Great food, polite servers and quick service even when they're a little busy. The place is clean. It's a little loud but not too bad. The rice and beans are both fresh and taste good! I get tired of places with soupy beans and old rice. Their salsa is actually fresh and chunky which is great for me! I LOVE this place. The food is always on point. It's fresh (I honestly feel energized after eating here). It's incredibly tasty. My dad and I love their fajitas (the seafood fajitas are AMAZING). The soup is my favorite item to get it (it has garbanzo beans, rice, chicken, avocados, carrots, feta cheese, and some sort of chili)....I've tried to recreate it at home but couldn't get the flavor right. And I get the urge to eat that soup often, so I'm here often just for the soup. read more

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while after seeing fb posts. Finally made it in. We ordered the green chilaquiles with asada and de la holla beans, chicken quesadilla, shrimp cocktail, guacamole and horchata. Everything on the chilaquiles plate was really good and big portions. Quesadilla and guacamole were great. Shrimp cocktail was more soup than shrimp. Taste was good but could have used more shrimp. The horchata was good but the cinnamon was overpowering. Too much for my taste. Service was good, friendly staff. Price range was reasonable. Will definitely visit again. read more

Holy Crap--Eduardo's completely blew me away. I've lived in Corona my entire life and somehow never had the pleasure of trying this place until now. I stopped in for lunch on a whim, and from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and full of good energy. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I ordered the 3 Crispy Beef Taco combo, and it was love at first bite. The tacos were perfectly seasoned, incredibly crispy, and packed with flavor. I came here with my party of 7 after church from around 1:40. We had around a 20 minute wait, but with an elderly with us it lessened so we were sat down around 13 minutes. I ordered a water with no ice and a medium menudo (which was quite small but I found was perfect enough for me), the taste was good but it was not as hot as I wanted compared to others who ordered the same and was hotter. The waitress was fairly attentive to us and my party received our orders with minimal errors. After eating, we then ordered a 3 stack of pancakes to share among us, I found that I enjoyed them the most, they were hot and sweet. Overall, the service was okay. The food for my opinion could have been better but on a rainy day it sufficed. And the ambiance was just right. read more

This was our first time here and it came highly recommended by a close friend! Thank you so much for the recommendation. We must have driven by this place hundreds of times and never gave it a thought...until now! It was a little hidden off the street, but looked very inviting! Walking in u immediately smell the food and that speaks volume for "authentic" Mexican food! Service was great! They were very attentive to our needs and excited that we were here on our first visit! Well it won't be our last! The food and drinks were delicious! The table had posted the daily specials, happy hour and specialty specials! The beans hit home and the rice was so light and fluffy like my mom's! The guacamole and pico de gallo was super fresh and flavorful! I don't usually do guacamole with my fajitas or tacos but I'm so glad that I did!!! Chips were fresh and salsa as well. I only wish they had more salsas to choose! They had a salsa Fresca and then what seemed to be a molcajete style roasted salsa that was good, however I wouldn't be sad if they added a green one or avocado salsa type! I don't understand what I did to deserve this kind of treatment from the waiter. He left my bill at the table, and when I placed my card out to pay, he set it on the counter by the cash register--unattended--while he continued seating guests and taking orders and cleaning tables. Anyone walking by could have picked it up. I told him I was uncomfortable with my card being left unattended, by the front door, and his response was, "There are cameras." Cameras don't prevent theft--they only record it after the fact. It takes less than a minute to run a card, yet he chose to leave mine sitting out as if he had authority over it. The situation felt careless and dismissive, and it made me very uncomfortable. read more

Went in to celebrate a special moment with family and as we were paying a rude lady came up to our table very abruptly and told us that our kids were running around being disruptive and that they needed to sit down. Literally after we had just sat them back down. One of our littles was standing by her chair and this lady was very rude and said that she HAD to sit down even after she had already DEMANDED they sit down. She then proceeded to give dirty looks and stare at our table from the other side of the room while she sat at her table. Turns out Karen (Martha) is the owner. What an unprofessional and unwelcoming way to treat your customers. She could have said it a million different ways instead of being so rude. 0/10. Will not be coming back. read more

