Natalie, the owner, is the best! She has done my nails for about 15 years. I live in Aliso Viejo but the drive and time is worth it for the perfect job she does. I've never gotten a fungus and Natalie does my nails the way I want them. So many salons do what they want. I can't recommend Labella Nail Salon more strongly. Also, Natalie is a Christian who serves the Lord in many ways. During the Covid shut down, she cooked meals for nurses and doctors at local hospitals. She is an amazing lady. read more

This was my first time at Labella Nail Salon. Better than clean. Everything was sanitized and disposable liners were used in the foot baths. I got a very thorough manicure with the eight-step gelish treatment. I was so relieved that I found a place who knew what they were doing. Tina was excellent. I also got a very, very excellent Royal Princess pedicure with Quyen. One of the best ever! I will be back. Worth every penny! They were steadily busy, but very pleasant. I encourage tipping them well, as it is well deserved. Excellent work. My hands and feet look stunning. I feel wonderfully pampered. I have been to this salon at least 15 times in the last year. This is by far the worst time I've ever experienced. Yes they are clean and their staff makes some conversation with their customers which I appreciate. I called to see if they were available; they said yes. I got there and asked for white tip pink powder acrylic full set. They had me sit and they removed my acrylics. Then my lady asked if I wanted gel. I told her I wanted white tip pink powder full set. She said okay; then she started putting clear acrylics. I asked her why and she said white and pink powder. That's not what I asked for three times! So we talked about it, she said same price it will look better.... Took 1.5 hour and looks terrible. Spent almost 40 bucks and my 4 week grown out nails from a salon in Mission Viejo looked better than these. Never coming back read more

Went in there with a friend of mine earlier today and it was horrible the minute the lady started she had already cut and filed my nails wrong and in different sizes my middle acrylic nail is all crooked and the sides look uneven. Had to come in to get my acrylic nails taken off during my lunch break. I had never stepped foot in this salon before, but I had seen it when driving by it to and from work. They attended me within a few minutes after arriving and the overall process took about 30 min from when I first sat down, but that may be due to me opting for a less painful method of removing the nails. I have been coming here for several months with my 17 year old daughter. The ladies are always polite, the place is clean and they take good care of you. The owner is welcoming she always asks if we are happy with everything. I may be spelling her name wrong but Qyuen is awesome, she is very very good with the gels. I'm horrible with names but I have never been disappointed there. After years of acrylics I am a gel convert and these ladies keep my nails looking great. The use the OPI gels and they last over 2 weeks. They also are not pushy or annoying about getting a "flower" on the toe. If you want one, fine if you don't fine. Went to get gel nails for the first time to this venue and I was pleasantly surprised by the salon, everything was very clean and organized, it was spacious unlike other places where you can barely move and great decor. More than usual, this place lures you in with a supposedly good deal and then doubles the price for an actual mani/pedi. If you don't upgrade to an extortionate pedi, they swipe the pumice lightly past your foot once, as if to say, "Screw you." There's a reason why pumice style blocks come in all pedi packs, and they USED to be used for scrubbing WITHOUT upgrades, before places like this got greedy. I gave this place a 2nd chance after a mediocre 1st visit, but once again, I feel like an 8-year old girl could've delivered more evenly filed and painted nails. Just VERY VERY poor quality, especially for the prices they try to charge. Better and cheaper options everywhere else within 5 blocks. read more

Never coming back. I walked in the door at 5:40 waited a few mins for a chair, totally understandable. The lady told me to move to a chair and pick a gel color. A lady walked up and was about to start my manicure. I told her I was thinking about getting a full set. She was like what?? Full set?? And went off in Vietnamese and the whole salon was going back and forth. Sorry I didn't know the CUSTOMER was not allowed to change their mind. They told me to move to another chair. Where I waited, waited and waited. I asked the lady a question and she couldn't be bothered to look up from whatever she was doing to give me a quick answer. At this point a girl that arrived 10 mins after me was already halfway through her manicure. I looked over to the closest manicurist and told her quietly and politely, "I'm sorry I need to leave. I don't have time for this" I proceeded to walk out. The lady I was originally working with chased me out and said "we help you right now." Oh so now she magically had time for me? I don't have crazy expectations and am never rude to service employees. I decided to take my money elsewhere, somewhere that will appreciate me as a customer. I felt like peasant because I wanted something as crazy as a full set. Not cool. (It also blows my mind that people think this place is clean. This is one of the dirtiest salons I've seen. I'm going with 3 stars with reservations. I've been searched for a new 'eyebrow artist' since my Helen at Star Nails left. I had a wax and facial today; the owner, Natalie, is a doll...the gal who worked on me was very sweet but my eyebrows are just ok...she was very good with t 'most' of the facial...but was too enthusiastic with extractions...I'm pretty marked up and blotchy. She gave a wonderful massage, so I'm awarding bonus points..no running water in the room, so I'm wondering how sanitary using one bowl of water was...all in all, I'm still searching for a brow-gician but will go back for a manicure! read more

Ok prices. Staff not focused on the customer . Don't expect a relaxing environment or massage. They didn't massage my calves or my hands. I got a gel manicure and pedicure .$70 bucks later I feel ripped off slightly. I give a three stars because the girl did nice artwork on my nails. read more

This place is deceiving, because you expect the customer service to be just as good as the appearance of the salon. The customer service is pretty bad. The nail ladies put minimal effort into the massages for both manicures and pedicures. They are pretty lazy and you have to be vocal with what you want or else they won't even bother to put in at least 80% effort into their job. I've been to the salon more than 3 times, so this is a very honest review, because I've definitely given this nail place a chance. I'm giving it 1 star is, because of cleanliness, but everything else is a -2stars. I don't use acrylic nails, but a friend who does use acrylic nails told me that when she got her nails done at labella that they only lasted a week. She was very disappointed as well. If I could, I would take away stars. This is probably one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. Between their lack of customer service, to the cheap products they use that don't last, to the fact that they do not seem to think about cleanliness, this place is in serious trouble. I'm giving La Bella two stars because it is clean and has cute pillows on the recliners. If they want five stars, they'd need to hire a friendly manager who believes in treating people with a smile. I got a terrible paint job on my nails (the polish bubbled! NEVER saw that before.) The polish was put on very thick and looked ugly. I came back hoping they'd approach it like, "oh, so sorry, let me get those fixed for you right away!" But instead I was told to come back tomorrow. So there I went, with my hideous manicure only to return the next day to an unfriendly manager, who obviously didn't like having to repaint my nails! I felt like I HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG! This nail salon is great. I come by very 2-3 weeks for gel manis and pedicures. The staff is always friendly and try their best to accommodate the crazy nail designs that I'd like to try. I love this nail salon. I am definitely not one of those girls who always keeps her nails looking great, but when I want some spa treatment, this is where I go! I love the location. There are huge floor-to-ceiling windows and the place is really open and inviting. The "royal pedicure" for $40 is my go-to treatment because it feels so good! It's not something I would spend money on every week, but seeing as I only get my nails done once every few months, it's worth it for me.
