Tram was great. I always had pretty thin, light colored brows. After a cancer diagnosis and chemotherapy, most of my brows didn't grow back and I was never certain of my makeup efforts and wanted just a natural look that I didn't have to spend time on. Tram gave me good advice as to which technique would be best for me (ombré powder brows) and why, and listened to what I wanted. Ever since microblading came out, I never thought of getting it done because I thought I didn't need it since I already have hair on my brows. I usually would just fill it in when I do wear makeup (not everyday because I'm lazy). I found tram through a friend on Instagram and she had just started and had only 2 photos posted of her work. They were both really nice in their transformation so I decided to give it a go since the price was pretty good! After I got it done... oh my god I love it and will continue to get it touched up down the line. I have sparse hairs in the middle and missing tails, which were my main concerns. She improved my shape by giving me more of an arch, which opened up my face and made me look better (and less angry???). She knows what shape is more suitable for your face shape, which I think is super important because everyone is different and it's all about the larger picture... your entire face :) I normally wear no makeup everyday unless I'm going to an event and having these brows really makes a BIG difference, making me look way better when I have nothing on. Also, she is very nice and polite and her place is clean and white so you will likely feel comfortable. You really don't need to go to someone with 10k+ followers with a long waiting list to get amazing brows. I would like to share my bad experienced at this place. At first, i was so excited and looking forward to get my microblading done at this spot, since I read many great reviews here on Yelp and on their IG pages as well. So i've done 2 microblading in the past, and last one was about 4 years ago, and each time I only need to do it once- no need for a 2nd touch up. Tran ( the owner) did my eyebrow- she was very soft spoken. I show her few pictures of her work that I like, and she start her work. Anyway long story short, once it is done, i was not 100% liking it. Even she admit that it is not 100% symmetrical. The next day i notice even more flaws on my brows. I notice how spare the stroke were between brows. So i texted Tran, and which she suggest i come back for a second touch up. And said to give the brows time to heal and it will look much better once it's heal. Few days later, once the scabbing taking place- a normal process in Microblading, my brows turn even more light, and thin. Way lighter thinner than i anticipate. So it is start to stressing me out. So after a week, i reach out to Tran, telling her how stress i was with my eyebrow, and sending her few pictures of my friend that looks so much nicer than mine ( which also done from microblading). To my surprise, instead of showing sympathy and some sort of customer service, she was rude and accusing me trying to get free touch up! Fyi, the 2nd touch up at this place is not free- it is $100. Which is not much, considering the microblading cost $625. Then she suggest for me to go to other microblading place, and never answer me again since. What a horrible customer service. For paying $600 cash to this business, zero accountability. I advise other people that plan to come to her business to be aware of this place business customer service. If you are not happy with the result, you not going to get the support and solution from the business owner. They only take cash payment, so once you pay, they do not care anymore I guess. Tram was very diligent and kind. After a miscommunication threatened to derail our appointment, she went out of her way to fit me in. She explained things very well. She's very thorough and very sanitary . There's some online paperwork to do to make sure you understand and agree with the process and outcome. I recommend setting up a patch test before committing. This is not a cheap process nor should it be. I have no actual eyebrows. Tram was very gentle. She chose microshading and indulged me in looking at photos on her IG to confirm the look. She went with complete tattooing. No cutting with a blade as I'm immunocompromised. It's wonderful not to have to draw brows on anymore. They turned out great. If my brows ever come back, she'll work them in. Make sure you understand what you're paying for and continuing to pay for down the road. Just got my brows micro-bladed by Tram. They came out so amazing. Pain was minimal. Tram was so sweet and professional.

