Costs are going on but it's still delicious and quality has not gone down. I repeat quality has not gone down. The only issue is parking and it's a high traffic area on the corner of Stillwater Ave and West Main Street. But every now and then you can find parking around the area. For appetizers, I ordered the Lomo Saltado Dumplings, which came with a ginger soy sauce. Each dumpling had one large chunk of beef inside. I wasn't a big fan of that...I think they would have been better with diced, more tender beef. They were fried perfectly with a nice crispy exterior. For drinks, I tried the $10 happy hr drinks, Menta Madre (pisco, fresh lime juice, passion fruit, and fresh mint), the Margarita Munay (silver tequila, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, and rocoto pepper), and a $6 beer. These were some of the best happy hour drink prices I've seen. I also tried the El Capitán PG ($13), made with vodka, guava juice, fresh lime juice, and amaretto.
