    Absolute best experience possible thanks to Randy McCall & the rest of the staff at Lamborghini Newport Beach. A purchase like this is a milestone in a long hard road of ups & downs. This was a very important day for us & he made it more than special. Randy went out of his way to treat myself & fiance like family. Friendly, genuine, professional & not to mention, awalking encyclopedia of Lamborghini history. You can tell Randy truly loves what he does.     This review is for the truly amazing Jordan and the entire staff at Newport Lamborghini !!!! The people here provide elitist, caring, and Michelin-quality services!! Such an awesome experience from start to finish! I can honestly say that I have now "gained" a new friendship rather than just a business acquaintance.... :) Where do I begin? Like most of us, this whole pandemic episode has led myself to seek inner self-restoration and focus more at me! So naturally alot of "therapy sessions" ***coughs**ahem*** shopping and a new Lamborghini will do the trick hihihihi Fast forward, found Jordan through numerous recommendations of some of our closest friends so decided to give him a call.. I mean it is a typical dealership with normal sales people doing normal normal car transactions right??? How awesome or different this can be???...That is...until...wait for it *drum rolls*......OMG OMG... the services, the simplistic and smooth process, the life altering experiences... oh wait, scratch that, that is overdoing it... but OH C'MON this type of place still exists??????????????? To put it succinctly. I am very pleased with Jordan & Newport Lamborghini and their ability to transform customer service into an art form! You can clearly recognized that they prize themselves on delivering first class customer experience and honesty is THE best policy! Jordan's professionalism and his uncanny ability to build immediate rapport with his customers certainly made a lasting impression. Most of us would have to admit that we've had our share of mediocre services from other businesses in the past. However, some organizations are starting to "get it." They realize that in today's competitive marketplace, consumers have a greater number of choices than ever. Therefore, it's important to let those with whom you do business with know that you notice and appreciate a job well done. As a result, such a commitment to great customer service by the staff and Jordan should be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to refer ANYONE I've come in contact with for many years to come. Providing personalized, unique, professional, high-caliber experiences for your customers will inspire loyalty, rather than depending on fancy ad campaigns or discounted pricing alone.     Just a quick shout out to Matthew the sales guy. This is an enormous decision for me. This poor guy has been patiently answering my questions for ages. McLaren, then Lamborghini, then back to McLaren. I'm really struggling to make up my mind, or even narrow it down to one manufacture. That has to be frustrating for him. You would never know it though. It's like visiting a friend at this point. I believe yesterday was my third time taking up nearly an hour of his time. Each time I visit with him I learn more and when I eventually pull the trigger, I will update this review with the details, but I didn't want to wait to share the good word. I'm sure everyone that works there is fantastic, but if you're in the market for any of their vehicles, I would ask for Matthew you'll be in great hands.

    This is not a review on buying a lambo or service. I took my 3 yr old son to the dealership today as he absolutely loves the car. I rolled up in our suburban which by no means is a luxury car. I was expected to be ignored but was happy to see that a sales guy actually walked out in the rain to see if we needed any help. Wish I got his name. My son looked in every car there including a Bugatti and nobody bothered us. This really made his day. One day I can only dream of getting lambo and I will for sure go to lnb first.

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Lamborghini dealership of Newport Beach. (Some background: I have always admired Lamborghini and how beautiful their cars are, since I was a little kid. I tell myself everyday that I will have one, one day. I am a graphic design student working on a project revolving around Lamborghini and CMF/Color Material & Finishes, so I figured why not go to the dealership to get some photos, inspiration, and to fulfill part of my dream of being around the cars. The day came for me to head over after one of my classes, I was beyond nervous because I didn't know what to expect, if the experience was bad it would ruin my whole look about Lamborghini, BUT if the visit was good I'd have nothing to worry about and I'd be more inclined to buy a car in the future. So I walked in to the dealership (my heart was racing with excitement and nervousness) I was greeted by Ronald Mormile who was super friendly! I told him about my project and what I was looking to find while at the dealership, he went above and beyond to tell me about each of the cars that were out on display and walk me through their showroom (He knew I had no intention of buying a car that day, but one day I will) he was so nice, he also mentioned that, even though my project was on Lamborghini, I should go across to McLaren just to get a feel for what their showroom looked like. After I got all the photos I needed I thanked him countless amount of times and told him that it was my dream to even be around these cars, and that I was super nervous to go in, but I thanked him for his kindness, and for showing me around. It was a partial dream come true (full dream when I buy a Lamborghini) but I will never forget that visit. So thank you to the Lamborghini team for helping me with my project and also for your kindness, when I buy my Lamborghini I'll definitely go through Lamborghini of Newport Beach!

    My husband and I recently purchased a McLaren 570GT from Lambo/McLaren Newport Beach. Our sales guy was Jordan Hauk. We were pleasantly surprised with their extremely professional nature, and it was a pretty low hassle purchase. What was most impressive was while doing the walk around with this used 570GT, they pointed out some problems with the clear bra already installed on the car which I did not catch. They could have charged me on some of the clear bra fixes that we missed catching, but they took care of all fixes free of charge. In addition, we were provided a free stay at Monarch Beach Resort and complimentary McLaren gear. I highly recommend dealing with Lambo/McLaren Newport Beach with your super car needs, specifically Jordan Hauk. Thank you!

