They should've started turning walk-ins away, because it just made everyone and myself more angry. I had come in for a lab order given to me THAT Monday morning for a pre-op labs for a surgery I was going to have on Thursday. The week was fully booked out. So, I arrive as a walk in. People are complaining the whole time, and I just ignore it because I'm a patient person. An hour and a half later, some old guy comes out and tells "THREE HOURS I WAITED. THREE HOURS!" I immediately think what?! So I go in and ask them how many people are before me. Of course they have attitude, then tell me I have 17 PEOPLE ahead of me and that doesn't include appointments. Once appointments show up then wait list gets pushed down. Mind you this point it is 12:30pm AND they close at 2:00pm. Mathematically, it doesn't make sense if there are 17 people before me (not including appointments) and lord knows how many people behind me to say you are going to get to all of us by 2:00pm? There was no customer service or care quality here. They should have started referring people to go to other locations or start turning people away, instead of having us waste our entire day waiting. Not only that, there were no more seats. Inside was packed and the picture attached is outside with not enough chairs for older folks and people with pre-existing health conditions. I could not stay because I had an interview and was leaving for a work trip that same day. I did my labs in my destination city for work and NO WAIT. Hospitable and everything I had hoped my own lab corp in my city would be. Not coming back, sorry.

I was fifth in line for those without an appt. The indoor seating area was very clean and nice and had a screen to show the list of those with appts, those without appts, and how many were being seen at the moment. As for the blood work appt I had, the lady was super nice. Everything seemed professional and clean and I was out of there really quickly! Parking was really easy. Lots of spots. I believe there are two entrances but regardless the signs to Quest are helpful. Overall, would like to go to this location again, though I hope I can get an appointment ahead of time!

Watching them work together to assist my aunt and make sure the vein didn't move was incredible. These two without hesitation helped us in making this experience and appointment appreciative of their profession. When we arrived, a Hispanic female employee was sitting in the corner near the front counter, using her phone instead of assisting patients. I said "hello?" before she finally came over to help us. We needed to complete a stool test today. She asked whether we wanted to take the test home or complete it there. We told her we were ready to do it today. She then gave us a urine cup with the lab order inside the specimen bag. I asked where the stick was to transfer the stool into the container. She told me they didn't have any sticks and suggested that we use our hands. I was shocked. She then gave us a pair of gloves instead. I told her there was no way a large laboratory company like Sun Lab should be out of such basic specimen-collection supplies. She eventually went to the back and came out with two sticks, saying, "I found these for you." After my boyfriend went to the restroom to complete the stool test, she went right back to sitting in the corner using her phone until the location closed at 12 PM. I am raising this concern with the manager because this was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. If management sees this review, I strongly encourage you to review the security camera footage from today, August 8, 2026, around 11:15 AM to verify what happened. There were also two other Asian employees working at the location. They were standing and actively working, while this Hispanic employee was sitting in the air conditioning and using her phone. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue appropriately.

My throat was swelling, I could barely speak, and it was becoming difficult to breathe normally. I didn't catch the name of the woman at the front desk who checked me in and gave me my injection, and I'm sorry for that. She stayed calm, explained everything clearly, and treated me with genuine kindness when I was scared. Dr. Amrit Dillon came in quickly, took my condition seriously, and after the injection he came back more than once to check my swelling and make sure I was improving. That extra attention really gave me peace of mind. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional.
