Service was quick! Food was amazing! Not too busy as well. This place is one of Corona's best kept secrets. Asada had great flavor in both the Torta y Quesadillas. Definitely coming back for more!

It was 11pm and we still haven't had dinner. We could have opted for a Taco Bell or a Del Taco. Which, by the way, is next/in front of to this place. If you find yourself entering the Del Taco park I f lot, leave immediately. Enter the next lot behind it. You're welcome. (btw...I like Del Taco, but if you have choices...) Staff was friendly and efficient. The food delicious. I am all about the handmade tortillas. Here are the TACOS we ordered and in order of preference: BIRRIA DE RES - this was a last minute order when I saw it in the menu. I really liked it and was my #1 that night. I wish I ordered more than one. CARNITAS - these are usually dry and I order it just to see if it's any good. I loved it here. It was moist and flavorful. AL PASTOR - my go to. My ultimate protein at any taqueria. It was flavorful, but I just preferred the other two. CARNE ASADA - always a hit or miss for me. I ordered this because of all the reviews. Was it bad? No. It was decent. I have had better at other places. Just okay for me Salsas were good. I liked the salsa verde the most because I really can't handle the heat.

Out favorite spot for Mexican food!! We drive from Temecula to Corona weekly lol The tortas are so yummy with soft bread, we typically get it with asada which is always season right. My son loves the asada burritos, husband gets the wet green burrito his favorite. My go to is their tacos, can't go wrong with homemade tortillas, cabeza & lengua My all time fav. Try it out hopefully you have the same experience

They also had festive decor up for the World Cup, which was playing on the TVs and added a great energy to the room. The service was awesome! Our server was incredibly friendly and spoke to us like we'd been friends for years. She was so cool. We ended up staying for hours just enjoying the vibe of the brunch crowd and the soccer fans. Food & Drinks: LOVED! The Mimosa Flight (~$9 per drink): We shared this between two people and it comes with 8 different flavors! It included peach, pineapple, strawberry, cranberry, orange, pomegranate, and I think mango (can't remember the last one, sorry!). I love that the glasses were actually filled. I watched them make them, and it's a majority of champagne with just a splash of juice. Chilaquiles: This has become my absolute favorite breakfast dish lately, so I try it everywhere. It was very yummy here! It comes with eggs, and I added steak for some extra protein. The presentation was beautiful, too. Highly recommend! Steak & Eggs: My friend ordered a dish that had a different name on the menu, but it was essentially steak and eggs. She said it was absolutely delicious. The bathroom was clean, and I noticed they have a changing table available as well, which is always a great plus. Overall, I had a really good time eating, drinking, and talking here. I will definitely be back!

They took our drink order 20 mins from when we got there. I asked for my water and the sever replies, "oh, you want a refill" that moment just added insult to injury, since I never had gotten my water from the beginning only my coffee... A total chaos and a complete failure on the service of the restaurant especially on my birthday breakfast that was ruined. My friend had to scramble to find an stress-free do-over meal soon to make up for this disaster. We ended up at Tacos Al Fuego and had a wonderful experience...

The restaurant filled up quickly, the dine-in seats were all about taken and the outdoor patio was filling up too. The parking lot was very limited and one way, so just know that when pulling in. I ordered in advance and went to pick up my food, but since I was starving, I ended up just eating there on their patio. The tacos were okay. Personally, I thought they were pretty mid and not as flavorful as I was hoping they'd be. They did have a spicy sauce that I dipped the tacos in, and that definitely helped the flavor. I personally didn't love the tacos, but to be fair, I also didn't try anything else on the menu so I can't speak for the rest of their food. The place itself is a decent size, and the patio area is actually pretty nice. The staff was very kind, my order was ready right on time, and I appreciated that they weren't stingy with the sauces. Overall not a bad spot, but the quesabirria tacos just didn't fully hit for me. Oh well *shrug*

The chips are fresh, super thin and crisp, lightly salted. The salsa one of my favorites. I don't know why others cannot make them the same. I can see a plate of impeccable nachos in my future here. Camarones, Mojo de Ajo style, no head, no shell. The shrimp were nice sized, but obviously overcooked. Mr B said that a couple even tasted old as well. Too bad. On the other hand, the sides, beans and rice, were sensational. Done beautifully, with very rich flavors, I would come here just for those two items. My garlic shrimp burrito was filled with smaller sized shrimp than his, their awesome rice, some fresh salsa, and a pink dressing (?). The shrimp tasted fine, not overcooked, but not overly garlicky. And usually I dislike rice in my burritos, but this combination was an exception, a real winner. I recall having an amazing carnitas here on past visits that I really must revisit. Hmmm. This is beginning to sound like a carnitas nacho plate would be the right thing to do. The interior is very attractive with their colorful and vibrant murals. Great World Cup soccer playing on their TV. The server was absolutely attentive. A good little place worth s return visit.

Check my picture for the information. I ended up getting the 3 taco plate (2 asada and 1 carnitas) and the XL meat quesadilla with asada. The carnitas was really tender and delicious. The asada was good, but it was not my favorite. I have a thing with chewy fatty pieces and I understand it is common in lower quality cuts of flap meat. This asada had quite a few pieces I had to spit out because it was just too chewy. The refried beans were good, also not my favorite though. The quesadilla was good, I liked the grilled cheese cooked prior to folding it into the tortilla with the meat. Nice touch. That grilled cheese makes a huge difference. The next 3 taco plate had pastor, asada, and shrimp (except they actually gave me fish instead). At least my girlfriend enjoyed the fish taco as well. The tacos were loaded with meat and hard to pick up. That's the best! The pastor was tender and juicy. The fish taco was freshly fried and loaded with toppings and sauce. After paying, I asked for salsa and onions/cilantro cups so I could grab it from the salsa bar before leaving, but the lady turned around and grabbed me prepackaged salsa of each kind, bagged onion and cilantro, and limes. Super nice! Salsa were all really good! Especially the green avocado salsa. I'll come back for carnitas when I'm in the mood for tacos/quesadillas. I'll probably avoid the asada though. Just not my favorite.
