This is one of my favorite places to eat the food is always great. You cant beat the prices.

My wife and I have eaten here quite a few times since 2010. Service is average, food is usually average-good. Some stained ceiling tiles could use replacing. No major complaints. There is a separate bar area. "Lefty" is a nice waitress. read more

Last night I was at lake pizza with my husband and had a very cute nice girl she said her name was Katie. She had the whole bar area and dining room to herself and you could see it was very busy. Tonight was our first time ordering here. My boyfriend and I were very impressed with our food. He is beyond picky about a good sub, and for once someplace met his expectations. He ordered the roast beef, and I myself got a honey BBQ burger which was excellent. I chose my meat cooked at medium and was impressed that when I actually received and started eating it, it was still medium. Kudos on that. We ordered fries as well and were shocked about the size and quality of them, still crispy and warm and a mountain full. I wish I paid more attention to the delivery time from what time we were told it would be there, but it truly felt like we waited no time. Had their BBQ chicken pizza and I will ALWAYS go there for that kind now. It came with a generous amount of ranch sauce (which was unexpected but genius) then I too of that was the mozzarella cheese, chicken, and BBQ. ALSO red onions! This unique flavor combination was delicious and I can't wait to go back. Went here for the first time the other day. Pub style atmosphere where popcorn is served prior to receiving your meal. We ordered Clam chowder which was very good. Spinach pie was to die for! We also ordered haddock with Parmesan crust on top, the fish was not cooked all the way through the waitress wanted to take it back to recook it but I do not send food back. She was very concerned asking if I wanted anything else. She did end up only charging us half of the meal. Great service and great food! Will definitely go back. read more

I ate at this place, and I LOVED IT. I have to admit, there was quite a wait, but it was a Friday night, so that made sense. I ordered a milkshake, but it was mostly milk on the top and about one scoop of vanilla bean on the bottom. I ordered a plate of pasta with meatballs and a side of garlic bread and soup. The serving size was giant, and I brought it home for leftovers, and it was cooked perfectly. I would recommend this restaurant. read more

I have had a few business lunches there. Full bar; I generally have the Sam Adams seasonal on draft. Well-lit. I don't know if they have wireless internet; they don't advertise it. Quiet booths, quiet clientele (mostly blue-pate specials and local customers) at lunch. Attentive staff. Italian-American cuisine; no Zagat, but no checkerboard table-cloths either. Not a bad meal. I didn't like the atmosphere of the restaurant at all, the lighting was awful and it just didn't feel like a nice place to sit down and eat. Service was good - wasn't horrible, wasn't spectacular. However, the pizza WAS really good. I got the barbecue chicken pizza and was very pleased. read more

I am giving this dump one star because you cant give no stars. I have given this place many chances to get my order right and they have failed every time . Don't bother wasting your time or money. My last order was a simple salad with chicken. The lettuce was supposed to be mixed greens. Instead what I got was a half of bag of the type of bagged lettuce you get in the grocery store all iceberg with big chunks. There was bad/brown lettuce under the other veggies. How do they not see this? I asked specifically for Italian, reg Italian not creamy.What did I get? You got it. I got creamy Italian. They didn't even give me the lousy sliver of pita bread that is supposed to come with it. And no utensils. How am I supposed to eat the friggin' salad? With my hands. They don't care and they have kids working there that just want to get through the night. read more

I have never ever everrrr had a bad meal out of Lake's. Out of all the places to eat in Webster, that's the first place we think of to get take out or eat in. They just recently renovated the place, put in a brand new resin poured bar, new booths, pretty decor, nice lighting, ect ect. Great prices, you can't go wrong on $40 for two people with drinks included! On top of that, everything is made fresh there and top quality! I came here with my family and the server #6 Cassanda was absolutely disrespectful. She was unsatisfied with her tip and made sure we were aware of that. She yelled out "Are you kidding me?!" to one of her co workers and pointed to our table. She was VERY unpleasant during our lunch, did not get my order correct and she took my food away from me as I was still eating, then made me feel uncomfortable when I asked for my plate back. I won't be returning to this place. Very unsatisfied with the service. read more

I have been eating at Lake Pizza since I was a very little girl. I have no complaints about their food as it has always been really good. The customer service however from owner "John" is another thing all together. I called in to place a simple take out order after the website would not allow me to use the coupon posted on it for a Free Small Cheese Pizza with specialty pizza order. I asked him about the coupon and if it was still valid. He told me to print it out and he would validate it. I explained I could not print it and that I was not even the one coming to get the order. We argued for about 10 minutes about why he could not honor the coupon on his site without a print version or a smart phone to see his own website. Mind you there are no codes or scan options on this coupon. Literally he insisted he needed to see his own website! This is the most despicable example of customer service I have ever received. I cancelled my order and ordered from one of the MANY other pizza shops in town! Sickening! read more

Typical run of the mill restaurant who serve frozen processed food who try to dress it up as something other. Nothing cooked or made with love here,take it as you get it and like it. Also there is a 99 cent up charge if you prefer their crappy onion rings over their frozen processed FFs with the texture of burnt skin. Add their poor service with you owe me attitude, leaves me no reason to return. Only reason this place did not get a lower rating is because it overall seemed some what clean. read more

Let me start off by saying I've been a customer of lake pizza now for 6 years. Let's face it, it's the only place in Webster that has decent food that has delivery. The food has always been pretty decent but never consistent. For the past two months when I've ordered, the food has been cold, under cooked or over cooked and many,many times they forget half my order. Not sure if it's under new ownership/ management or what. This is my most adored place to have my most yummylicious, fantabulous, and stupendous meal of the day. It is the coolest place and they always have green mints in a bowl near the hostess table (which are my favorite type of mints.) The prices are very reasonable for me and my children. It has always been my go to place when my husband is shaving his back and i want to get away. This place is like my second home and where i go to use the beautiful bathrooms which are very sanitary. the food was HORRIFIC!!! i ordered the chicken broccoli alfredo, bc the picture on the menu looked amazing... but i have 2 say, when i received my meal, it was anything BUT amazing!!!!! the Pasta was so OVER-cooked it was mushy, the broccoli was Frozen & NOT fresh at all, the Alfredo sauce was straight from a can!! NOT homemade which was dissappointing in itself!! and the chicken had absoutly NO flavor what so ever, NOT even salt & pepper!!!! I was Appalled!! so i sent it back, and asked 4 regular pasta with red sauce, cooked Al-Dente... the waitress asked me, "What is Al-Dente..??? Honestly, my mouth about dropped!!! how does a waitress working in a restaurant, that serves Pasta, not know what "Al-Dente" means!!???!!! i literally had the WORST experience EVER.. just awful, awful food i have 2 say!! read more
