. I ordered the chicken and waffles and I'll tell u if I spent $70 to be served that dish I would be f*ckin pissed! Not only was my food cold when it arrived. The tenders they used looks like straight out of a Tyson chicken box from Walmart. We joked sonic had the same tenders. Now you'd would think they at least knew how to heat up the chicken (see cold food comment above) NOPE! My chicken was legitimately raw! Whooooo TF serves up raw chicken in such an expensive restaurant??? Which is potentially DEADLY btw! I had such high expectations of this place seeing it was in the heart of downtown Fort Worth and with how amazing dinner looks from the pictures I assumed I was in for a treat for brunch too but I was gravely mistaken. The first red flag should've been how slow it was there were barely any people there. But we decided to give it a try anyways. Fortunately enough I got away with having to only pay $30 for my Tyson raw chicken and waffles and an upset stomach. Will never recommend this place or come here again. Ambiance 7/10 Service 5/10 Brunch 1/10 literally inedible