My first visit with Tram was the beginning of this past December 2018 for an eyebrow mircoblading correction since the previous girl that did my first mircoblading did a horrible job. I truly regret not going to Tram for my initial mircoblading. The previous girl that messed up my eyebrows one...did not do my eyebrows according to the symmetry of my face so the shape did not look right on me and both of my eye brows were uneven, two...I scabbed so much during the healing process and third...the color barely took (which I think is more of a blessing). After my first session with Tram, I decided to do microblading and shading since I have combination oily/dry skin. I loved the shape and Tram was able to correct 90% of my eyebrows since most of the previous microblading didn't stick but Tram did the best she could and I loved her work. The healing phase this time was so much better! I had minimal scabbing and I would say 80% of the color that Tram did stayed. After my touch up, I don't think I even scabbed during the healing process and the color stayed even more. Tram is such a sweetheart and she really takes pride in her work. She is awesome at what she does and if I went to her the first time, I would have the perfect eyebrows. If I could give any advice when looking for a someone to do your eyebrows...pick someone that has a ton of sample pictures from all different angles of the same client, that way you can see if the the eyebrows are symmetrical to that particular person's face. The girl that messed up my eyebrows showed pictures of one eyebrow in each picture and hardly showed pictures with both eyebrows to see the symmetry. I am really glad I went to Tram for microblading. I almost always never put makeup except for my eyebrows, which I am clueless on doing as I always never get the shape right. I decided to try microblading, because I liked the idea of not only getting them shaped correctly, but also not having to apply makeup every day! After seeing Yelp reviews from this page, I messaged Tram with some questions about the procedure and she was very prompt and friendly in her responses, so I already felt like I was in good hands. We were able to schedule an appointment a few weeks out; I would advise booking as early as you can, as her calendar fills up quickly. Her studio is located in a salon, which is very clean and organized. I decided to go ahead with the microblading and shading service, which is pretty much the tiny lines that looks like eyebrow hair plus the shading that helps fill in brow. The procedure took about 2.5 hours, which included numbing as the service is pretty much tattooing your eyebrows. What surprised me was that I did not feel any pain! There was one point when I asked what was she doing at the moment, and she mentioned she was already doing the cuts with the microblading. I was so shocked because I really didn't feel a thing. Of course, it could be different for other people; I was just impressed how painless it was for me. The end result was great. I loved the shaped of my eyebrows and how they looked. I really appreciated Tram for asking me before the service on how I wanted my eyebrows to be shaped and asking me to check my eyebrows during the service to make sure they look okay. She was very attentive and accommodating. She also made sure to let me know how to take care of the eyebrows so they heal fine and they last long. The healing process for me went well and they still look great. After a month or so, I went back for a touch up in which Tram filled in very small areas, but for the most part, the eyebrows were still in great shape. I had my eyebrows microbladed by Tram 2 weeks ago. I initially found her on Yelp but the before and after pictures on her Instagram really persuaded me to go with her. Her results were so natural yet so precise. Tram works out of a room in a salon. Though her space is perfectly clean and acceptable, be forewarned that the salon is extremely dated and definitely has an old lady vibe, which made me a bit nervous. But Tram is very young, warm and professional. The procedure itself does take a full 2 and a half hours. Tram checks in throughout the process, making sure that you are OK with the stencil, the color, your comfort and so on. Microblading is surprisingly not painful. You are fully numbed beforehand, and you actually hear the cuts more than feel them. Tram did an excellent job on my brows! They were actually fairly full to start, but the added fullness and definition really made a difference and gave me a more youthful appearance overall. My healing process was really easy but it did take 10 full days. I am looking forward to my "perfecting" session in a few weeks and would recommend Tram without hesitation! For all ladies considering microblading, here are my thoughts: I understand that microblading is very popular right now. Please really think thoughtfully before making a decision. You are tattooing your face. You WILL change your appearance by doing this. You will see it and everyone around you will see it too. Microblading is a process. Do NOT schedule any important outings or life events for at least 2 weeks post-procedure. You will leave the salon with awesome looking brows. Then for several days after, they will not look good. The first thing that will happen is that they will turn very dark and appear very thick. Your brows will also be red and swollen from the procedure and that will make them look even thicker. I call these the "dark days". I had several moments of catching a glance of myself in the mirror and being filled with regret and panic. My only thought was "I have f'ed up my face." I looked like a child had come along with a sharpie and given me eyebrows. Not cute. Then for several days your eyebrows will start to flake off and will look like they are filled with dandruff. I have never been so grateful for bangs. Finally, they will start to settle down, return to a normal size, begin to look fluffy and natural again and that's when you can really appreciate Tram's magic! This is such a long overdue review. But I wanna start off by saying Tram is amazing. She's very understanding, easy to talk too and makes you feel so comfortable. I went to her in February to get microblading and shading. I loved the outcome however my skin didn't. Tram was very helpful through out this whole ordeal. We talked about different options. She suggested powder ombré which is more suitable for oily skin which is what I have. And as much as I didn't think I would like it... I was wrong. After Tram was done I was super happy! I've been wanting to do microblading for quite awhile but never went for it. I was introduced by my friend and I met Tram. She was nice and patient. She answered all my questions and recommended what is best for me. My brows were a bit of a challenge since I found out that they grow unevenly and a few spots with no hair. I guess this explains why I always have a hard time trying to fix them everyday. Now my brows are even and look so natural.
