This guy identified what was a pinhole leak and fixed it but a few days later I notice there was mist coming out from the pipe he fixed. Called him back out, he said "bad soldering".... But then after he fixed that one, it started hissing again. Called him a third time and now he wanted to charge almost 4 grand to fix the, now- slab leak. This issue had been on going almost 3 weeks and we have had no water. Each visit he couldn't properly fix the issue. I was frustrated with this contracted plumber the home warranty provided. So I got a recommended from my colleague. She recommended Neri. I told her my frustration with no water for 3 weeks. She said "he will fix it." Hit him up. Trust him... He will fix it! Trouble shot the issue pretty quickly and had a few options for me on how to resolve. Since the heater was over 10 years old I decided to just replace it.
