I've always seen these stores around in my daily travels to different cities but never have I been into one. And let me tell you what I've been missing out for all these years!!! I've been missing out on some tasty desserts and good looking snacks!!!! They have a little bit of everything. From smoothies to ice cream to ice cream on a stick to salty chip snacks to other drinks!! Its like a snackers paradise in here. You have a little bit of everything with a Hispanic flare. Being a novice here, I decided to start easy and went with 2 scoops of ice cream. They have so many flavors here!! And the colors were all just popping!! Almost like there was too many chemicals in them........ but anyways it was really good. My wife got a cucumber and lime ice cream. The green was almost like a highlighter yellow color. It was actually really good. Lime was tart but refreshing and the cucumber was also really refreshing. I got their guava and coconut ice cream. And it was simply amazing!! I love their flavors and on such a hot day it was a great pick me up! There's so many other things I would love to try from here. There's salty snacks, there's other ice creams, other fruit offerings. But what I find to be so amazing is that they have different tiers or types of Michoacana's!!! Call me a noob or whatever, but I've just entered a whole new category of snacks!!!

I walked in on a Friday night, it was not busy whatsoever. Upon entering I was greeted. Once I mentioned I wanted fresas con crema the young lady working asked if I wanted them with ice cream. She was extremely friendly and had such a great attitude. I had never heard of fresas con crema being served with ice cream. The bottom portion is ice cream (you can pick any flavor, I opted for galletas María). This by far has the best the best fresas con crema I have ever had. Combining the flavor of the crema and the ice cream was the best decision ever. There was no music playing, but the young made the experience of ordering fast and entertaining.

Love this place glad this spot opened up a few yrs ago and I can't believe I've never reviewed it. They have all your Mexican paletas the Ganzito one is my favorite but it's seems endless amounts of variety. They also have the regular ice cream in a cup same flavors but you can get creative and mix flavors around. I had a cup of corn with hot cheeto crumps on top and it was just delicious. My wife got chicarron with chile and lime which was also good. And last my son got a chamango and WOW was it good.

We ordered 3 different Paletas; Guanabana, Pineapple & Tamarindo with Chamoy. I was disappointed in my Guanabana. It's usually flavorful with a few pieces of fruit but this time it lacked flavor and I was excited I got 1 piece of fruit at the bottom. Pineapple was very good with lots of fresh fruit chunks and so was the Tamarind with Chamoy. This location practiced social distancing and was very clean. Friendly staff.

Very clean and inviting. Customer service was great. I wasn't too familiar with everything on the menu and the employee was friendly and answered all questions and said I could taste anything. I got a medium size cup with two water base flavors; pineapple and strawberry and there was chimoy drizzle , mango pieces, and a stick. It was quite tasty and for the price, I would say a very good amount. My cup was about 8.50. My daughter got a large aqua Fresca and it was very large. We would definitely go back and it's a nice summer treat in the heat. Service, quality, cleanliness, price and taste all great so a star for each! read more

This is the spot my husband loves to go get his coconut ice cream or whatever he usually gets. Its sort of our tradition to get something from here before our movie starts. Never busy and we can take our sweet time looking at what we really want. Its not too small or big inside. Its nice and "chill" inside! Lol. I personally get the dipped banana or something dipped rather. Lololol! I don't think place has ever disappointed. The ice cream is so creamy and milky and just delicious! read more

Located in the Albertsons shopping center next to the smoke shop. Customer service is great! The place is nice and clean, and there in indoor seating. I ordered a bionico with sweet cream and it was delish! You have the option to choose sweet cream or yogurt, but I would recommend the sweet cream since it's made in house. read more

I ordered a Diablito $7 and I got a melted watered down slushie. It had a few pieces of mango but where I come from (San Diego) diablitos are made with shaved ice tamarindo pulp chamoy and is topped with mango ice cream and lots of Mexican candy. Really disappointing read more

So good I didn't even have time to take a pic of my double scoop of ice cream The employee was super friendly and even made a recommendation of her fave flavor which was delicious- something blue I think Cookie Monster. Got that and a scoop of strawberry. My stepdaughter got two scoops of Cookie Monster. We inhaled it. I grabbed a cucumber lemon drink while I was there which was really delicious. Very sweet so I diluted it when I got home but I would totally get it again. read more

