Just an awful experience with them, especially since they never made it out to the schedule cleaning appointment. A few months back in late October, I was getting ready to move out of my apartment, and scheduled a move-out cleaning with LA Maid Serve. All seemed fine when I had set up the appointment with Lisa, and it seemed awesome that they were willing to come out on a Sunday morning to do the cleaning. Come that Sunday morning however, and they were still a no-show 30 min after the scheduled start time with no update , so I texted Lisa asking if the maids were going to show. She texts back stating that they had been injured in a car accident, and that there would not be there. However, I found this situation to be very strange and shady, because if this accident supposedly happened, I should not have needed to find this information on my end over text messages. It left me very stressed and exasperated, but luckily I was able to find another cleaning service who fulfilled my same-day request. Overall, LA Maid Serve was unprofessional and very unreliable. There are many other cleaning services out there, and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for those who will actually show up. read more

This company is extremely unreliable. I scheduled a cleaning for my boss's house this morning and received a last minute text from Alejandra stating that her son and daughter were injured in a car accident and they couldn't make it to clean the house. I was counting on them for a deep clean and at first I was worried after reading the text but now I'm a little suspicious since I read the reviews and this same exact thing happened before. I'm a bit worried since they collected my credit card info and no one is answering texts messages. They've left me a bad place two days before a move, on a weekend, looking for another last Minute Maid service. I would highly recommend that no one uses this company. They were really unreliable and potentially a fraud. read more

Lisa is very kind and takes cleaning very seriously. I'm very picky on details and checked everywhere. Surprisingly, all of the corners and floors were clean. I don't know what exactly she used, but the air is definitely fresher. Since I'm not a huge fan of cleaning by myself, I'll definitely will call Lisa's company when there's a need. It is very easy to find home cleaners but it is almost impossible to find consistent and reliable cleaners. That is why I highly recommend LA Maid Serve. Max and Lisa leads the team to clean my condo effectively and diligently. They have a such a humble and hard-working attitude! Sometimes they clean so well and fast that I can't believe they get it done so quickly! They use alternative cleaning supplies and avoid toxic, cheap chemicals supplies. Nieves and Dora did an excellent job cleaning my apartment! They made everything shine and cleaned out my tub really well. Edit: After going around the house I noticed many places that they didn't even touch. They didn't move anything to clean. I moved a book on my night stand and there was dust and rings from drinks. In one corner of the floor we had a baby rocker that they didn't even move to vacuum or wash. They didn't move anything to vacuum. They didn't even move a few pillows on the floor. :( I hate leaving bad yelp reviews. I moved into a brand new apartment. Every appliance is brand new. So the only problem was that things were very dusty. I have hardly anything in here yet, so I assumed cleaning should have been extremely easy. They half cleaned everything!!! Windows were still dusty, the floors, the tub, they cleaned around things that could have been easily moved or pushed to the side. It was like a 7 year old cleaned up your place. I'm so mad I spent 116 on something I could have done myself 1000x better. My recommendation, clean it yourself!!! You'll save money, and do a better job smh. read more
