I picked up a few pineapple empanadas and they were still warm. It's no joke here. This is my new go to. La Moderna has to get it together. Fyi, we both got vaccinated twice so we're all good to hang out according to CDC guidelines. Anyways, the moment we stepped into this hole-in-the-wall bakery, our noses were so delighted by the warm aromatic smell of freshly baked goodies. Since we don't frequent this area often, we decided to order whatever we were familiar with and whatever caught our eyes...and noses. My friend spoke Spanish so she ordered for the both of us. I don't believe dine-in is offered. We took our orders to-go. One roll of bolillo did not make it home. It was so good warm, soft, and freshly made! Easy parking in a shared parking lot. Stop in this morning because I heard all the rave about their Bolios field with potato and chorizo, beans, and cheese, or cream and jalapeños . One they are not all that they probably put half not all the teaspoon of what ever you ordered and it's all bread I bought 4 of them 2 of each the price was $10.25 plus a charge of 75 cents for using my credit card I thought they were a bit pricey and not as tasty as I was told was disappointed wasn't for me you might like it you would have to stop in and try it for your own opinion. read more
