This place has been all over my Tik Tok, especially their outdoor seating area, so you know I HAD to try it out and I dragged my sister with me. From what I could see the outdoor area is really nice - we decided it was too hot to sit out but I definitely would like to go back as the weather cools down. We ordered meatballs, chopped salad and a pizza with mushrooms and onions. I wanted pasta too but didn't order it so it will give me a reason to come back lol. Everything was really good - the meatballs while huge, were very tender, the salad was absolutely delicious as was the pizza. I actually don't have any complaints about this restaurant and look forward to going back for some pasta.

My wife had the pasta with crab meat and was phenomenal. My sister had the chicken Parm. and I had the Jager schnitzel it was perfect.

Their dinners are always perfect. So yesterday was my birthday and my wife and my sister asked me what would I like to do and I said we have to go to La lanterns the food is totally awesome as usual. The dinner sizes are phenomenal. I am going to try and add a picture so you could see the size of their plates. Everything is always fresh. I've never had a bad meal here. I live over 20 miles away and will drive to this place just because it is so good.

Plenty of spots to take photos, with neon signs and flower decor. We came here for the beer garden, but could not secure a table outside with our reservation, as there seemed to be a lot of rules about reservations. The waitress was really nice and patient, as it was really loud making it hard to hear and we were a large party. The garlic pull apart bread was my favorite! Doughy and gooey but with a little crunch and LOTS of garlic. The stuffed Sicilian was also good. Overall the portions were large. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. Desserts were okay. Fun for birthdays, as they have a big fake cake with a sparkler. If you bring a cake, I believe there is a cake cutting fee.

The worst pasta I've ever seen in my life really disgusting and unpleasant the chicken totally raw and they only boiled the pasta without sauce they stole my money I asked for that to take away it has been the worst experience I've had in a food place really an insult to my money $36 cost me

Loved this restaurant, went to go celebrate a friend's birthday. Food was delicious and they had big portions. The staff was very attentive and drinks were delicious. Would definitely go again

I really like this place for its outdoor space. The chicken parm was super tasty and the portion is huge - great for sharing. The shrimp ravioli was just ok. Service was good.

didn't think the best pepperoni slice would be so far from the city but I was wrong! Slices are crispy and the crust is super fluffy, light & flavorful. I love how they come in small cut up squares rather than the traditional triangle slice. Highly highly recommend if you're in the area & looking to grab some pizza

Haven't been here in a while . Decided to go out to dinner with another couple and hopefully get to sit outside since it was a nice night out. Loved it , the decorations, the colors the ambiance was all so pretty . The food was delicious, and the young lady that served us had a great personality. I loved the night, the only thing I would do is try to put something out for mosquitoes.

Wow! What a gem to find. This is exactly what we'd hoped to find to celebrate a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon. The al fresco dining ambience is unmatched and I would say a can't miss experience if you're ever in the area. The food was very tasty ranging from unforgettable to solid mid. The lobster ravioli is what caught my eye when looking up the place but the meatball appetizer is what has me still drooling as I write this review! The service was friendly and helpful, though the bussing could have been a little quicker since we struggled to fit all the dishes on the table. Definitely plan to come back with an even bigger appetite to sample more!

We had been going to La Lanterna for years and then life just got busy. We live sort of far. Anyway, for my bday I wanted a La Lanterna dinner. Our service was friendly and accommodating. Our food was very good. As always. For me, I typically get chicken parm, but changed it up and tried the pinwheel lasagna. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't order it again. The top was definitely not have a crispy top layer or pecorino romano cheese on top like the pics. But, that being said. Everyone at my table had gotten their food and mine was about 10 minutes later. So I think they rushed mine out after I brought it to their attention. We ate inside, because it was too hot out, but I'd love to get back on the patio another night. Definitely make reservations for inside. We had a 6:30 res and had to wait a little for the table before us to leave . Patio is also first come first served. We will be back. The stuffed sicilian was my fave.

Do you guys have live music?

    Unfortunately we do not.

    Do you have crabs?

They do not serve crabs there.

Is reservations allowed days in advance?

Right now it's only first come, first serve. But the management sent an email and said you can grab a drink and walk along the park while you wait.

    When does outdoor eating begin?

It has begun already as of June 9th.

Is there a best time to arrive for a dinner on the patio?

I have typically arrived various times between 630-8 and rarely had to wait. The few times I did have to wait, I would just get a drink at the bar and would be called before my drink was done.

Is there a dress code to be aware of? I go to one of the gyms nearby, I'd love to stop by after, but I don't want to be under-dressed.…

    Casual but neat.

