My first 1 star experience was when my wife got food poisoning and when I went to inform the chef the next day he told me she was sick all night because she probably drank too much wine. Here is the reason for my second 1 star experience from this restaurant. Went today for a noon reservation on Mother's Day. Firstly, tons of kids here, no kids menu of any sort for Mother's Day. Their option was a grilled cheese with fries, which we were appreciate for, but why would you not think to have options for kids? Fruit cup, small burger, etc. they have these options during normal operations. Second, no one answers the phone here. I called 10+ times between 10am and 11:45am to request indoor seating. By default, they don't answer the phone nor do they at tiny grocer. One of the legs at the table they sat us at was so off balance that our drinks were spilling when someone would add pressure to the table. We had kid with us, so we ended up using three napkins in full cleaning up the spilled water. They missed putting in our order so, every table around us was served before us. We didn't get our food till complaining multiple times. Even after complaining tables around us continued to get their food first. To hold the table over I asked for fries to be delivered, something that should take minutes to prep, took another 15 minutes. Our food finally showed up at 1:15pm. We asked for to go boxes and even the boxes took 5 minutes. What is going on over here? I spent $20 at tiny grocer getting so many snacks for the kids because the food was so delayed. The entire table (minus the two toddlers) ended up leaving with zero food in our stomachs, but extremely frustrated. The manager comped our meal, which was very kind of him and he expressed tons of empathy. Classy move 100% This place is expensive and they just don't have it together. I don't like giving poor reviews, I rarely do it, but given this experience multiple times it's needed.

Another fun touch is that the restaurant is attached to a little shop with unique trinkets to browse, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I think this place would make a perfect date night spot, you can have a great meal, then walk around the area afterward. I'd definitely come back again.

I came here with another Yelp Elite Member and both of us enjoyed the fresh pasta. I ordered mine with Alfredo sauce, onion flakes, and chicken ($2 extra). The pasta was amazing. Fresh, delicious, and greatly portioned. The food truck is in a food truck park right off of Barton Springs. Plenty of picnic tables to sit at. Definitely recommend!

That's pretty unforgivable (the only time that's permissible and proper is for fried rice or rice desserts like rice pudding). The chicken was overcooked and bland -- no salt at all. Kofta, which I always look forward to was undercooked and slimy inside. No thank you. We were greeted by a friendly person at the counter. He took our order and told us to sit wherever we wanted. The restaurant is small but has seating in two areas. As you order you can view the pizzas and decide what you would like by the slice. They also have a full menu displayed on the wall with other food options that you can order. This time we ordered two slices of pepperoni, one slice of margherita, and one slice of pizza di roma. The pepperoni pizza was my favorite. The margherita pizza was good and the pizza di roma had a meat and veggies which was tasty. The cheese was melted and when you would pull the pieces apart it would stretch. The crust was strong under the ingredients and the exterior crust on the edges were crispy. This pizza was delicious. On the second visit I went with my husband and kids. This time we took our car and found 1 hour parking across from the restaurant. We had a similar experience in terms of friendly service. We each order our own slices. I got the pepperoni and pizza di roma. Both were very good. We also ordered a whole pepperoni pizza to take home. Overall pizza di roma was a great place to visit. It has a small atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious pizza.

We ended up mentioning that we hated the salad and the shrimp. still untouched on the table. she said to give her a moment. and we sat and waited for 10 minutes. while they were talking about us and them saying "they did touch the shrimp" (yes we took 2 bites to try it obviously, then we didn't touch it afterwards) finally after 10 minutes they bring us the check. which they didn't take anything off of. so we paid $70 for 2 banh mis. left hungry with a horrible experience. We were still thinking of coming back just to grab some drinks cause they looked good. but after voicing our complaints, then those complaints ignored. Never again. Horrible.
