The food took less than 10 minutes to come out. It was raining that day and they kindly brought it right to my car as I was waiting nearby. I opened up the food and it was a super fresh burrito, cut in half. They had two delicious sauces that came with it: a red sauce and a green sauce. It was a really generous and large Junior Burrito and it was absolutely delicious. The lettuce was super crisp and fresh. Meats were tender juicy and flavorful. Everything really hit, very similar to a California-style burrito. Overall highly recommend, really good service and incredible value for money

This place has been a life-changer for me! I have a bit of a thing for taco trucks. I ate at them…read morevery frequently when I lived in NYC. I missed that so much when I moved to Toledo. Having one a mile from my home is wonderful. I get tacos like at least once a week on average now. They're usually open 11ish to 9ish, closed Sundays. But there can be some variation from day to day. Check their facebook, they post their hours each day there. Everything is good, but the barbacoa is especially good. It has a very rich flavor to it. They have three different sauces. If you order three tacos you usually get all three sauces. If you order fewer, you get fewer sauces (though you could probably ask for extra sauces, I haven't tried). They'll bring the food out to your car after you order, so you don't have to wait outside in bad weather. You can also call ahead to order so that the food will be ready when you arrive, although you may need to wait when you arrive anyway if they're busy. If you just show up and order, it's still pretty quick.

Probably the best pizza I've had in Toledo. We got the Funky Monkey and asked him to put gorgonzola…read moreonly on half of it to oblige my gorgonzola hating partner request was no problem and the pizza was ready in about 10 minutes! The crust was super thin and light, but not at all floppy. Great flavor! I wanted more sausage because it was delicious, and I dont normally even enjoy sausage much....this one I would look forward to. All in all a very nice well balanced pizza with great flavors and a lovely soft crust. We also got a h cheesy bread and holy moly it was amazing. We'd come back anyway just for that! Same thin crust as the pizza, garlicky and indulgently cheesy. I'm still thinking about it! Check his Facebook page for updated truck location information. Open Thursday-Sunday at various locations in & around Toledo!

I have mixed feelings about Chef Rob's Side Hustle. But in the end, I like this food truck, with…read morethe key word here being "Chef." UPSIDE; The area where CHEF Rob excels is with his higher end products. His Revolution Buffalo wings are fantastic. The flavor is complex; it goes way beyond just "hot." The breading level is perfect (none, or almost none) and they're perfectly cooked over a wood fire. Furthermore, these wings are like my wife's glutes... they're nice, juicy, and meaty. 5 star product. MORE UPSIDE: Screw the Lion and piss on Kong. Chef Rob's Funky Monkey is the real king of the Glass City Jungle! This Pizza-Like-Object is one awesome product. The white sauce on the Funky Monkey is NOT an alfredo, rather, it's a mixture of EVOO, finely minced garlic, and I think something else. Spread this on a wood-fire-cooked thin crust, and cover it with three cheeses, including Gorgonzola. Then, add sausage, onions, truffle oil, and on top, arugula. Because it lacks a tomato based red sauce, I don't call the Funky Monkey "pizza," but I do call it delicious. DOWNSIDE: When it comes to what I ordinarily think of as "pizza" (pepperoni, with cheese, RED sauce, and crust), this honestly isn't the truck that I'd patronize. The pepperoni pie is below average for Toledo. It's way too greasy, it's crust is soggy, it has hardly any sauce, and the pepperoni has an unpleasant taste. Bonus: Chef Rob probably has the coolest looking food truck in town. The best way to find his current location is by using Facebook or one of the "street food finder" apps. 4 STARS, for now, with a chance for 5.
