My start with this salon began with the end of a traumatic experience at another salon. I had gotten a perm from another salon where they literally destroyed my hair. They did not inform me that, because I was blonde, having a perm could cause serious damage. Long story short, I had to find another salon to fix my hair fast! I had read good reviews about La Salon Bianca, so I decided to go in and see them for a deep conditioning treatment. I was immediately greeted with a smile by a woman who asked me if I'd like a coffee, tea, cappuccino, or a glass of wine. I then met Nick and Kristina and explained what I'd been through, and asked for their guidance. They were astounded with what I told them about my experience with the other salon and immediately began working towards figuring out how to help me. They gave me the best possible treatment they had, cut my hair in a very pretty style to cut off as much of the damaged hair as possible while not cutting ALL of my length off. They took the time to discuss a treatment plan to try getting my hair back to where it was prior my perm experience. Nick has been my stylist since that very first day in the salon nearly a year ago. We've done a lot of different treatments and various direct dye colors so as to avoid any chemical treatments in my hair and I've loved every single style and cool color option. We had been working towards hopefully bringing my hair color to an opal/white color like I'd always wanted but it was a process we had to work towards over a period of about 5-6 months. When Nick and the owner, Kristina, felt it was safe to finally do this, they both worked tirelessly getting me that beautiful color and style I desired. That night at the salon, there were a total of 3-4 of the stylists working on my hair all at once in order to get the processing done as quickly and safely as possible. The end result was beyond incredible and the excitement and passion displayed by Nick, Kristina, Melanie, and everyone else in the salon was beyond anything I'd ever seen. The staff truly care very deeply for their clients and will do anything to make sure you're nothing less than satisfied. They clearly love what they do and refuse to accept anything less than the best. I can't even remember a time I've been there for a service, where the owner, Kristina hasn't been there greeting every single person that comes through the doors (and I've been there every 5-8 weeks for the last year). I've recommended the salon to many people and have a few friends that are now clients there. I can't say enough good things about them. The only way I'd stop going to this salon, at this point, is if I moved out of the state or they close, neither of which is happening anytime soon that I can see! read more

I have been to every salon around....I found La Salon Bianca right here. The reviews were great and I decided to stop in. I was very surprised that I was able to talk to a stylist immediately. I'm growing my grey out and really unhappy with how chopped up my hair was. I was very pleased to meet Nick....he took me right then spent time discussing what I was thinking about my hair and had time to give me a great cut. On my second visit he cut my hair and it was two colors.....grey and brassy brown. It was suggested that I have my ends bleached and then toned in a beautiful grey so my roots would blend with my ends, I wasn't a bit hesitant. Nick and staff did a fabulous job on my hair....I got a million compliments and I'm returning on Friday for a hair cut. I would highly recommend this salon and Nick. I felt at home and very welcomed by the staff. I also had Nick wax my brows and a very nice makeup artist was so kind a help me pick a color for my brows and actually applied it!!!! I've been getting my hair cut and colored by Nick for almost a year now, I LOVE how talented he is!!! The color he uses doesn't fade away between colorings, and the way he cuts my hair - it now has body and wave - things I didn't realize my hair actually had!! He listens to what I want, and creates it - only better!! VERY recently the salon brought in an esthetician to offer lash extensions, facials, and full body waxing. Rachel gives THE MOST AMAZING facial, she is extremely concerned about your skin, getting it healthy and in the best condition possible!! I'm able to buy and take home the products she uses, so I can keep my skin looking good in between facials. AND... She does the MOST BEAUTIFUL eyelash extensions!! They don't look like fake lashes!! They look very natural!! I don't need mascara! A huge time saver in the morning!! I LOVE my eyelashes!!!! Give La Salon Bianca a try!! You will be thankful you did!!! I am not a person who writes reviews but my experience at La Salon Bianca deserves it. I am new in the area, and after bad hair experiences in Rochester, I searched for the best salons and that is how I found it. I could say that my whole experience has been very satisfactory. I booked an appointment with Audrey, and she is phenomenal! I hope the owner's salon- Christina- read this review because Audrey deserves a good recognition. She is such a professional who listened to my needs, concerns and expectations and went beyond all that!. Her quality of work and customer service was at the same level of expertise of European salons, where I used to get my hair done. I hope she never leaves the salon for as long I am in this City. Kudos as well to the secretaries and the rest of staff members- like Ashley- she was very kind and she took the time to explain the hair styling products I was looking at. To say I enjoyed my daughters haircut was an understatement. My little girl has had long hair for all of her six years of life. We had her hair trimmed at places here and there, but knew when she was ready for an actual style, she would be coming to LaSalon Bianca for MacKenzie to make her look even more beautiful (if that was possible). We decided to donate her hair to little kids in need. Today was the day. Alivia was very excited and I was nervous. What if she wants her hair long again; like tomorrow??? We arrived and MacKenzie greeted her with the biggest smile, and asked if she was ready. She brought her to the chair and proceeded to talk to her new client and how she wanted her hair. Mackenzie then placed two ponytails in her hair and in about 20 seconds POOF her long hair was gone. I cried; happy tears. However, Alivia had the biggest smile EVER. I had my hair washed, cut, & styled by Nick and he is amazing!! It was my first time at La Salon Bianca and I was going in for a pretty drastic change. Nick made me feel so comfortable, was SUPER knowledgeable, and asked questions to understand me, my hair, and how I typically style my hair which most stylists I've been to recently have not done. He did an amazing job and I could not be happier with the results. It was the best experience I've had with a stylist in the last 7 years. I would give this whole establishment 7 stars if I could. You can immediately tell that Christina (owner) has put a lot of thought into a unique and top notch set up AND environment. I always come here for Sydney Gonzales because of the quality and care that she provides. No matter what color, cut, style you are looking for... She can really do it all!!! I don't usually take the time to write a review but I have to tell you my nails look fantastic. Marissa does such great work. I always get a french shellac manicure and they always come out perfect. I clean houses for a living and my hands take alot of abuse. My nails always hold up and last for a long time. She is so gentle and I never feel rushed. I can't wait for my next appointment because I am getting a pedicure and manicure and she is awesome with my feet. I will never going anywhere else. read more

Elaina was fantastic! She squeezed me in late on a Saturday afternoon and was able to almost completely correct a bad haircut received by a novice stylist in training. I am very aware of the technical expertise required to make these corrections and she did an amazing job. I asked her if the salon focused on training and development and she let me know the team actually had a class this coming Monday. As soon as you walk in friendly people greet you. The atmosphere is welcoming and personal. The person who cut my hair was super nice and made my experience relaxing and took time to care about what I wanted and made sure to accommodate the look I was after. I am a difficult case with old hair coloring growing out I wanted covered as well as grays I didn't want covered. I also was having issues with the style. I didn't even think it was possible to achieve what I wanted to. MacKenzie did an amazing job and waaay exceeded my expectations on all fronts!