Eduardo's is a Corona classic! I grew up here and a lot of celebrations have been had @ Eduardo's... from birthdays, graduations, holidays, family in town, you name it. Always a fan of complimentary salsa and chips and the salsa here does not disappoint! Appreciate the fulfillment of multiple requests for more salsa, my family gets down! My go to's are always the pozole and tampiquena, nothing like it anywhere else so it's hard to deviate. No room for complaints from anyone I've ever shared the experience with either. I wanted to try something else since there were a lot of great looking options on the menu but I couldn't pass up getting the Chile verde again especially after I had been thinking about it this whole time! Time for an updated review. Eduardo is an outstanding family owned traditional Mexican food restaurant. Everyone there is extremely polite and the service is always top-notch. When it comes to food, I have never received anything that I have not been happy with. I normally order a two item, combo and rotate between crisp, chicken tacos, taquitos, and the enchiladas. The beans and rice that come on the combo platter are always fresh, hot, And taste great. You always get chips and salsa with your meal. I have noticed post pandemic that they have reduced the size of their Chip basket. I'm sure with cost escalating everywhere. This was done as a cost saving measure. Because they don't seem to come by as often to refill the basket. If you're looking for some good Mexican food, outstanding customer service, I highly recommend that you try Eduardo's. We've been going here for a while to have breakfast and used them a couple times for catering as well as having dinner here. It's a quaint little building and if you're not looking for it you can drive right past it because there's no bright shiny flashing lights, just a simple "Eduardo's" sign. It's a small family run business where the kids and parents work there and are very nice and hospitable. Just as an FYI, when you come here for breakfast you can actually order just about anything on their menu if you're not in the mood to have breakfast. Everything I've tried and my family have ordered has been great. Their portions are generous and prices are really reasonable considering everywhere you go to nowadays have been raising their prices. Their complimentary chips (freshly made by the way) and salsa (also made fresh) are worth it alone! I love their salsa, I could simple just eat that and be content. But if you do choose to order some of their plates you will not be disappointed. Their super burrito is seriously no joke, HUGE. My son who can pretty much put away most dishes can only manage to eat half and opting to bring home the other half to eat later. Really enjoy eating here. read more

We've been coming to Eduardo's Restaurant for over 17 years. Their food is authentic and good. Like regular humans we have good days and bad days, I can count with one hand the times when we haven't been satisfied with an item. For example the beans, rice, chips, etc... but overall, our experience has been positive. Their staff are always friendly and attentive. They like to decorate the restaurant for the holidays and they're attentive to offering food for people who follow the religion believes like lint. I recommend you to come and taste their food. This family owned restaurant won't disappoint your pallet. And their cucumber margarita is delicious. read more

I feel like with Eduardo's, the food is what makes ppl come back. I went here to celebrate a late Valentines brunch w my mother and my husband. For as empty as the restaurant was, it shouldn't have taken us 30 min to sit down. Now, my whole adult career has been in the hospitality industry mostly managing restaurants, but I am telling you, the wait was absolutely ridiculous for how empty the place was. If it wasn't for us driving 45 min to visit my mother and take her out for a Valentines brunch, being that she is a widow, we thought we would stay and wait it out. Well, longer story shorter, the service was..... well actually, there wasn't any service. We were sat and someone took our orders and came once JUST to refill our chips, not even our salsa w that. Never refilled our ice cups. We ended up taking the majority of our food home to enjoy it better. I ended up leaving a tip anyway, being that I know how it is when no tip is left. I think Eduardo's needs two things: 1) new management, or staff that cares. & 2) a major face lift. Eduardo's has been with the same interior for as long as I can remember coming here. If those walls can talk. Well, this is my honest review, and if anyone cares to challenge it, please do! I welcome it. I don't think I will never come back, due to the service, cuz the food is good. Great local Mexican restaurant. Chips and salsa when we sat down. Salsa was made with fresh ingredients with a good combination of flavor and hint of heat. They have a hotter sauce if you ask. I ordered the standard taco and enchilada combo plate. Both were shredded beef. The taco was a little juicy (as it should be) and well stuffed. The enchilada had a good sauce to compliment the meat and cheese. The servers were friendly and attentive. In all a very good experience. read more

Nice little Mexican restaurant, their menu has great variety. Tried some off the menu options like potato tacos and the mole and they were tasty. The potato was a little under seasoned but great crunch. The mole was mild and a lot of spices, very traditional. Worthy of revisiting! The service was a little lacking but it was busy and our server was ending his shift, had to ask for to go boxes a few times to different servers to receive them. I only gave it a three just because even though the food is good the price value to food was a little higher than most Mexican restaurants without necessarily having higher ambiance or anything to upswell it. Their Horchata was very watery and very powdery or grainy. The bathroom needs a little TLC, very small and old. A little smelly and not the best way to end my experience. read more
