Portions are a bit on the lighter side, so you will end up paying closer to $20 for your meal here as you likely need 2 croissants or 2 salads or 1 croissant + 1 salad to be adequately full. This is a chain from Ukraine, but it is quite special to see it in Southcenter. The croissants here are more like the ones abroad in a supermarket - not bad, but not outstanding. It is a bit flaky but not crunchy, but it has a decently modest butter flavor. I got the chicken teriyaki croissant which is quite delicious, with just sufficient amount of chicken (could be a bit more, to be honest) and it is quite light (~400 calories). I also got the smoked salmon salad with sesame dressing which is pretty good - there is not a lot of lettuce but a lot of the other toppings that are worth more so it was fine. The dressing was a bit salty so I used it sparingly to enhance the salad. The pistachio croissant is pretty good, but I would not justify $10 for it otherwise. If I come back again, which I likely will if there is still BOGO via Uber Eats pickup, I will definitely try more of the savory ones as those are about similar prices to the sweet variations.
