Gabriella is a disgrace to any legal business doing skincare. when i had made it extremely clear to gabrielle that i had a groupon that the younger esthtitic girl had honored, she rudely shooed me away "i do not honor groupon" which was a total lie. then i said well i'm not willing to spend more than what i offered, she basically put acne cream on me left me under a steam bulb walked out of room, and in front of other clients demanded i spend total of 300$ and get this she wrote down 12 web sites including yelp, she insisted on yelp being very important. she actually was asking me to work! to go into every one of these websites and give her positive remarks and I still notice other woman putting REMARKS and she foolishly replies thanks for the reviews! So it's so OBVIOUS SHE IS FORCING AND HAVING WOMEN GO TO THESE WEBSITES TO GET 100$ off a facial. I left this office in tears. I didn't want or need acne cream.. Im 50 now was 49 at time 6 months ago. I mention I'm trying topurchase a crib for new granddaughter only wish to spend 100$ on small grade microdermabrasion. She forced me and when i say forced i mean,it!!!!!! She undoubtedly would not let me leave until i purchases this acne cream!!!! and fade cream.!!!!! DO not be fooled Gabriel is a rude woman who,is CORRUPT!. The girl who originally gave my 1st facial,was awesome though when i spoke to,her weeks after she said "oh no we honor groupon". Im,disgusted and sadly dissapointed this woman is getting away with this my face was cracking and bleeding next day. which needless to say was the worst experience ive had. please do not give this woman any fake or falisfy her work. her moral ethics are corrupt she ignored my expectations and i actually have to contact bbb in,order to get advise on how or why this happened. im,sorry but this is a real review and it is the gods honest truth.Please take my advise, do not expect anything less than to be manipulated!, taken for !!!and worse ,,,end up with burnt skin.!! It was bleeding cracked for 3 weeks. There are much more professional skin care pros that want you to feel at home and look your best. i was vomiting as i got into my car...crying....I felt horribly VIOLATED. I pratically begged her to not sell me ACNE CREAM I don't have pimples! I'm 50! She could care less I mentioned groupon for sake of crib. This Gabrielle said to me she thinks she's a looker because of gym etc, (she actually looks 65) ....it was her character and morals that she simply CANNOT MASK NO MATTER HOW MANY FACIALS. This was my second time visiting the Landa MedSpa. I couldn't have been more pleased with the welcoming staff, Dr. Gabriella Landa, and the skillful Dr. Raul Landa. I have gone to various locations for fillers but I was looking for a doctor who could administer Radiesse fillers in the Metrowest area and happened upon Landa MedSpa in Framingham. I was searching for a return to my younger face with a shaping of the jawline and a fuller cheek area. Radiesse offers this with longer lasting results than the thinner fillers. Dr. Raul Landa is a vascular doctor and I felt so at ease knowing that I was in safe and skillful hands for my injections. I was amazed at the improvement in my jawline with just one treatment which gave me a smoother and more sculpted looking face. I was so pleased that I returned today for my second treatment with equally fantastic results . I found the price of the product to be very competitive and there is no pressure to to have any more done than you wish to do. Landa Cosmetic and Spa is a very pleasant place to visit. They use an individualized approach to treating their clients. I don't know much about facials and other spa treatments so it was nice to be taken care of by the staff there, due to their expertise. I felt like they knew what I needed and could recommend the proper services for me. I also appreciated how serious they seem to be about skin care there. Rather than a spa full of manicures and pedicures and hair stuff where skincare seems like an afterthought, they are primarily focused on skincare services. They offer a range of services like facials, laser hair removal, cellulite reduction, microdermabrasion, and peels. They are also happy to recommend the services and products that you might need to help your individual skin needs. They also have good specials from time to time and have deals on Groupon and Living Social, which is great for people like me who don't like to spend a lot of money on extra stuff like spa treatments. The staff here are really nice, too. They make sure to call and remind you of your appointments, which is a nice courtesy. Landa Cosmetic and Spa is the best. I've been going there for laser hair removal and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I had asked friends about other spas that advertise cheap prices for laser but found out that Landa has a much better laser than the other places. I started at Landa with a Groupon, and keep coming back because Gabriela is great! Knows what she's doing and makes you feel comfortable even though the procedure can be...awkward...depending on what area you're treating. ;-) But Gabriela chats and distracts you so you don't worry about that. And I've had no pain or discomfort during or after treatments. If you're considering laser hair removal, especially in an awkward area, I highly recommend Gabriela at Landa Cosmetic. In response to other reviews, I was not "forced" to write a review for