We made the grave mistake of celebrating a bride-to-be while wearing costumes for her wedding that falls on Halloween weekend. The bartender and the handful of likely regulars/townies looked at us like we had personally ruined their week. Then they blocked me on Instagram for saying so. Bold strategy.
