The winner for me were the two vegetarian tacos. Both had distinct but very mouth watering flavors in them. I was bummed out that none of them were that spicy, but the unique flavor profile on both more than overcame the lack of spiciness. I enjoyed my meal because I was well taken care by the serving staff. They were attentive, welcoming, and friendly. I didn't feel that they didn't have time for us as that can happen in the happy hour rush usually. Both my friend and I concluded that this is a place to come back to in the near future. One suggestion would be to also have a vegetarian option in the "Legacy Corner" or sandwich section but otherwise I enjoyed the variety. It feels casual, but there's so much attention to detail in your surroundings. Something to note: My father uses a walker and while there are two accessible parking spaces outside of the bakery next door, there is not way to get from those spaces to the entrance of Mi Rancho without going around their patio in the road. The food came out in an average amount of time and looked really good. Here comes my reasoning for 3 stars..the food had virtually no flavor. It didn't taste like they use season when cooking the food. I would easily give them 5 stars if the food had seasoning.