The centerpiece of this restaurant in my opinion is the beautiful horse shoe shaped bar in the middle of the restaurant. I typically enjoy a nice clean and clear bar so you can fall into the feeling of the restaurant and see what is happening all around. This bar had bottles of wines lining the bar, in my opinion I would remove the bottles and allow for a more open feel. Personally I felt that the bottles created a barrier between me and the bar tender. The outside tables are tables typically for 2 or 4 people with banquet seating and then chairs. Oh, my God How's this boy treating you? Very good wonderful started The service was attentive but not over bearing which created a relaxed feeling.. I was looking for a wine and cheese bar for a night our for myself. I wanted a place that I have not been to before and yelp directed me here Wines on Aug range from 15 and up for a glass which is not outrageous in price. They had a nice selection of wines and I stepped out of ny own comfort zone of a cab and tried the house Pinot Noir accompanied by the B6 board. Overall I was satisfied with the meat and cheese selection and baguette that was served with it had a nice oil on it. Presentation was well done with one exception in my mind, the breads ticks came in a package. Presentation factor went down with that. Take one of the small wife carafe used to serve the wine and present it in that. Overall I felt something was missing but could not put my finger on it. Overall this place has a great date night vibe.

Located within the Ridge Hill courtyard space (#1), it is one of the only Mexican options in the area, which is only more helpful for their niche. Be it in the festive interior or the people-watching outdoor space, there is an excellent variety of dedicated spaces for groups big and small. They have TVs all along the interior showing sports and the bathrooms are clean. Service generally friendly, but a select few might be a it too invested in their phones. The food is Mexican'ish, but very little of it can be called authentic especially if they're serving empanadas, platanos, If it weren't obvious enough, this is not authentic Mexican food. Even calling it Mexican-inspired might be a tad of a reach, considering they also serve empanadas, tostones,, etc. Come for a good time, but don't make it about tacos and tequila. The food was expectedly a bit bland. There were some stale bits for large nachos, which had a good amount (perhaps, too much?) pico de gallo. Quesadillas were a very nice portion and good amount of stuffing. While I haven't tried their tacos, seeing as they put in copious amounts of lettuce, pico, and cotija cheese; I'm not particularly eager to do so. The enchiladas verdes was the priciest brunch option and certainly among the most hearty. The presentation was good and the chicken for the filling was the right choice. I was also able to grab some bites of the pancakes, which fared remarkably better. I now understand why avocado toast is an option on their brunch menu. I realize most folks are here for margaritas and a good time, but seeing as they're trying to also be a brunch option, I think folks might be better off focusing on the latter. __________ (#1) https://www.yelp.com/biz/ridge-hill-yonkers

I arrived around 5:30 p.m. and was waiting for my friend, who was about 30 minutes away. The bar was completely empty at the time. One of the waitresses kindly offered me a nearby table while I waited. I ordered a sparkling water and spinach artichoke dip and sat there until my friend arrived. Once my friend arrived, our waitress told us she understood that I had only been sitting at that table while waiting and offered to show us the back area so we could choose where we wanted to sit. We walked through the restaurant, saw the outdoor patio, and decided to sit outside. After about 20 minutes, while still waiting for our appetizers, bugs repeatedly landed on the table and were biting us. We decided we would be more comfortable inside. As we were walking back in, our waitress was coming out with two of our three appetizers, and the owner, who I believe was named Dawn or Donna, was behind her. My friend began explaining that we wanted to move inside because of the bugs. Before she could even finish, the owner interrupted us with an attitude and said, "You ladies can't keep moving from table to table. I have to wash these tablecloths." I was honestly stunned. First, we were not randomly moving ourselves from table to table. Her own employee had offered me the first table while I waited for my friend and then specifically offered to show us other seating once my friend arrived. Second, there wasn't even a tablecloth on the outdoor table we were leaving. When I tried to explain that we had been offered the different seating, the owner responded by pointing out that I had eaten at the first table and now she had to clean that table as well as another one. That response told me everything I needed to know about how our business was valued. As a business owner, if your concern over cleaning a table or washing a tablecloth outweighs making two paying customers feel welcomed and comfortable, you may save a few dollars on laundry, but you can also lose customers permanently. Unfortunately, the food didn't make the experience any better. The vegetable spring rolls and chicken spring rolls were overcooked. The spinach artichoke dip and pita bread were the only items we really enjoyed. We also waited approximately 10-12 minutes just to get ice. We probably should have left after the owner's initial interaction, but we stayed, finished our wine, and graciously paid our bill. What made the experience even more uncomfortable happened as we were leaving. The owner thanked my friend for coming, then looked at me and said, "No hard feelings. I just needed to say what I needed to say." There were hard feelings--not because she addressed a legitimate issue, but because of how she chose to speak to paying customers when the seating changes had been offered by her own staff and the final move was simply because we were being bitten by bugs outside. Customer service matters. Courtesy matters. How you speak to people who choose to spend their money in your establishment matters. Unfortunately, based on the owner's treatment of us, I will not return. What could have been a pleasant evening and an opportunity to gain two repeat customers instead became an experience that ensured we won't be back.
