Chicken salad, and their lunch special
    Priyanka B.

I LOVE this place. The food is always on point. It's fresh (I honestly feel energized after eating here). It's incredibly tasty. My dad and I love their fajitas (the seafood fajitas are AMAZING). The soup is my favorite item to get it (it has garbanzo beans, rice, chicken, avocados, carrots, feta cheese, and some sort of chili)....I've tried to recreate it at home but couldn't get the flavor right. And I get the urge to eat that soup often, so I'm here often just for the soup.

Pretty good Mexican restaurant serving up big dishes. Can get busy for dinner and might have to wait outside for a bit. Nothing fancy about this place.

Parillada for 2- $45 includes chicken, carne asada, shrimp, chorizo, fried cheese on top. Jalapeño and grilled onion.

Experienced our first visit to Eduardo's. I've lived in Corona for over 10 years and never heard about it! It's too good to pass up. It's great food, prices are a little high but the portions are good for the price. They offer beer and wine. The house salsa is a true test for me... it had good flavor but it isn't my favorite. We ordered the Parillada for 2. It's good and still had leftovers. Overall must try!

Holy Crap--Eduardo's completely blew me away. I've lived in Corona my entire life and somehow never had the pleasure of trying this place until now. I stopped in for lunch on a whim, and from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and full of good energy. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I ordered the 3 Crispy Beef Taco combo, and it was love at first bite. The tacos were perfectly seasoned, incredibly crispy, and packed with flavor. Easily the best Mexican food I've had in Corona and one of my top favorite Mexican restaurants of all time.

I came here with my party of 7 after church from around 1:40. We had around a 20 minute wait, but with an elderly with us it lessened so we were sat down around 13 minutes. I ordered a water with no ice and a medium menudo (which was quite small but I found was perfect enough for me), the taste was good but it was not as hot as I wanted compared to others who ordered the same and was hotter. The waitress was fairly attentive to us and my party received our orders with minimal errors. After eating, we then ordered a 3 stack of pancakes to share among us, I found that I enjoyed them the most, they were hot and sweet. Overall, the service was okay. The food for my opinion could have been better but on a rainy day it sufficed. And the ambiance was just right.

This was our first time here and it came highly recommended by a close friend! Thank you so much for the recommendation. We must have driven by this place hundreds of times and never gave it a thought...until now! It was a little hidden off the street, but looked very inviting! Walking in u immediately smell the food and that speaks volume for "authentic" Mexican food! Service was great! They were very attentive to our needs and excited that we were here on our first visit! Well it won't be our last! The food and drinks were delicious! The table had posted the daily specials, happy hour and specialty specials! The beans hit home and the rice was so light and fluffy like my mom's! The guacamole and pico de gallo was super fresh and flavorful! I don't usually do guacamole with my fajitas or tacos but I'm so glad that I did!!! Chips were fresh and salsa as well. I only wish they had more salsas to choose! They had a salsa Fresca and then what seemed to be a molcajete style roasted salsa that was good, however I wouldn't be sad if they added a green one or avocado salsa type! Either way we r really excited to get back and introduce the new eats to the kids!!!! Salúte!

    Chile Verde plate, so good!!

Our server was incredibly friendly and spoke to us like we'd been friends for years. She was so cool. It included peach, pineapple, strawberry, cranberry, orange, pomegranate, and I think mango (can't remember the last one, sorry!). I love that the glasses were actually filled. They took our drink order 20 mins from when we got there. I asked for my water and the sever replies, "oh, you want a refill" that moment just added insult to injury, since I never had gotten my water from the beginning only my coffee... A total chaos and a complete failure on the service of the restaurant especially on my birthday breakfast that was ruined. My friend had to scramble to find an stress-free do-over meal soon to make up for this disaster. We ended up at Tacos Al Fuego and had a wonderful experience...

It's because of this I got very familiar with Swedish Crepes or Pancakes, as some might call them. I don't know if they were ever my favorite style of pancakes but they were always an option on those rare occasions I wanted something with more fruit than blueberry. Tara always appreciated me making an effort to broaden my perspective on what a good pancake or crepe constituted. That being said, I hardly ever run into great Swedish crepes. Usually the butter or compote is sub-standard, and I usually feel like I should've gotten something different. Silver Dollar Pancake House makes some majestic Swedish crepes. Yes, it's more of a cranberry than a lingonberry, but otherwise the compote and Swedish butter are spot-on. The crepes came out nice and thin, but still super flavorful. Everything came together so great. Even the fact the special comes with six sausages after you switch out the bacon is amazing. I would get this deal over and over again. The service at the counter was frenzied and focused. Every time I needed my coffee refilled, the server was on it. The food came quickly and there were frequent check-ins. It's literally everything you could want in customer service at a counter. Yes, the ambiance is bit crowded and a bit hectic. I don't envy trying to get a seat in the dining room because everything is but cramped up in there. That being said, I don't think anyone waited longer than fifteen minutes and folks seemed genuinely glad to be there. It's the price you pay for eating at a popular breakfast spot with breakfast entrees this delicious. Plus, eating at the counter always seemed open. And from someone who hates eating at counters most of the time, that's saying a lot that I would suggest it as a viable option. Overall, this is the dream place for those like Tara who can't get enough of pancakes and a damn good option for those like me who are content to keep their amateur status intact by only occasionally indulging in the Swedish signature dish.

The service was great, the place was nice and clean. And the food was really good. Not great, but pretty good. I had eggs and corned beef hash, biscuits and gravy, a side of bacon, and a waffle. My eggs and corned beef hash was good and exactly what I expected. Not disappointment there. Biscuit and gravy, biscuit was nice and fluffy, gravy was good but could have used a little more salt. Of course there are shakers in the table. Waffle was pretty darn awesome. One of my new favorites in the area. The bacon was just so/so. The service was great, and as I said the place was clean. That a big place but I came later in the day and was seated immediately. I would imagine during the weekend morning rush this place would be packed. At a solid for I would highly recommend Rodeo Cafe in Corona. As always, your mileage may vary.
