This review is for Brennen ONLY. The dealership gets 1 star but I don't want to ding Brennen who worked hard to make sure I was happy with my car. The main thing about Brennen is he knows the product and he is not your typical sales guy. He never tried to sell me anything because the cars sell themselves and he knows that. When my car was delivered his boss did not let him come follow through with his promise to show me how it works but after a call from my husband the manager finally agreed. Last week I brought the car in for a repair and the rest of the staff was so incompetent I went straight to Brennen who made sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I really love my car and don't want to give it up but I will definitely have to think twice because the rest of the service is not up to par. read more

I would like to update my review. Since I have taken my 2021 Rover home, it has gone downhill. I had so many people warn me to never buy a Land Rover and now I might understand why. In the past all my cars have been Porsche and BMW and I've always had excellent customer service. My cruise control went out in the middle of a road trip for Christmas. I was so excited to use my new car and see my family safely over the holidays during this pandemic. I also received a message the emergency breaking system is not available. In addition the front bumper faded and it looks like a ten year older car. It took me several weeks to get a service appointment. I took it in finally a couple of days ago and was told there is no loner car available and they won't cover a rental. I was also told the bumper looked like it had a chemical burn or a sticker was perhaps on it. The only thing I could think could have 'burned it' would be the temp license plate placed on the car by the dealership. As a matter of fact I just got my license plates and put them on a day before I brought it in. Today I received a call from the service department telling me the sensors don't work because the car has been wrecked and it's not covered by warranty. I explained the car has never been wrecked and I've only had it for two months. The car hasn't even been to a valet. The service employee told me there are second hand brackets on the vehicle and basically I felt like I was being called a liar. I'm so angry. I feel this guy is trying to take advantage of a woman. I have asked to talk to the GM in this matter. This is simply not going to fly. I do not like to be treated as if I have done something that never happened. The service guy went as far to say he checked their records and my car has never been wrecked by them. This dealership needs to make this right. The service guy said he'd send me pictures of the bumper brackets and my reply is why? This has nothing to do with me. This is fraud. read more

If I could, I would give this place zero stars! I walked in earlier today with my daughter and wife, I am interested in purchasing a 2019 Range Rover. We were there for about 30 minutes and in that time none of the 3 sales men that were there (without any clients) approached us to ask any questions or offer any information. What I think the issue was, is that we are Hispanic, they probably think we don't have the money to afford their luxury cars. I have my own business, I can afford that and more which is why I stopped by.. I rather take my business elsewhere. Last year i was interested in purchasing an Evoque, and when i went to the dealership I was treated very rudely by another salesman. Being a young buyer, salespeople tend to think that helping me is a waste of time as they think i won't buy or i am just curious about the car. I decided to give a last chance to this dealership, and got helped by Nej. He was amazing. Very patient, explained everything and did not judge me by my age. So I called to order parts from this location and was told they would deliver to our shop. The manager Jeff Porter then discriminately decides that he doesn't want to deliver to us; and has his parts guy call us to say Jeff doesn't want them to deliver to us. Doesn't give a reason, just says that the manager Jeff Porter doesn't want them to deliver. Even though they normally deliver to where we are. And they would deliver to other shops next to us but just not us. Then he says Jeff Porter feels he would like a larger order even though we had just ordered parts not too long ago for a similar vehicle. I'm surprised this department is run on Jeff's feelings. I suppose the people working there have to figure out how Jeff is feeling that day to determine whether or not they will have a good or bad day or the customers they have, if they will get their parts or not depending on his feeling, if they ordered enough items that day. I've been in the car business for a long time and we don't always have large parts orders every time we order. Sometimes cars don't need a lot. I even offered the parts guy to just come another day when they happen to be in our area, trying to make it more convenient for them. Since they normally deliver in our area. It's a good thing we didn't have our customer waiting on them. This certainly is not how we do business. Our customers come first. If places decided not to deliver just because they felt you didn't order enough that day they would go out of business. We will take our business elsewhere next time this happens. Or you guys might try getting a new parts manager who understands customer service and how to keep customers. read more

We have driven full size Range Rovers for many years. I thus have a wide range of experience. I have read the reviews on Yelp and can only say that this is nothing like my experience, which has all been most positive. Everything that was promised was delivered and more. There was no high pressure to up sell service packages, wheel protection, etc. Of course it was all was mentioned to me but with no arm twisting. The salesman, David, was most pleasant and was extremely responsive. I appreciated his doing the various homework necessary to find out whether the running boards from our 2014 HSE would fit the new 2017, etc. The car was immaculate on delivery, filled with petrol and the transaction very smooth. An added feature for me was the addition of a complimentary technical trainer. Justin couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He came to our home, 45 minutes away from Pasadena and spent ALL the time necessary to teach me the newer stuff on our 2017. He has since been available by mobile, text and phone as well. Primarily a result of Justin, I have referred several friends to Land Rover Pasadena to purchase new Range Rovers. read more

The worst service I have ever experienced. I use to go to the Anaheim hills to service my Range Rover but I figured I'd try the one in Pasadena since I live here. On hold to make an appointment for at least 10 mins. Then sent to an answering machine. Called back 3 times with an hour spacing. Same thing. Finally someone picks up and I make an appointment. By my mistake I didn't write it down for a few days before my appointment I call to confirm, which is really their job to call to confirm or send some type of confirmation. On hold for 15 mins, I call back and tell the receptionist that no one picked up and I'm just trying to confirm the time. He can't help. Horrible!!! Called the dealership when my year and a half old Range Rover was showing an error message about the battery and lights would flash. I originally called the Anaheim fearless hip and was told it was important to get my vehicle in right away. We ended up calling the PASADENA dealership because of proximity to work and getting car there. When we called Isabel stated the soonest appointment was two weeks away. I explained the severity of the problem and she stated if it didn't make it I could have it towed through Land Rover roadside. Well needless to say three days before my appointment the car completely died. I contacted the dealer and was told to contact roadside. 10 1/2 hours and six tow trucks later the car was finally towed. We called Monday morning to assure the car made it ok and were told they think it did. Then we were told later in the day they didn't have the keys? We had given them to their tow truck driver and the rest is history after peter then Abel both service guys argued with us for two days they decided to get a key made and were told they would reprogram them. We never found out what happened. We have do not receive updates or any idea of what is going on with the car. We have been told it might be the battery and then a Bluetooth issue? Finally we were told Friday that they thought it would be ready today of course we had to call them and Abel was beyond rude and unprofessional, to find out they had to order a part that was back ordered for at least a week. Our car has been at the dealership to date 10 days! We still don't have any idea what is going on and have been lied to by Peter, been treated very rudely and unprofessional by Abel and have left multiple messages for the manager Denny and have not received a single call back. Our car is currently there and are concerned about what is going on. We contacted the corporate office for Land Rover today because we need help and they are assigning us a case manager. We will know within two days if they can help us. We just want our car back. read more

We test drove the Land Rover Discovery and fell in love with the car. We signed the papers the same day, even though it was past closing time they stayed and helped us complete the transaction. The older couple with the dog we passed by got plenty of attention though. How nice, they let people with pets roam around. I MUST share my complete disappointment of the land rover dealership in Pasadena, for the lack of respect and "I do not care attitude" from employees and specially from Dan Gaby, who is apparently the general manager of this dealership. I have left several messages for the general manager and I have yet to hear from this guy. That should bring up a red light for the owner who has placed this individual to run his/her dealership. I have already contacted Jaguar and Landrover of North America and someone will be in touch with me so I can pass on the terrible experience that I have had starting from front desk people all the way to the general manager of this dealership.
