The team genuinely cared about helping our family create a beautiful space where we could gather to celebrate an incredible life. Because of the timing surrounding my grandfather's passing, we needed to secure a venue quickly. Alma and Alex graciously expedited the approval of our requested date, allowing our family to move forward with confidence during an already emotional season. That simple act of kindness removed a tremendous amount of stress from our shoulders. Throughout the planning process, Alex became our primary point of contact and was exceptional from beginning to end. Every email, phone call, and question was met with prompt communication, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Alex consistently made us feel like our family's event mattered and worked diligently to ensure every detail came together exactly as we had envisioned. I'd also like to recognize Noah and Franky, who were our very first points of contact. Before we were introduced to Alex and Alma, they immediately made us feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. Their kindness and willingness to help established the tone for what would become an outstanding experience from start to finish. On the day of our celebration, the entire staff continued to serve with the same level of professionalism and grace. There's a back parking lot for the senior center. Easy to access. They seem to be lots of community engagement events and activities here. Love that! It turns out the manager was the manager for this location, which is shocking to me. It must trickle down to the staff, they were not very friendly, knowledgeable of the membership options and the pricing did not appeal to me one bit. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The first time I stepped into the gym, it was just for a tour--no workout, just a walk-through. The second time, I actually worked out and took a yoga class. That's when things went downhill. I was immediately accused by the manager of trying to use a guest pass multiple times, which was completely inaccurate. The day I came in for the class was the first time I actually used the gym. Not only was the accusation frustrating and unprofessional, but the tone and approach made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. To add to that, the sales tactics were way too aggressive. After one class, I was already being pushed to sign up. If I have a 3-day guest pass, let me use it--all three days--before pressuring me into making a decision. That's the whole point of offering a trial period. Between the poor handling by management and the rushed sales pressure, it's clear this location prioritizes numbers over experience. Definitely not the type of environment I'm looking for in a gym.

The staff is always friendly, and I've gotten to know many of the regular gym-goers over the years. It's a welcoming place, and that's one of the reasons I keep coming back. My biggest complaint is the growing number of teenagers recording videos in the gym. Lately I've been seeing them filming around the kettlebell section, recording for several minutes at a time. I understand taking a quick progress photo or even a short clip, but setting up a phone and recording long videos that include everyone around them is not proper gym etiquette. It makes me uncomfortable knowing I could end up in someone else's social media video without my permission, and I've heard other members express the same concern. The gym has rules posted regarding phone use and etiquette in the weight room, so I'd really appreciate it if management would do a better job enforcing them. This is still a great gym with an awesome staff and community. I just hope management takes this issue seriously so everyone can focus on their workout without worrying about being recorded.
