On my visit here, I tried a different set of items from my Schaumburg visit to test the consistency of quality across different flavor profiles and dessert types, and it delivered perfectly. The mango gelato here is incredible -- with probably the strongest mango flavor I've ever had in a gelato. The Lotus was an elevated version of one of my favorite biscuits. The gelato is incredible, creamy and flavorful -- and something I'd happily serve with most any dessert. The waffle was flavorful as usual which paired perfectly with the chocolate mix.
