I'm sorry to leave such a bad review. I've been ordering from them for years but their meals keep getting smaller. I use to order and the meals would feed several in my household. Now the meal only feeds one but at the same price. I get it's hard to run a restaurant and make things work but, charge a bit more and fill your dishes. I will check back in a few months and see if anything has changed, otherwise I will not order from them again. read more

Love the Chicken Alfredo has a wine flavor so some people hate it but 99.9% of people I know especially is who drink wine absolutely LOVE IT! It's the best! They give you Lots of chicken too! Of course the LASAGNA is amazing especially the one with Ricotta but the all meat version is delicious as well. I always throw on a little salt & pepper and Parmesan cheese and it's tasty as my own Mama's. Garlic Bread is amazing love the sesame seeds and if you like FRIED ZUCCHINI these are a must have item! My neighbor turned me on to LA Lasagna and I have been hooked. It is a small casual place with a homey feeling. The food is fantastic every time I go. The cheeses raviolis in garlic butter sauce is the best !!! The PIZZA, garlic bread, salads, and the chicken fettucini alfrfedo are also wonderful. The owners and all the staff are so nice,friendly, and always have a smile on their faces. I am so happy to support this local business. So I'm giving 4 stars because, the service was amazing. The people working there are incredibly sweet. The food was better than I expected, not the best, but much better than I expected. I liked their sauce (i got the lasagna). I honestly could've done without so much ricotta, but that's something I'll remember to mention next time I order. If you love ricotta it would be perfect for you. I want to try some of the other things on the menu for sure. They have great pizza! We've also had their cheese sticks and arancini, which are also really good. They give you little packets of red chili flake and parmesan cheese, and the parmesan cheese is the best we've had from any pizza place. This is a great spot! Nothing beats the meat lasagna here. Except for the phenomenal deal for the price. You get garlic bread, and salad. Their house Italian is definitely something your granny would be proud of. The meat lasagna is saucy, gooey, and packed with meat. But don't fret; the sauce:cheese:meat ratio is out of this world. I don't even really care for pasta. I just wanted their salad with extra onions. My boyfriend insisted I get something with protein (beyond cheese in my salad)... with everything that comes in the meal, I had enough for (generous portions) dinner two nights in a row. My only reason for putting up a 4 star is because I have yet to meet the staff at this place. What I have experienced so far tho is actually a 5! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food so far from here. I ordered 2 orders of 2 dishes and a Caesar salad. There were 4 of us eating so, I thought I figured this would be enough. We have big eaters too! But, they are all pretty familiar with the differences you will see in a pasta dish from a Domino's and real Italian restaurant pasta. We had the Lasagna Florentine was very good. Sometimes other restaurants tend to have an over powering garlic and butter floating around the sides of the cream sauce. This was not the case. The seasoning was just a tad bland for me. So, I sliced up some chicken and artichoke meatballs, sliced em up and added it to the lasagna. ( I just probably wanted meat. It was even better tho!) The other dish I got was just something that caught my attention: Arancini. It was not what I expected, I definitely read the description wrong. I thought there was going to be deep fried ground beef in a batter that was on a bed of rice. That sounded good. But what we got was a HECKA better! I opened the container and for each order there were 3 hush puppy type croquette items staring at me. They were filled with plenty of beef and rice There were two sides of marinara sauce for dipping the croquettes . After tasting the sauce, we were like all-WHAT THE HECK! DELICIOSO!! It was definitely not the marinara you get for your mozzarella or zucchini sticks for dipping. It looked like it was going to be too tomato-ey or vinegar-ry...NOPE! I am asking for extra sides of this next time, I will use it as a spaghetti sauce. Ah, The Caesar dressing sure does taste homemade! If it isn't, I need to know what store it's from...VERY VERY good! If you know me, you know how I feel about customer service by now... so, this place gets a delivery A+.The order was promised to be delivered within 45-60 minutes. It was ordered at 4:15 PM on a Saturday. We got the order with a neat and very polite gentleman at 4:57 PM. read more

My first try from this place was through Postmates. I ordered the lasagna Florentine which had spinach, ricotta and garlic. The meat and ricotta lasagna in red sauce. A large Florentine pizza with spinach, ricotta and mozzarella cheese. It also came with garlic bread. I didn't really like the garlic bread because it was full of sesame seeds. The lasagnas where really good. I don't eat much but the portions were way too small. I would have to order 2 portions of lasagna to be satisfied. A guy would probably need 4! Luckily we had pizza too. For desert we had the caramel apple slices which were delicious! The food taste great but you need to give customers bigger portions even if you charge a little more. read more

This is for LA Lasagna Co's lunch only. They are a survivor of sorts as so many restaurants have gone by the wayside on Reseda, they are still alive and well and thriving. It's nice to know you can still get a decent Italian meal at a decent price at lunch time. Some of my favorites. The meatball sub is served on a fresh Italiano role with sesame seeds. The marinara is perfect for this sub and the melted cheese and ample and nice portioned meatballs say thatsa Italian! The turkey sub is layered nice and high on the same aforementioned Italian role, and served simply with provolone, mustard, lettuce and mayo( I hold the tomato and onion). Both subs are big enough to share. Their spaghetti and meat balls and namesake Lasagna are also good but a bit heavy for lunch time. I love their garlic bread too. I for one am glad this place is still in biz and going well. read more

I placed my order over the phone with a guy who spoke broken english (I'm used to it), and had one of the girls I work with go pick it up. I got the lasagna (I figured it had to be good if it was in the name), garlic bread, and salad meal (it was like $7) and had a pretty solid meal out of it. It was filling and tasty, but nothing special. I would normally give this type of food experience 3 stars, but the fact that it was so damn cheap, I gave it 4. I was fortunate to be at a lunch catered from LA Lasagna, it was wonderful. the next time I needed a dish, a called and set up a delivery of lasagna and eggplant parmigiano. it was as delicious as I recalled and everyone raved. the delivery was right on time. For a decent Italian food delivery experience on a budget, this place hits the mark. Through EatStreet.com, I ordered the meat lasagna and spaghetti with meat sauce, a garden salad and a side of garlic bread. The salad was pretty much just as expected: good amount of greens and veggies. The Italian dressing tasted just right. The entrees were fine and plentiful. The sauce for both had good flavor and the pasta was not too soft. Enough for 2 people to have 2 servings each. The garlic bread could stand to be much improved however. The toasted sesame bread had good texture as a base but the butter-to-garlic ratio needs to be adjusted. There was just a very remote hint of garlic taste. It was more like buttered bread. I've driven by this place many times so I'm glad to have finally tried the food. For the price and portion size, I'd come back. read more
