You order through a kiosk, so there isn't a ton of interaction overall. When I first came around their opening, there was basically no line. After they started getting more hype, the lines became longer and longer. I think it's worth trying, but personally I wouldn't wait in a huge line for it. Overall, the matcha itself tastes authentic and is prepared well, but some drinks are just too bitter for my preference. My recommendations: the ice cream or Crème Brûlée Matcha.