FRAUD alert. Be careful using your credit card od debit card here. I didn't ask for a receipt. When I looked at my card statement, I noticed the amount was different than I agreed to pay. I called three times to try to speak with someone, but after I mentioned I had fraud on my card, the person suddenly couldn't hear me an hung up. I finally got the owner and he looked up the order. There were items on my charge I did not agree to pay. The owner said here could not refund my money because the "day had closed out." Shady business practices. read more

Was at the AMC movie theater and found this little gem next door. So glad we stopped by to pay a visit, we were craving something sweet. Such a huge selection of Paletas, ice cream, and other goodies here! The staff were super friendly and greeted us immediate. They were patient with us selecting a paleta , since we were so overwhelmed with the wide variety of flavors. They have one side dedicated to milk based paletas, and the other is water/juice based. A separate freezer for just ice creams too. I had the strawberry cheesecake paleta and it was SO good. It had real chunks of cheesecake in there which was a pleasant surprise. The texture was very dense and creamy, super delicious. My boyfriend had the strawberry kiwi paleta which had real slices of the fruits, giving it a beautiful presentation. We live in San Diego, but will definitely be back to try the other flavors the next time we're in town. read more

It may take longer to decide which treat to eat than it actually takes to eat it! There may be 30 flavors of pops and 20 flavors of ice cream... all delicious! You can get fruit + ice cream + spicy sauce or just plain scoops of ice cream in tropical fruit flavors. Pineapple & coconut makes a refreshing virgin pina colada. I've been to a few different locations and I always find myself coming back to this one. Not only is the customer service outstanding and the area very clean but the quality of the ice cream is phenomenal. I tend to try a new flavor everytime and I'm always satisfied with what I get. I was introduced to the store in Hemet. Didn't know about the Temecula store but fell in love with this place too! A few tips. Starbucks ice cream---not good for kids! Or me! I don't know if it has caffeine in it, but it sure felt like it! There's a mangoneada type sorbet that is way to spicy for me and my Grandkids. I don't like Spicy stuff but they do. They couldn't handle it. Other than that, all was on point! Service is great, the place is clean. We drive from Murrieta to Temecula . Wondering when the Murrieta store will open. This place is pretty good, its new and just opened up. I noticed it while I was getting lunch at one of my usual spots! They have everything from popsicles to ice cream, shakes and more. If you have a sweet tooth it will diffidently have something up your alley. They have all sorts of unique flavors my personal favorite was the tequila almond , but they have everything from mint chip to cheese flavored ice cream if you wanna talk a walk on the wild side. Everything in here is in Spanish, so you might wanna brush up before you head in! Haha if not and your like me just ask the courteous staff and they will be more then happy to explain the flavors to you and let you try some samples. read more

Ugh hate to be this person but After finding myself enjoying my mangonada and it taking a turn to me finding soooo many pieces of plastic throughout it I am not sure if I'll be returning due to the extra health precautions that should be taken especially during this time with covid19. Inside is cool, and there is ample space to sit down and relax, so I took my time relishing the flavors of childhood. The workers get through the line pretty fast, but I wouldn't be in such a hurry to hang out anyway. Enjoy if you go!

People here are so nice and helpful. They get you what you want and introduce to new things. All the workers treat you like family and remember your name. Allison, Noel, Araceli and Anna just to name a few that have become a part of our week. Now let's talk about the food. Everything if greasy and delicious. The ice cream is creamy and never super frozen. The corn is hot and they always feed you. You'll never leave hungry. Go try them out. You won't be disappointed. read more

I usually go to this business and have had good experiences at the locations I normally visit. However, I recently stopped by this location and was honestly shocked by the prices. The cost for the same items/services was significantly higher than what I'm used to paying, which was really disappointing. I'm not sure if pricing varies by location, but the difference felt extreme. I hope the company can work on keeping pricing more consistent across locations. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Young ladies were rude, and tried to rush me out of the store as fast as possible. Didn't offer me any samples and were giggling the whole time. Tables were dirty as well so I didn't even bother staying to enjoy my ice cream. I normally go to the Murrieta location but was at the theater so just went here, and I will not be back. This is the best place to come if you're in the mood for a spicy or sour snack! I get there elotes all the time and their aguas frescas is so good! I recently got their elote with hot Cheetos which was really tasty!! I haven't had their ice cream yet but I'm sure it's delicious... Mexican dessert is the best.