a free treatment. I have been going to Gabriela for a while now and she asked, if I was happy with my services, would I write a review. And I am happy so I agreed. All businesses do this. I think that some of the less positive reviews are due to people not having realistic expectations of laser hair removal. I got a groupon deal for 6 sessions of laser hair removal on a large area. When I called to make my first appointment, the receptionist was very nice and told me to shave the day of my appointment. When I came in for my first appointment, I only waited a few minutes and then met Gabriella, the owner/technician who led me into the laser room. She took some time to tell me about her background and the type of laser she would be using. She also went through her line of skin products and made some suggestions. I ended up purchasing Landa exfoliating cream which warms on contact to open my pores. She suggested using this on my laser area (bikini) but that it would also be great for my face too. The procedure itself was quick and painless. In fact, it really did feel like a hot stone massage! The room was simple and clean. I have had 3 treatments so far and each time the hair has come back less and less. My appointments have always been confirmed via a phone call the week of, and also taken on time when I come in, give or take 5-10 minutes. *****AMAZING RESULTS***** This is my second time trying laser hair removal off my back. The first time I tried, it didn't work at all. I wasted a whole year and a lot of money on a so-called laser removal dump in Milford, MA (search using my name if you want all the details) I was very skeptical in coming here but after talking with Gabriela, I felt very comfortable with everything. She has been very kind and on time for every appointment but most of all I have seen more results in just THREE sessions than I have my entire life! I'm not sure why the other reviews are saying Gabriela and her staff are rude. They've been nothing but nice and friendly even after they knew I bought a Groupon. Being completely honest, the first session was somewhat painful because I had so much back hair and because I put the numbing cream on 30 mins before and not an hour before. I bought the Salonpas Lidocaine cream from Target for $10 and it works pretty good. The numbing cream Gabriela sells is expensive but it is much stronger, so you do get what you pay for. Clean, courteous and thoroughly professional, the service at Landa has been impeccable. Be it laser or microdermabrasion, the results are outstanding and consistent. Gabriella Landa, the owner is extremely thorough and takes her time explaining the procedure and the expected results. Lucy, the esthetician/receptionist is always pleasant and smiling. I get a reminder text message followed by a courtesy call before an appointment and I have never had to wait for more than 5 -7 minutes at the most prior to an appointment. The office is easily accessible with plenty of parking in a medical building in Framingham. When needed Gabriella has come into the spa early to accommodate my schedule. I have been going to Gabriella at Landa MedSpa since 2012. I first went to her after I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal. She mentioned that she had the Cadillac of lasers and she wasn't kidding. This was by far the best laser hair removal experience I had ever had - and I had tried more than a few places. I've was curious to try out some of her many other services and I quickly became a loyal follower! Every service that I have tried has seen amazing results. Gabriella has such attention to detail and has wonderful customer service. I've been so happy with her that I recommended my mom to try out her IPL for her sunspots and now even my daughter is going to see her. After 20 loyal years, I'm still happy to refer her to friends and happy that she offers so many services. I have also really appreciated her recommendations on products - there are so many (bad/overpriced) products out there but hers are superior. I must say, at first I was sceptical about the BTL treatment. Now I can say I love the results I'm very happy and pleased. I was referred by a friend who said I have to try it, and go see Gabriela at Landa Med Spa. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, They answer all your questions and make sure you know what's the next step to your treatment plan. After seeing what the BTL did for me, I decided to start a six session treatment with Endomologie. It's a non-invasive procedure that helps you reduce a couple of inches off your waist, and helps with unwanted celulitie, firming and most importantly toning. I'm currently into my second session and honestly love the difference so far. It feels like a deep tissue message. I suffer from fibromialga and since doing the Endomologie I found some pain relief. I have been going to Landa Cosmetic Spa for a little over a year now for laser hair removal on my legs, underarms and Brazilian area. First of all, Gabriela is great! She makes you feel extremely comfortable and is very personable! I'm not sure what these other reviews are talking about! I couldn't feel more at ease with Gabriela! Also, yes occasionally you have to wait past your appointment time for your treatment, but where don't you??? Second, the treatments DO work! I have very thick, stubborn hair that required daily shaving. Since the treatments began the hair is thinner, lighter and takes MUCH longer to grow, if it even grows back at all! Everyone is different and treatments take time to be effective. If you walk in expecting to never have to shave again after 1 or 2 treatments then you are just plain unrealistic! All in all, I give 5 stars based on the great service, effectiveness and overall experience at Landa Cosmetic Spa! read more

