Every time the voices come back to my head to go to Atlantic City I can't miss out on Pancho's! Area is kinda hard to notice but it's right behind bass pro and next to the sub place. And it seems they do try to make their restaurant more put together by updating their look which I'm glad I seeing them do so good. Overall this place is definitely a place to try if you want Mexican food and get easy service from the owners.

For appetizer I had the short rib empanada. It was ok, 3 crispy empanada bites. I got the beef enchilada which was recommended also by the bartender also. It was pretty good, but I've had better. The decor of the restaurant was chic and modern and the music was lively and upbeat. We snacked on some tortilla chips and salsa until our main course arrived. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and my friend ordered the chicken enchiladas. Both of our dishes were delicious. However, my friend and I agreed we enjoyed my quesadillas better. The girl dinner menu options were very basic with no meat or seafood options. I probably should've ordered off of the regular menu. I started out with an espresso martini which was okay, not the best and not the worst. Next I had a Caesar salad that was drowning in dressing that was too creamy and rich for me. The cheese pizza had a nice dough but the marinara and cheese were below average. I've had better pizza from a gas station, but I was starving since I'd already been there for 45 minutes. My friend only ate one slice of hers. I suppose we got what we paid for since it was only $25 per person. But out of respect I looked to your Bartender who in his own words stated that "we didn't do anything to anyone and were not bothering anyone." I said to him; "Out of Respect for Your Establishment me and my Wife will leave because I don't want to disrespect your establishment!" My Wife and I feel Your employee should have had the 2 bigots escorted out and not let us leave under those circumstances understanding we were not the aggressors at all. We like to dine at different establishments as we are entering into this industry we've always love trying different places. We felt your establishment was one we could come to when we visited AC but after what occurred and how it was handled we don't feel our safety was a priority and that us being the ones who were provoked by 2 Bigots who entered your establishment already intoxicated when they sat down and the Bartender Over-serving them, we felt they should have been told to leave and regardless if we were getting ready to leave or not.
