We had dinner at the bar and had a great time talking with the staff and locals. We started with the pork belly appetizer. My husband said it was the best he has ever had! Three large thick pieces of meaty pork belly in a delicious sauce. For dinner we enjoyed a pork chop that was cooked to perfection with an interesting chorizo sauce and a boneless beef short rib over sweet potato gnocchi. Wow! We ended the meal with a warm, gooey delicious bread pudding. The restaurant is quite large and there was a steady flow of diners arriving while we were there. We made a reservation. Service was good and the staff helped each other as necessary. My husband talked with the chef and thanked him for a wonderful meal. He was a nice young man who demonstrated a real passion for his trade.