Landa MedSpa is by far the best medical spa I've ever been to. Dr. Landa performs fillers & other cosmetic injections to accomplish a natural look. Gabriela is always friendly and accommodating as well as extremely knowledgeable, She's always performing the most up to date procedures like BTL. Carol is by far the best aesthetician Ii know, she performs regular facials & endermologie treatments on me to help with my chronic pain in my back and neck. The endermologie machine is similar to a vacuum that is runs along your body to drain the lymphatic system just like a full body massage but it's a much stronger treatment with added benefits of firming the skin and reducing the appearance of cellulite. This treatment has helped my pain level more then any deep tissue massages I've had in the past. I have been for 6 lower leg hair removal sessions with Gabriela and i am very pleased with the results! Not every bit of hair is gone but what remains is very little and it is soft so i really don't feel the need to shave it often at all. The office itself is very nice and i have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my scheduled appointment. I also appreciate the fact that the office itself is in an actual medical office building so no worries about going to a sketchy place. The best part of the visit is the laser itself. Gabriela has a very high tech laser that is pain free and she moves the laser continuously over the area being treated. No more zap zap with the older style laser that is somewhat uncomfortable from other providers! I will be using Landa for other treatment areas especially with the very reasonable groupon offers and specials. read more

I purchased a Groupon for Landa Cosmetic and Spa in November and could not be happier with my results! The place is located right next to the hospital and the facility is very clean! I am very pleased with my results as I have started with the full Brazilian bikini. After only 2 sessions I can see major changes in the thinning of my hair and it has not grown back nearly as fast as it used to. The physician herself is extremely comforting and very helpful when it comes to answering any questions you may have. I give Landa Cosmetic a 5 star rating and cannot wait for my next appointment. I have gotten laser hair removal on my armpits and the results were not nearly as good as they were at this particular spa! I just recently started coming to Landa for laser hair removal on my lower legs. I'm very fair skinned so I started seeing results after my first treatment. The laser process is very quick and painless as advertised! The facility is always clean, scheduling is done over the phone or at the beginning of your next appointment and a reminder texts are sent out as your appointment is nearing. I wasn't aware this was a medical facility and they provided such an array of tre that I look forward to trying! Gabriela makes you feel comfortable and understand the process. I was able to ask her about other services and she gave me info and pricing but wasn't pushy to have you make a purchase. I purchased a groupon for Landa Cosmetic Spa to get laser hair removal done on my lower legs for six sessions. Gabriella is quite nice and professional. And the appointments are quick - I can't remember having to spend more than a few minutes in the waiting room. Although I am happy with the service being provided, after six sessions my lower leg hair is not completely gone. I had to purchase some more sessions in hopes that the hair would be completely gone. I bought another package for my upper legs because I do KNOW that the laser works well. Perhaps it's just my hair which was admittedly bountiful but it is taking longer than I had anticipated. Must give credit when it's due. This was my first time ever getting a hair removal service and it did not disappoint. My first visit was a consultation and service. Consultation is free and 50% payment is required at first appointment. Landa provides Text alerts and reminders of upcoming appointments to make scheduling easy and straightforward. I got lost on my way there and she stayed late to accommodate me. I was so thankful for her time and understanding. Fortunately, that didn't happen again. The results after 3 visits are amazing and clearly visible. We had originally discussed a package of 6 visits to finish the procedure but, due to a work related move, I had to cut it short. I had a great experience with Landa Cosmetic. I've had laser treatment done at a few other places and definitely more than the recommended treatment but my hair just kept growing back so I just gave up. I saw Landa Cosmetic deal on Groupon for a ridiculously low price and decided to give it another shot. One thing that definitely stood out more than the other places is that she offered numbing cream which I greatly appreciated. After the first treatment I was very impressed on how well the laser she used worked. She also offered me microdermabrasion wash (which I desperately needed) and didn't mind spending the additional money considering how cheap the groupon was!