    I recently took my 2016 Aventador SV in for service and David Aguilar made the entire process beyond easy. Explained everything that would be done to my vehicle in detail and advised me on what the best options for service would be. Definitely earned a repeat customer. If you need to service your Lamborghini I'd highly recommend going to David.

Volkswagen gave the highest offer, so I came here! Their actual offer was $3,000 less than the CarGuru offer lol. Long story short, I left and went to the second dealership, where I sold my car in under 20 minutes for only $600 less than their original CarGurus offer. The experience at Volkswagen definitely made me feel like I was being ripped off. Definitely save yourself some time and skip this place if you're looking to sell! The employees I interacted with were very friendly (wish I could give Faith 5 stars! She was super sweet!), but the offer itself from the acquisition manager was a joke. I was told that CarGurus tends to give higher offers than necessary, but that hasn't been my experience--I previously sold a car through CarGurus for nearly the exact quoted amount. The low offer seems to be an issue specific to this dealership, not CarGurus.

Reza T didn't initially show me a breakdown of the pricing and pressured me to sign while saying the wait would only be 3-4 hours. I mentioned there was a 20% off coupon, and he said he would apply it, so I agreed. Later, while I was already waiting, he had me sign another document that finally included the itemized breakdown. I also reminded him that I had a buy one get one free oil change, and he said he would check on it. In the end, I waited nearly 5 hours and still had to message them myself just to get an update. My car only has around 33K miles, and I've stayed consistent with maintenance every six months, so I'm not sure what justified a service quote close to $1,000. When I finally reviewed the breakdown, a large part of it was for things like a throttle service and cabin filter replacement, which actually had coupons available that I wasn't allowed to apply. On top of that, they now charge a 2% fee for credit card payments and no longer include a car wash. Overall, the experience felt disappointing and not very transparent. Unfortunately, the long wait times and pushy upselling tactics made this a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning.

They were all very helpful, and based on my positive experience with my 2023 Telluride, I felt confident purchasing another Kia. Unfortunately, only eight days after purchasing my new vehicle, I experienced a serious issue. One morning, when I started the Telluride, I heard a strange sound and noticed a battery warning light on the dashboard. I immediately contacted the dealership for advice. I was instructed to contact the nearest Kia dealership for service. When I explained that this was a brand-new vehicle and requested additional assistance, I was told that if the vehicle was still drivable, I could continue using it until my service appointment. Only a few hours later, I learned the hard way that this advice was incorrect. The vehicle completely lost power and left me stranded in the middle of a busy roadway with three lanes of traffic. The SUV became completely unusable, creating a dangerous situation for me and my family. I contacted the dealership again to explain my concerns, but I felt that once the sale was completed, the problem became mine alone to deal with. As a mother of five children, purchasing a brand-new vehicle was supposed to provide safety and reliability. Instead, I was left stranded and without confidence in a vehicle that was only eight days old. I am extremely disappointed that a brand-new 2027 Kia Telluride experienced such a significant failure so soon after purchase. I am requesting that Kia and the dealership review my situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

I have no patience for games or sitting in dealerships, so I contacted several different dealerships through the greater LA area to get the rather aggressive deal I was asking for (including no dealer add-ons, etc). I had contact with 10 different dealerships & multiple auto brokers. I went back & forth with quite a few, and only Ricky in Internet Sales @ Kia of Irvine came even close to the numbers I was working for. He fairly pushed back on my numbers, but made a very competitive offer, and we compromised & met very close to what I was looking for. Even though I was pretty on-guard, there really were no games. Very little of the traditional "when can you come in [so we can pressure you]" or "let's get on the phone." He accepted my boundaries & worked with him It was clear that it was simply about selling the car, and working towards the deal. Day of, I drove pretty far (past several other Kia Dealerships) to sign & drive off. Ricky was tied up, but had Arthur give me another tour of the car, and he taught me more about the car in 10 minutes than I learned in an hour & a half of driving, sitting with other salesmen, and researching online. Kudos to Arthur for making the process simple. They presented me the numbers, and after the correction of a small oversight (honest mistake from having dealt with Ricky originally), I signed a lease exactly as agreed to. Signing paperwork with Aydin in Finance was as smooth as could be. He showed me what was available as add-on charges, but was already aware that I was not interested in anything, and just walked me through signing off the declines. I walked out with paperwork in hand (well, in my email inbox!), ready to go. Like I said, I drove pretty far for this deal. There were at least a half-dozen dealerships that were closer, but no one else seemed serious about sharpening their pencils & making a deal that worked for me as well as the dealer. Can't recommend Kia of Irvine enough, especially if you're like me & have no patience for doing the whole in-dealership, in-person "let's meet my sales manager" four-square shuffle.
