I did some research and considered a few different people before choosing her, and I'm very happy with the choice I made. This was for my mother. She wanted to have her eyebrows done for a long time and I booked an appointment for her as a Christmas gift. Originally we were planing to get micro blading for her. Selena had a very thorough consultation with us and suggested that the powder brows would suit my mother's skin type and the eyebrow shape she is looking for much better. First of all, if you don't want to read this whole thing the one thing I'd like you to take away from this review is that this was the best decision I've ever made! If you're considering getting your eyebrows microblade it please read on. When I first learned about micro blading I knew I wanted to do it but was very apprehensive about who I let tattoo my face. After extensive research and about a year of following several artists I decided I wanted, no, needed Selena to do her beautiful work! I Really love the big Natural brows that are in right now! I had been growing my eyebrows out for about a year, without plucking or trimming but had a few bald spots that hair just wouldn't grow in. When I visited Selena to get my eyebrows done we discussed what I wanted, shaped my eyebrows and she went to work! She spent extensive amount of time shaping and making sure every line was exactly what I wanted. She made me feel 100% comfortable before she made her first cut. I was very afraid of the pain, but with the numbing cream that she uses and her soft technique there was little to no pain. Throughout the whole treatment she let me have a mirror so I could see every step of the way and kept asking how I was doing. My eyebrows are about two weeks healed now and I'm getting compliments on them every single day!! Selena is not only a master at her craft but she is one of the most special people I've ever met in my whole entire life.
