Wonderful little cafe in Allentown! I had a delicious egg and cheese bagel. The cheese was super gooey and melty in all the best ways. This was elevated to another level entirely by adding their cilantro aioli! I swear you could put this aioli on almost anything and it would be good. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly, you even get a 10% discount for your first visit to the shop.

La Vida Cafe has a cool coffee shop vibe. And it's a great place to have breakfast or lunch. They make breakfast sandwiches, omelets, salads, panini sandwiches and other treats. Thai Salad with housemade dressing for lunch was very good. Nitro Cold Brew Coffee hit the spot on a warm summer day. Tried one of the custard pastries, Pastel de Nata, which was quite a treat. Brie and everyone was so helpful and nice.

This is the 3rd time here! To be honest disappointed. I thought it was just a bad day the other days. To pay this amount $17.38 for this is outrageous. NYC does not cheap you this much for this price and this PA not even in Philadelphia they cheap on your food. This is not worth the $!!!! This is the last time I go here.

We ordered take away, but it was really good! Cute little coffee shop-esk, but has delicious food. My boyfriend ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich and he raved about it. Flavorful, filling, and perfection. My friend and I both had two different salad (I forget what I had and I didn't take a picture) - maybe the southwest? But I just know that it was delicious and filling. So filling is theme, you'll be satisfied and full! The only thing I wished I had more of was the dressing. You only get one of those small containers, but at the end I started to dip my salad. Less calories right? Again, we wanted to come back here but it was closed on the day we wanted to go back. Owells....

Great place, Good atmosphere, great service, reasonable price, great food and coffee. Super friendly owner I'll return it was worth it.

The workers were so kind and compliant when I was having troubles with payment. They also serve some bangin food! I loved the music and the bench by the window seating overall the vibes of the place were awesome. Super chill, definitely recommend!

I was in the area looking for coffee and was originally headed to Starbucks when I stumbled into this cafe. It has an inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is made quickly, tastes fresh, and is so satisfying! They have something for everybody on their menu. My breakfast bagel was much more filling and delicious and paired with a better coffee compared to anything that I would've gotten at Starbucks while costing me about the same. If you're in the area, give this place a try!

The Cuban inspired cuisine is out of this world and you truly can't beat the prices. I love that the menu is on the smaller side. They know what they do well and prioritize quality over quantity. My favorite dish is the Rosa Breakfast Wrap but I do look forward to exploring the rest of the menu. I've been here for dinner once and I loved the Ensalada Verde. The ambiance is also a big highlight for me. The seating is so comfortable that I love just reading here sometimes and it's one of the few places I take my ear buds out while eating solo so I can immerse myself in the atmosphere by listening to Spanish-language music and eavesdropping on conversations of my fellow diners. This place should have a line around the block for brunch every weekend but just as long as they have a table saved for me. Special shoutout to Fran and Ashon who take great care of their guest and are just a joy to chat with.

Our servers, Ashon and Rob, were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and despite the restaurant being packed, the two of them managed the entire floor flawlessly. Every table was attended to, service was smooth, and they kept the place spotless. They are definitely a fantastic team! A special shoutout to Ashon, who made the best coffee, and to Chef Kourtney, who personally came out to check on us. She even surprised us with a heavenly crème brûlée French toast with cream and guava syrup -- truly something else! That dish alone is worth the visit. The hospitality here was incredible. We felt genuinely cared for and welcomed, and the food was outstanding. We took photos of our dishes, but trust me... the pictures don't do them justice. If you're thinking about visiting this place, don't think too hard -- just go! You won't regret it.

It…read morewas founded by restaurateurs and business partners Juan Carlos Paredes and chef Rafael Palomina. Both hailing from Bogota, Colombia, the two partners own a number of restaurants both separately and together. With Tapas on Main, they brought authentic Spanish-inspired dishes to downtown Bethlehem. In February 2015, when the unit next door became available, the partners opened a French-style bistro dubbed Cachette Bistro + Creperie. With both eateries adjacent to each other, they can share the same kitchen and liquor license; it makes for easy management. Palomina serves as the executive chef for both establishments, while Luis Abundez serves as the chef de cuisine. My family and I visited Tapas on Main and Cachette Bistro + Creperie this past summer while we were visiting relatives in the area. We stopped by while exploring Main Street and it looked like a cool place to get brunch. Although we were all seated in Cachette's dining room, the staff said that we were allowed to order anything from either establishment's menu. For drinks, I ordered a "Limoncello Spritz" while my wife had a "French 75". For food, I had the "Smoked Salmon Benedict" (two poached eggs, smoked salmon, sautéed spinach, bacon crumbles and hollandaise over English muffins), my wife had the "Huevos Rancheros Crepe" (two fried eggs, chorizo, pico de Gallo, cilantro rice, black beans, jack cheese), and our sons shared the "French Toast" (fresh bananas & strawberries, maple syrup). We all really enjoyed our meal! Our extended family also enjoyed their dishes, which included the "Croque Madame" (gruyere, ham & egg sandwich, served w/ frisee & apple salad). Whether you fancy a culinary trip to Spain or France, you'll find plenty of delicious dishes at these two establishments!

The owner copped an attitude when I asked why simple things like a plain bagel was out of stock and it replied very sarcastically to me that maybe if I woke up earlier like most responsible adults I would be able to have first dibs on the popular items. I spotted plain bagels sitting behind on the counter and supposedly those were reserved for his snack later on mind you it was only 11am. Smfh I left hungry and disappointed. How are you going to stash food for yourself instead of selling it to customers? Don't believe the positive reviews. They are mostly from employees and customers bribed with discounts for leaving positive feedback. The owner was also responsible for the failure New York gyro. That place was disgusting too. I remember seeing the owner working there and treating the delivery drivers like trash. There was even a video someone shared where Mister velvet of the owner there (heavy set Oompa Loompa looking kinda) berating a delivery driver. Never again.

The prices are beyond fair -- they even offer a rewards system for BOTH food and drinks. My food was made fresh and the portions were generous. Fresh food delivered with a smile - not something you find often around here with all the chain restaurants. While there isn't indoor seating (there is outdoor seating in the warmer months), a patio heater was turned on for me which kept me beyond warm while I waited. This was a really nice touch considering there is street parking right in front and I could have easily been expected to wait in my car. I will definitely be a regular!
