    I brought my vehicle in for an A16 service based on the maintenance code displayed by my car. I later learned the services performed appear to have corresponded to an A76 service, not the A16 service my vehicle displayed and I specifically requested. At no point did anyone call me to explain that they were changing the recommended services or why a brake fluid service was being performed instead of a tire rotation. Even more frustrating, my receipt still reflected the A16 service I originally requested, making it difficult to realize there was a discrepancy until I reviewed the itemized work afterward. When I brought my concerns about the brake flush instead of the tire rotation to their attention, I was told the issue was my "confusion" and that I should have questioned the estimate sooner. Clear communication about what service is being performed-and why it differs from the service requested should be the responsibility of the repair facility, not something the customer is expected to discover after the fact. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop unless you are already certain exactly what your vehicle needs, understand the services being recommended, and are familiar with the typical labor times associated with the work. I expect a repair facility to provide that expertise and communicate it clearly to customers. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Separately

I went to the dealership with all COVID safety precautions and completed the purchase process in an hour. After the delivery, I noticed the second day the Bluetooth pairing was not working. The sales and service team tried to help through Facetime video conference and it did not help. I reached out to the Sales General Manager Mrs. Lauren Waldrop explaining the situation and brief history. She immediately jumped to investigate and helped to order/replace the Bluetooth device at their own cost. The service manager, Carl was also very co-operative and helping to his best of the abilities to resolve the issue. The issue was resolved and my Bluetooth is working as expected. I really appreciate the Audi Princeton Sales and Service team for extending their extraordinary service during these difficult times. I am very satisfied with the Audi Princeton team. I highly recommend an Audi car buyer to visit Audi Princeton.

    Honestly I don't doubt the other reviews, but I will say I had a very good experience here…read more I bought tires off TireAgent.com and I guess they're subcontracting to Mr. Tire since they were basically the only option you could choose to have tires installed. So whatever, fine, I choose this location but then there was no like backend notice to them so they didn't even know what was happening? Luckily I called in to make an appointment and to tell them I have tires being shipped there. The guy told me to get there by 9am and I say okay. The tires arrive, I get there on my appointment day at 9:05am and the manager (a woman) says ah well, it'll probably be ready late afternoon since we told you to get here at 9am and now there's a bunch of people ahead of you. Okay I didn't know 5 minutes would make that much of a difference but whatever. I Lyft home and wait. I get a call around 2:30pm saying they were starting and needed my wheel locks. I had forgotten about this otherwise I would've taken them out myself (my trunk is busted) but the guy who called was friendly and was totally down to root around in my trunk to get it for me, so I appreciated that and he didn't give me any guff about it but he did say that means they might have to keep it over night. Hm. Not great but I also didn't have anywhere to be the next day so it was fine. I get a call 30 mins before they close and he said okay well we got it done already, you can come get it. I said I can't come now so I'll get it tomorrow. They did kinda "upsell" me on an alignment, which wasn't great? I totally thought that would be basically a basic task that was included in a tire installation but I guess not. But I saved a lot buying from TireAgent so I was like eh why the hell not I guess. Anyway, the car has been running fine for the past few days, which is nice. (I had a terrible rotor installation experience from another shop, apparently the bolts had actually fallen off so my car was making very scary screeching sounds, so I'm kind of on high alert). Will update if anything falls apart, but as of now, I'd recommend this place for tire installation.

Prices are typical for a manfacturer service place, but a bit steep vs your local car servicer (e.g. brake fluid flush ~160, transmission fluid replacement ~140, rear differential fluid change ~110, as of July 22, 2020). If you're looking for cheaper, go somewhere else. I like the assurance of using my home car dealership however. Pre-COVID, there was always a nice indoor waiting room with tables and outlets, bagels available for breakfast and some snacks after lunch, a coffee machine, plenty of seating and a nice service staff. At the end of the oil change, they throw in a free car wash for next door. Post-COVID, the differences are that the waiting room has been brought outside (outdoor tables) with a few indoor ones scattered at least 6 ft apart, there's a mask requirement, and there's no more snacks and free car washes. Not sure if theyre still doing the promo, but when I purchasesd my car, I received a lifetime of free oil changes. Its definetely been a nice bonus. My main qualm is that oil changes are first come first serve and theyre closed on Sunday. It stinks when I can't get off work early enough and am left to the cramming it in on one weekend day. They do have extended hours on Tues and Thurs, so it does help. If you absolutely don't want to deal with walk in oil changes, they let you schedule services online and I'm sure I'm sure you can tack on an oil change while youre there.

He continued to prove how knowledgeable, efficient, genuine, and caring he is as a person and as a Honda employee. If I could give Brandon more than five stars I would given that he went out of his way to proactively diagnose and fix several issues with the car that I might not have found otherwise (along with an oil change) such as a problem with the rear tail light. I trust his rates as fair, and he really seems to have the customer's best interest in mind. I trust that he is being recognized for his exceptional work with Honda by management! Thank you Brandon! While my experience a good number of years ago with sales was fine, the service department seems to be pushing overpriced and unnecessary repairs. In my case they claimed my car needed urgent work; the cross coolant pipe and valve cover gasket had to be replaced and would cost $1,775. After balking at the price they lowered the quote to $1,450. They then told me I would have to leave the car or pay for the parts upfront. I declined the service and took it to my local mechanic who said if needed that might cost $600-800 but when he looked at it, the valve cover was fine and the thermostat neck had just a minor bit of pink crystallization that didn't warrant action.
